My son said we should try. We was in this part of town. Very clean place well laid out. Ordering was different. You order off a screen and then they call your number and you pick up from a window. I am not a fan of this type of ordering system. There are plenty of people cleaning the tables and floor. The food? It was chicken. Many different ways. Everyone was very satisfied with their meal. We are from Vail and came up for the game and staying nearby saw some rave Yelp reviews and decided to give Birdcall a try 10/10! We tried the Rancher and Deluxe Crispy and both were fantastic! Definitely suggest adding pickles! Also had a tot with the birdcall sauce also fantastic!! Service was great and dining room was very clean! They have great drink options as well! I was really looking forward to going to Birdcall-it's a 5 minute walk. However, I'm not impressed as they appeared very disorganized. I realize they're just getting going, but it was a shame that the timing on the food was off. Excellent sandwiches but cold, stale fries. They were also waaaaayyyyy too salty. No drinks were provided with our order from the numbered "bay" where you fetch your food. The dining room is utterly chaotic with the children running every which way. I'm glad we have what appears to be a going concern in our neighborhood but they really need to get it together. I t probably would've been better to dine in and much earlier in the day. I can't imagine ordering online again or going through their drive through-cars extended into 7th Street. So here's the deal I had a rancher sandwich with grilled chicken was very good the brioche bun was perfect and the red onion bacon jam on point the grilled chicken was tender seasoned well and not dry definitely one of the best chicken samies I've had in a while.... Background...I was able to try the food before they opened and check out the set up, everything was delicious, I really loved how bright and open the restaurant space was. I love that there's a big screen that shows you when your food is going to be ready and where to pick it up at. The second time I went, was this Wednesday, after an event, I was starving, I decided to order the five piece chicken tenders, and I got a couple extra sauces on the side and then I ordered a frosé. I love their chicken tenders because they're not just wimpy boring tenders of chicken, they've got crunch, they've got flavor, and they are hearty. Once again, very nice staff, very attentive, and good about seeing if we had questions or needed anything. This place was AMAZING!! It was my boyfriend and my first time being to the restaurant and Steven was great with explaining how everything worked and just things about the restaurant. For me he suggested a Nashville Hot crispy sandwich and let me tell you 100/10. I watched Steven interact with customers and he is the epitome of awesome customer service. Cool up beat spot! Came in to a kiosk (not my favorite) however Savannah was a rockstar. She didn't rush me and was very polite! I appreciated the help. It is busy and they play good music. Finally tried Birdcall after passing by a few times and sparking curiosity. To begin with, the interior and exterior of the restaurant are cute and welcoming. You would never guess this place used to be a Burger King. Upon entering, there are self service kiosks for ordering. You must first swipe your card and then proceed with your order. The staff is quick to inform you of this process if you've never been before. After ordering, your name displays on a screen with the estimated time for your order to be ready. The selection isn't huge but it's decent for a chicken restaurant. The food was decent but nothing to write home about, I've definitely had better chicken elsewhere. Their chicken nuggets have a bit of a sweet taste. Perhaps they marinate the chicken in a sweet sauce before cooking? The chicken sandwiches are a bit small for the price. The tater tots were good but I was told the fries tasted like oil and nothing else.
