We came here to have drinks before a concert we were attending at Toyota Center. Great bar inside of the Four Seasons Hotel. The staff is friendly and the drinks were very good. Service was a little slow at times but not horrible, we were a party of 6. I didn't order foo brothers on my party did and everything looked great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was casual and mostly mature adults.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely recommend and will return.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Located in the 4 Seasons hotel, this restaurant is a great find. With a quiet environment, it provides a smart casual ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a bar or comfortable lounge seats to choose from.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was very knowledgeable, checked on us regularly, and made excellent recommendations. The chicharron was amazing! The meat was fried, but somehow still melted in your mouth. The guac was fresh. The tortilla soup was creamy with great flavors. The ribeye has caramelized onions on top that are so rendered, they melt and pack so much flavor. The ribeye is delicious and cooked to perfection. With the price and amount of food you get, you really can't go wrong. This is my husband's go-to spot when we are in town for one of his events and I don't see that changing!

I've eaten at B&B numerous times over the years, but for some reason I had never sat at the bar until this year. Now that I've done bar seating a couple of times, I think it has become my preferred place to sit. I dined solo before a concert a few months ago. Justin and Laura were working the bar and they did an excellent job! I wanted to order my favorite (Kale Caesar with Salmon), but I noticed the salad was changed to a regular Caesar. I also noticed the increase in price for the salmon so I decided to try something different. I went with the Peach Burrata Salad. Justin recommended adding blackened chicken. I am not a huge fan of blackened chicken but I absolutely loved this salad! It was different from my usual, but it was so good and flavorful! The char on the chicken was perfect and the sweetness from the peach complimented it so well. For my drink, I started with the Spring Branch. It had a lovely lemon, thyme, and apple flavor that felt like autumn in a glass. It was so good and balanced! Laura created it and I made sure to give her feedback because it was really good. I also ordered the the Magnolia. It's gin based (my favorite) with a nice balance of raspberry and lemon. The leaf garnish was a nice touch! I came back with my friend for dinner before an Astros game a few months later. Laura was there and somehow remembered me! Arlette was also working the bar and she provided great service to us as well. I ordered the Vesper 2.0. It's extremely boozy (as a Vesper should be)! The cocktail came with truffle chips. The truffle oil and saltiness of the chips complimented the cocktail so well! I don't know who came up with the idea to combine the two, but bravo! For dinner I had the Birria Bao as well as Brussels Sprouts. The Birria Bao was delicious! The meat was seasoned and tender. The pickled onions and cilantro that topped it were delicious as well! The Brussels had a nice char and I enjoyed the dollops of cream. I only planned to have the Vesper, however Laura and Arlette hooked us up with some samples of their fall cocktail creations that they were working on for the next menu. Both cocktails were mezcal based and they were good! I can't wait to see the final product. I've found that the bartenders are more attentive which can be good if you're short on time. I really like how well they work together. They not only introduced themselves when I sat down (both visits), they made a point to introduce the other bartenders working along side them. B&B continues to be one of my favorite downtown spots for dinner and drinks!

Lovely bar to the right of the hotel when you arrive. We came here for drinks on a Sunday afternoon. Our server was very prompt. I became hungry so I started with a burger and Cosmo. My husband ordered a whiskey sour with Uncle Nearest. They have a varied assortment of whiskey. My burger was delicious. The branded bun is a nice touch. I saw a delectable looking drink stroll by and just had to ask my waiter what it was. It was their version of an espresso martini with whip cream on top. So yummy! We relaxed and watched tv for a bit. This is a nice place to unwind. Prices are a little up there.

Aybars was our server and he did wonderful! Knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. We did make reservations ahead of time, but it was quite empty when we arrived and they just told us to sit anywhere. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a very chill bar/light bites restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got the Lobster tacos (actually really good and each taco had good chunks of lobster in it), Sweet Potato Fries (crispy), Truffle Fries, BB bayou burger (juicy, cooked nicely) + crispy large onion rings with a excellent batter. Drinks - Margarita with tajin on the rim and reposado tequila (pretty strong) Parking - Valet $8 TIP if you have a toyota center concert, grab a bite or drink here first and then 5 min walk to the arena Afterwards, you'll come back to the four seasons and pay the cashier and they'll bring your car out to you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restrooms - Clean, fancy napkins[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I came to Bottle & Bayou ready for a good meal and birthday celebration, and I got one, but what I really got was the best service of my entire life thanks to our waiter Tawanda Let me be clear: This man deserves a raise, a promotion, and at least one vacation day... preferably paid. He was the sweetest soul ever, worked harder than any waiter I've seen, and made the whole experience feel like five-star fine dining even though I casually ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. The food was good solid, tasty, hit the spot. But the real highlight? Tawanda's service was the meal. The burger + fries combo did its job, but he was the star of the show. Attentive, kind, personable, super hardworking, and just radiating "I actually care about my tables" energy. I wish every server in the world had his work ethic and heart. Bottle & Bayou, please take care of him. He deserves the best of the best -- and honestly, so do y'all for hiring someone like him. Food = Vibes = Tawanda = (should be the restaurant logo at this point) I'll definitely be back, but only if Tawanda is still there so I can leave this review all over again.

They are within the 4Seasons so you know it will be a great time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a cute spot looks like a library and they have private virtual golf rooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated quickly in a little romantic booth and you see everyone from friends to lovers in the spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The surprise was the ceviche so fresh and delicious. It was late so wifey got the chicken Cobb. Good portion and the dressing was amazing. Octopus was deeelish! I would def return and be sure to bring others. Great service great staff and cayute spot.

Fantastic service and food. Came in with an admittedly late and tight timeline before a show and they were super accommodating and quick. Delicious food and drinks.

The bar of the Four Seasons. Not to be confused with there Speakeasy Bandista upstairs. Located right on the first floor lobby of the hotel. Parking - is either valet at the hotel, or find street parking. I street parked a few blocks away. I came here for the first time early evening, for some pre drinks for a friend's bday dinner upstairs. My friend had a resy. But you could probably just show up and be seated, depending how crowded it is. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The crowd was steady influx. It has a cool simple decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were several people dressed up nice and fancy, for a wedding upstairs. The place has plenty of various types of seating, which is probably the best thing about the place. From high top tables, large leather couches, booths, bar stools etc. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seems like a great place to hang out with a group, to grab drinks & bite before or after a night out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Centrally located downtown. Walking distance to all kinds of entertainment. Such as the theater, ballet, baseball game, concert venues etc. Drinks - I ordered the Cruel Summer. I enjoyed it. It was pretty boozy, so I only needed one before dinner. Service was easy enough. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We came back again, later on in the night. It was more crowded, but we were able to be seated again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The group ordered several items, chips/queso, burger & O-rings, fries. The bite of burger I had wasn't bad. I think everyone enjoyed there food. Overall an easy experience, which is all you can ask for.

The bartenders are so attentive, personable and friendly! The food is good and there's a nice selection of drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lighting is romantic with a comfortable atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drink my son ordered was good tasting but weak since after about 8 he still had no buzz and he doesn't ever drink unless it's a special occasion! The orbit drink is strong and pretty! The apple drink is also delicious! Yes, I recommend this place!

The service and food were great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was chill and very relaxed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tacos were so good. We went back the next day and got some for lunch.

It looked dark, clubbish, and fun (exactly what I was looking for) and I couldn't wait to come here. After a 25 minute Uber ride we were downtown and walking to our destination. At first we could not find it but thankfully a nice gentlemen showed us where it was. Upon walking in, darkness with these bright lights paved our way. We sat down at the bar, but realized dancing did not start until 10pm. The bartender came over and said to us "we have a speakasy behind door #3" we were like WHAT! Let's go. So, we walked down the dark hallway and pushed open door #3 (hence the name) to find this super cool speakeasy bar. Dim lights, really modern decor, comfy suede chairs and best of all, some really great cocktails. If you are ever in Downtown Houston, I highly recommend you coming here. I promise you will have the best time. We did not stay for dancing.

The drinks were solid, and the overall atmosphere was definitely a vibe. We went on a Saturday evening, so it was pretty crowded, but once we found our spot in the Gold Room, we stayed there most of the night. Great music, great energy, and a unique concept. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something different for a night out. Not sure how it took me this long to stumble in here. Parking is what it is downtown so, there's that.

Service was amazing-- we loved our waiter who was a combination of polite, funny, and knowledgeable, and everyone gave us a smile. All the dishes were beautifully presented and flavorful but definitely on the heavier side. - Beet salad (5/5)-- wow, never had a beet salad like this one before! So much flavor with a tanginess from vinegar sweetened by the blueberries and beets. The beets didn't taste very earthy (aka like dirt) compared to most beet salad. This was really well executed :) - Caesar salad (3.5/5)-- Credence's spin on Caesar, which according to my Caesar salad pro diner, didn't really taste like Caesar salad. Also very tangy and tart but the pro still enjoyed it as a salad dish. - Roasted cabbage (4/5)-- big fan of the way they roasted this, perfect tenderness without being cabbage mush! Definitely a heavy dish, especially for a vegetable option, as it was swimming in a butter cream sauce that started to congeal as it cooled off. Would choose this more as an indulgent appetizer rather than a healthy veggie option. I wonder if one could ask for the sauce on the side... - Tuna tostada (3.5/5)-- if you like strong flavors, this one packs a punch. The gochujang aioli beneath the tuna is really concentrated, making it difficult to taste the actual tuna. There's a bit of heat but thankfully I wouldn't say it was spicy. Fun to try. The tostada itself was very dense and almost a bit bread-y versus a crispy chip texture. - Crab fried rice (4/5)-- comes with lobster foam that is mixed table side and a generous amount of crabmeat lumps. The rice actually had a nice texture without being too... grainy / individualized, but it was too salty for me. - Akaushi Wagyu beef (4.5/5)-- loved the texture which was tender but with some chew (was expecting more of a melt-in-the-mouth texture though) and the veggies that it came with. It was heavily salted, too much so for me. Would've been perfect with less salt since there's already a chimichurri sauce with it. - Peanut butter tart (4.5/5)-- peanut butter lovers rejoice! The chocolate filling was rich, thick, and sweet which was complemented nicely with the whipped cream (not sweet at all). The peanut flavor really shined. The crust didn't have much of a taste by itself and was sandy in texture, not sure if on purpose or over-baked and dried out. Either way, the tart looked impressive when it arrived and was delectable-- my favorite bite of the night! Overall a nice experience! Although there was a mess up and the rest of our two salads and crab rice wasn't packed with our other food to take home; I was pretty sad about that since it was quite a bit of food (and $$). I might return for that peanut butter tart, but everything else was too heavy and too salty for me. I'm personally not a huge butter fan, but if you are, definitely make a reservation for a special occasion or date!

Friday after work during happy hour and the prices could not be beat, especially with their lobster bites (was sitting at about $30, and we got them half off!) Drinks were fantastic! I selected the "Golden Cadillac" that comes with a miniature bottle of Grand Marnier inside of it. Very good. My company decided on an array of appetizers for his "main course", while I went with their Fried Salmon (served with Mac and cheese, and collard greens). Omg! So tasty! The pepper was prevalent throughout, but it did not over power the flavor! I make collard greens at home (and learned from one of the best), and even I found theirs to be pretty good! My company selected fried ribs, along with the lobster bites, and crawfish queso dip, and their wings! I tasted what he got, and we both agreed that the wings were "off the chart" delicious with a beautiful straight off the grill smoky flavor! So good that he got another order to go! Lol. What made our experience there amazing was our server Ray (Rajean = think "the 90's TV Show "Living Single"..."smooches"!)...she was the best!! From her hello, to walking us through the menu (as first-timers), her recommendations, her energy, her smile, and her being very relatable. Loved her! My only gripe was the bathrooms, the ladies room needed attention (and could use a spruce all around). It doesn't help that it is a bit small, but yeah, they need to focus some efforts on ensuring it's upkeep. As for seating and parking, there is a bar area and limited seating toward the front of the restaurant, but it does extend to back of the house with additional seating. There is also patio seating as well. Because this place seems popular, it is best to reserve ahead to ensure your seating. Parking is very limited! They do however, offer valet (but at $20+). There is off-street parking, but be careful since this is a residential area and nothing is secure. All in all, I really had a great time and left with my belly full! Definitely worth checking out! What was lost is now found! Enjoy!
