Stopped by here before the Astros game. Everything was great! Great drinks! Great food! Great service! We'll be coming back!!

Came here for the first time to have dinner with my cousin. Great environment, great TVs and great customer service. I had the naked wings and fries (appetizer) and it was delicious! Highly recommend them. Portion was a really good size. My cousin had the B.G.O sandwich I think and he liked it as well. His wife had the rajas y papas tacos and said they were good as well. read more

Wow, what a cool place to go and watch the game when you can't afford tickets! Very trendy restaurant with great service and food. We ordered the burger which was very good. I'm definitely going back to try their nacho's. read more

The food here isn't amazing but it isn't terrible. I have to give props to their beer selection given that they have a few Belgian ones. I personally wouldn't come to a place like this but because we were staying at the Marriott it was too close to skip out on. For some reason or another every time I stay at a nice hotel a restaurant will be right next to it and they're almost never good. It's puzzling. The food here is ordinary in my opinion but the service is superb. Our waitress was kind and always attentive read more

The simple salad w/ salmon lacked flavor & seasoning. The wings were also rubbery. They should've been cooked a tad bit longer.

Pleasant surprise. Had never been, but stopped by after a nice time at Discovery Green. Lots of very nice, large television screens. Service was great, and the food was very good. I ordered a salad, which was HUGE and very yummy. The flat bread was also outstanding, as well as the burger my son ordered. read more

OMG!! The service was awesome. We had the Brisket Mac Cheese, Brisket Taco's, and Chili Fries...delicious!!! Sorry forget to take pics. Vibes on point. Will definitely visit again when I'm Houston. read more

Cool bar with lots of tv's. Service is marginal at best. We ate with a group of 4 and had to wait 10 minutes despite several open tables. Came back the next night to get drinks and wanted to sit in a certain area and they refused to sit us because we were not eating food. They were not busy. I guess they did not want our business. read more

Excellent Choice! The Parmesan Chicken wings & Chicken & Waffles the are the best! Shaun our service was very friendly & his service was outstanding, highly recommended and the hours are great read more

We came in for some small appetizers and ordered a pretzel and a dirt dog (hot dog). Not only were they delicious, the serving sizes were so big that we couldn't even finish our appetizers with 3 adults. Great way to start our 4th of July! read more

We almost did not go here because of all the bad reviews. Glad we decided to stay at the hotel and give it another try. We have been here before and always enjoyed the place. Not sure why all the low reviews. First, service was as good as it gets. It was not real crowded as I've seen in the past. My wife and I decided to keep it simple with hamburgers and fries considering all the negative reviews. We both found the burgers to be very good. The patty maybe not as flavorful as it good be, was cook just as we asked and was juicy. All the topping where fresh and good. The bun I thought was really fresh and tasty. Love there fries. Cooked just enough to be crunchy and soft. Good seasoning. Pricing maybe but high but isn't that always the case at a resort setting. Saw other food being delivered and it all looked good. I was sorry I didn't order chicken wings because the ones I saw looked a whole lot better than the pictures on this site. read more

I was kicked out I was already sitting and a waiter told me that I need to wait for a hostess when I was waiting there for 5 mins and no one showed up. They said that table was gonna give to someone else ( liar). It's a bad place in a nice advertised hotel. Bad service from start! read more

This is amazing atmosphere. Sports fans it's to die for. If you are from houston or here on a buisness trip, even a game day visit this place has wonderful service. It's also a good place for a girls or guys night. read more

All the bartenders here are awesome. Eric and Horas are amazing. We had such a great time there and were served on Christmas Day! Best hotel bar I have ever been in. Craig lent his name to a bar that is classy as he was as a player. Even if we didn't stay in the Marriott again, I would still go there for a drink. Special thanks to Eric for pointing out other great spots! Great trip helped out by the great bartenders at this joint! read more

A few of my girlfriends and I wanted to grab an after dinner drink here. A bunch of tables were empty and the lady would not seat us, telling us there was a wait. Terrible business move when your restaurant is almost empty! read more

Pretty average food and less than average service. Basically grabbing crowds because of Biggio's name. Surely he must expect better with his name on it. It'll last for awhile because of the location and name and they'll probably convince themselves that nothing is wrong until the day the hotel changes the concept. The screens are great but good luck watching anything in the daytime. They are all projection screens, lots of windows around, and it just looked like a big glare. Saw a beer on tap on the 1st floor. They sat us on the 2nd. They didn't serve the beer on the 2nd floor and the waitress wouldn't just walk down and get it. We were the only table on the 2nd floor at the time. Come on, it's an extra few feet of walking and it is the service and hospitality industry. I got a water instead. The restaurant lost money. As Tillman Fertitta says, if a customer asks for eggs at Landry's, even though it's not on the menu, make the customer eggs. They have eggs and they know how to make them. Sometimes it's just the little things. Oh take a closer look at your check as well. They add 18% for a group of 6. I typically don't tip less than 20% even with shitty service. My guess is they are used to bad tips so they have to add it. read more

Atmosphere is good. Worst pizza I've ever had in a restaurant! I seriously make better frozen pizza at home. Mac and cheese was okay, but not enough cheese. Wings ok. I should have taken a picture of the pizza! Flat, soggy, tasteless. I usually find something good but i wasted $71 on this food! read more

Recently visited Houston for a conference, and ate here twice! Had nachos and pretzel for an appetizer, then pulled pork sliders with sweet potato fries, then the brisket Mac and cheese for meals- all of it was amazing! Others in my group got a variety of other meals and all claimed it was amazing! They had a great local beer list! The service was above and beyond! Our waiter took the time to write down a list of several other places we should visit while in the area! It was baseball time (no really my cup of tea) but the ginormous screens in this place make it an excellent place to watch a game (no matter the season)! read more

They charge $2 for "rocks" otherwise known as Ice for Bourbon and/or Scotch. They don't even have large squares or big round ball of ice. It was just cubes that one makes with a large ice maker. My colleague asked for just 2 cubes and was still charged for "rocks" - lol $1 a cube. Your money would be better spent across the street or else where. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I would have picked up on this at the bar so I could have offered a big fat $0 tip!!! never again going to Biggio's. read more

Probably the worst wait staff in Houston. The hostest is rude. We were sat down at a table and told the LSU would be on the TV, but it wasn't. They refused to put it on. The manger is unhelpful and ignored our questions. They wouldn't move our table when we asked to get better seats. Very disappointed in this experience. read more

I work in the area and I always go In for drinks with my friends, or to get a day pass and go to the hot tub in the Marriot but every time I go into this restraunt I get treated very poorly by the female staff. I was told I'm not welcome there because it's a "family establishment" even though it literally is a bar with alcohol located in downtown Houston that is open late. The food is not even that great to act that way towards somebody who is always stopping by and spending money. The females who work behind the bar clearly have insecurity problems but that shouldn't be dealt with at work maybe they need to hire better staff... if you're going to go for drinks you should go to Xochi it is way classier and the staff is way friendlier and won't stereotype you based off if you look better than them. Management needs to tell their workers to leave their insecurity problems at home. Bad bad service whenever this women is there. I don't have problems with anyone else ever but every time I see this women she makes me uncomfortable. Yesterday was my first time back in a long time because of her who knew somebody could hold a grudge for that long over somebody she doesn't even know lol! read more

I've been waiting for Biggio's to open for 2 years! Finally, the day has come. But, I'm disappointed. My experience was ok. I do recommend the Chorizo Poblano fondue. Very delicious and not too greasy as chorizo is naturally greasy. Other than that, the place has a lot of work to do. I ordered a gin gin mule which after 45 min I cancelled. They said they couldn't find the ginger beer. I love that they served 16oz Miller Lite beer cans however; I tried ordering one from my table and my waitress was told by a bartender that they don't carry it.... wtf... I just had one. One of the guys in our group was drinking iced tea and his drink was refilled. Well that's great but they refilled it with coffee. Don't ask me how that happens but you can't make that up. He basically drank half iced tea and half iced coffee. GROSS!! There was no apology nor effort to compensate for his nasty drink. The food has a lot of potential. The menu is right but needs a little work. Our table tried the chicken and waffles, sliders, burger, Sonoran haute dog, rib eye and wings. They all need some work. Now on to the atmosphere: There's lots of TVs and even several large screen tvs. This will be a great pre Astros game spot. They have several recliners to watch games. Overall, service is lacking, food was mediocre, and for the name I expected much better. I hope they get it right because I really wanted to love this place. Sorry, Biggio's. read more

The loaded nachos are honestly the best nachos in town! The chicken and waffles were also awesome! The syrup with a touch of siracha makes the dish. Our waiter Emeric was very nice and took very good care of us! I highly recommend this place for good food and drinks! They also have a great atmosphere and great downtown location to watch an Astros or Rockets game with 2 giant big screen TV's. read more

The fries are to die for! I've had the Strauss Family burger, brisquit taco, nachos, and a flat bread pizza and it was all fantastic. But none of the food or drinks compare to Marianna and Monica! They're the best thing about Biggio's! read more

Walked in and sat at the bar on a Saturday wanting to watch football. Only one bartender for the whole place and didn't get acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. Finally I got his attention. He took our beer order and poured them and they sat for another 10 minutes and we had enough and walked out. Terrible service! read more

I'm staying at the Marriott Marquis so figured I would stay and have dinner here. TVs everywhere which is great. I was seated and my waitress seemed to be having a bad day. I ordered a burger and and fries. Bun on my burger was stale and the fries were nothing out of the ordinary. The combination of bad service and bad food is too much. I would only recommend this place as a bar. read more

We stopped in after an Astros game for a post game drink and appetizer. I'm glad we did! It is the perfect sports bar atmosphere. The food and drinks were great, as was the service. John Z provided exemplary service (thanks for suggesting adding bacon to the mushroom pizza!). Can't wait to go back! read more

Worst service ever had in Houston, slow, bad food, un-polite servers! Dirty Dog not good at all

Truly, I've been to beer joints in Armpit Texas with better service. Rita, not bad. Prices Fair, but it goes down hill from there. All the charm of a hotel bar & This on a Sat Game night when we won too. read more

Great decor. Drinks are way over priced and if you order a drink off the menu they don't know how to make it. Drinks are way to overpriced. 2 mixed drinks cost $29.00 before tip. Plus the food is only decent. Keep walking there are way better choices. So disappointing . read more

Good for dropping in and watching a game if you were out of town. My issue...they don't take reservations! The hostess tried to get me to pay a booth fee, this is not a club, its a straight up hotel restaurant. Its hard to believe that they don't take reservations. I will likely not be back. read more

Drinks are fancy and pricy it the atmosphere before a Astros game is worth it. They have great appetizer options.

My husband and I arrived in Houston today and checked into the Marriott Marquis. We came to to Biggios for a drink and food. Biggios has an excellent atmosphere and food. Our waiter, Robert, has provided not only excellent service, but he has made us feel very welcome. We'll be back to enjoy Biggios again when our son arrives. This is a great sports bar. read more

Horrible service! We stopped by after the Astros game today and tge bartender was one if the rudest bartenders. There were about 8 of us who had a team outing. We just ordered drinks and felt like it was a cattle call. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that's not how you treat patrons. We won't be back. The bar wasn't even that crowded. I asked for a somewhat specialty drink and got the look and the comments as if I had insulted her. Too much attitude. I'd love the owners to contact me for more information. Houston has too many great bars and restaurants for patrons to settle for sub par service. If most of us acted like this on the job we wouldn't have one for long. read more

Binod was Amazing!!! Food was sooo good. Ate lunch and dinner here. Wanted to try out Cueva but they were closed. Definitely will be back! Atmosphere was cool! read more

How dirty does a bar have to be "before" Marriott Management forces them to clean the place? It was filthy when we went in 2020 & even many months later on our return the place is still dirty. Management does not know the last time the mirrors behind the bar were cleaned. Walls behind both trash cans that are easily visible while sitting at the bar, remain covered with spilled condiments that have been slopped on the walls & never cleaned. When was the last time the floor below patrons sitting at the bar was cleaned? Health department needs to pay this place a visit. This place is an embarrassment for a Marriott Marquis property. read more

This place has really stepped it up! Their food is always good and service is usually good when it's not super packed! Great atmosphere for watching any sports games. TVs are everywhere! read more

I went here for lunch and had the chicken and Waffles. I didn't expect much because breakfast holds the crown for chicken and waffles but I have to say that I was very impressed with these. Chicken strips were juicy and the waffles were delicious. I give it a 8/10. Staff was also friendly. Ill be going back when I'm in the area when there is not a lot of traffic or else parking is a pain. read more

The same thing happened to my wife and I as another reviewer stated! We were treated very poorly by Shirley that was working the door on Sunday! We werent staying in the hotel we actually drove all the way down there and paid for parking at the hotel. We arrived about the middle of the second quarter and tried to walk in. Shirley told us there was a minimum of an hour wait and we could see the place is empty. She wouldnt even allow us to go into the bar for a drink! Unbelievably rude lady..So we left and drove all the way back home. Mr Biggio, we will not be back. read more
