As I waited to receive text that my order was ready, I noticed customers popularly order as take out, however there is seating available inside, as well as outside. Ordered shrimp tacos and a steak burrito. Shrimp, sauce and accoutrements were great but the taco shells were stale as heck. Burrito...great size, hella amount of beans (would enjoy a little less) and the steak tasted way over cooked and super dry. This food is amazing. Everything is always fresh and well prepared, it's a healthy take on Mexican food. Salt 2.0 never disappoints. The dining area is very small, they obviously do a lot of takeout. There is additional seating outdoors, which would be great in the summer. The service was excellent, particularly when a group of 20 faculty and staff showed up before graduation for something to eat and drink! The mobile app was easy to use to order from the table and allowed us to each have our own checks and pay directly from the app. The food was served quickly upon ordering and it was piping hot! The ambiance was nice, a little hot in front of the windows, and the owner quickly cranked up the air for us. The bartenders were quick and the selection of specialty drinks were great. Tacos were flavorless and chewy, burrito was nothing as describe and it had little to no meat tho we had to pay an additional $3 for it, had gotten a better wrap at a corner store for less then half the price. Spent over $50 worth of food (4 items) and not a single one was worth it. The refried beans were cold,dry and thick ( I observed them being removed from a (Bush Beans can)My daughter's quesadilla was ice cold and the chicken looked like it came from the can as well! Nothing is made fresh on the premise! The food is shipped and either reheated in a microwave or, taken out of packaging of some kind and put together. I payed 28 dollars! Such a rip off!
