They provide carts for you to use, the temperature is always reasonable on the floor where my unit is, the hallways are clean, and the couple of times I've used the restroom, it was functional for the purpose it is intended. The prices are reasonable, it's easy to access. I'm grateful for the service I've received, and I'll keep storing my stuff here until I move into a place big enough to put everything in my house. When I went to do paperwork and pick up the key in advance of moving day, she made me wait about 8 minutes while she cleared her desk before attending to me. Then told me off for not bringing a lock, claiming she'd told me to when she hadn't. Continued to act in this manner until I challenged her. Moving is stressful enough. They truly lived up to the name of the company - they were very efficient - and they paid great attention to detail.
