We were in town from Utah and had to come here to Billy's. One of our Favorite Places in the Pacific NW. We shared the Saloon sandwich with onion rings instead of fries!! Excellent as always!!

I wanted a decent breakfast on the way back home to Bonney Lake from West Port. My husband and I did not want to go back to the only restaurant in town that served breakfast in West Port, so we decided to drive to Aberdeen to have our breakfast there. At first, my husband was apprehensive (Still) about the whole breakfast deal. He honestly underestimated the service until he sat down and received his food. Ok, Billy's is located in a historic old building in downtown Aberdeen. The restaurant is laid out perfectly with good spacious seating. The waitress was super friendly and happy to serve us our breakfast. She assured and re-assured us that we'd not have to wait for more than 1 hour for our food. I ordered chicken fried steak (because why not?); my kid had biscuit & gravy; and my husband got his omelet. Hello? Everything was so delicious! 10/10 will come back here again if we ever stop by Aberdeen!

Sat at the bar and ordered breakfast. Lady who served us was really friendly and told us a little history about the building. Cool spot!

This was an amazing place to have a great meal on the road. The service was great, the food was fresh and awesome! Recommending this to people who want a nice, easy delicious lunch/breakfast/ or dinner! We recommend the Turkey Melt, Seafood Platter, Chicken Strips, or Cheeseburger!

Food quality / price (value) rating 9. The atmosphere is pub style. Plenty of neon beer lights. I had a Teriyaki Chicken sandwich that was very good, but could have used more teriyaki sauce. The French fries were crispy and hot. The wife had a House Salad with a side of cottage cheese. It was also very good. We had a couple of drinks each, and the bill came to less than we'd guessed. A very good value overall. Our server, Lauren, was bubbly and attentive.

Cute old bar and restaurant. Mostly booth seating for dining. Prompt and courteous service from the waitress. Had a bacon cheeseburger with ceasar side salad. Cheeseburger was well cooked and piping hot. A little too much mayo for my taste but a very good juicy burger. Salad was good-nothing spectacular. Decent amount of street and lot parking.

This place has an interesting story. I did have to google it. It is named for a businessman/outlaw from the early years. It was a few different things (including a brothel,) before in the 80's becoming a restaurant and bar. The motto of the owners was good food done right, or something to that effect. The good food was right. The salads are enough to feed a small army. Even my coworker, who normally can eat a whole cow, had to take about half his salad back to the hotel. I got the Caesar add chicken but man did his chef salad look amazing. It looked so good I ordered one the next day for my lunch and had enough to eat for my dinner. They did not disappoint on the sizes. Our waitress was fantastic. She was super sweet even after one of our coworkers was an ass to her. My other coworker and I tipped her well (extra on top) to cover for him being an ass. I will go back for more rabbit food (salad) next time I am in town.

I felt both didn't deserve the highest marks and here is why. The wagyu beef capaccio suffered from a heavy handed use of a tartar- similar sauce, which drowned the delicate flavor of the high quality beef completely. And the rockfish was slightly overcooked and suffered from a heavy handed use of salt. Now, both of these creations were brilliantly conceived that is, capturing the spirit of the finest PNW cuisine, but the execution was a bit off, missing the right balance of ingedients at least tonight. Of note, I asked for bread, which I felt would have complemented the capaccio well, but there was none in the house. Initially I was seated at a table up against the wall but asked to move as I was situated directly under an irritatingly bright spot light. I can't relax sitting under bright light and therefore I wouod also not describe the restaurant as reliably romantic. Not all tables have the same ambiance and fixing this would level up the atmosphere. Service was very friendly and on point!

In the middle of the dish was a nicely toasted brioche bagel. Egg yolk and dashi sabayon added a nice salty creamy umami touch. There were pickled beets surrounding the bagel as well. I wish there was a slight sweet crunch from candied hazelnuts. Service was quick and professional. There were over ten tables as well but I chose to sit at the bar where everyone else was. Nice vibe. Reminds me of Seattle especially seeing how my drink and roasted beets dish ended up costing $43 after service fee, tax and tip. There's no happy hour.

Recommendation from a local in the industry should be a can't miss. This was a miss. Service was mid at the very best. Just OK in every way. There was a decent beer list - nothing that I really like, but that's just me being picky it was a decent selection. We tried a couple of appetizers and they were just not good. Mac and cheese balls and something else that I have already forgotten, but I know our group of four left food on the table and we came in hungry. It's a very small space, and on our trip there was a pretty loud group at the bar. That's normally to be expected in a bar, but in this space we were able to hear every word of their conversation which is just weird. Funny, part of the reason the other bar owner recommended this place is because of the 'cute outdoor seating area'. Take a look at the picture. If you are driving through Aberdeen to the beach, I'd have to suggest you keep going.

I could only decide (because there were ingenious choices) when our bar server, Hannah, suggested "Sweet Heat." Listed under "Pinsa Flat Bread" it came out 12"x6" thick bread perfectly browned in oven with gooey garlic/mozzarella but, wait, caramelized onions, thick-diced grilled chicken that tasted like bacon. Every two or three inches, one pickled jalapeño perfectly placed for heat that didn't burn, and over it all, drizzled HOT HONEY!!! My mouth was ecstatic. Pretty soon I couldn't wait to cut with my fork and knife to have my third and fourth triangled piece. Sitting, leaning over the high long bar, I just held the sticky, sweet cheesy spicy bread with all ten fingers tipping my head to catch the drips. Passion Orange Guava Cider washed it all down. I made a trip to the restroom and wash my hands then stopped at the kitchen window to rave about the menu with Clayton, the cook. This was all on a summer Monday night in June, low west sun shining into the cozy wood space, baseball silenced on the three screens, fun, toe-tapping music the whole two hours we stayed.
