Definitely recommend reservations here because it can get busy on the weekends as one of the few truly good restaurants up here. Met friends here for dinner. Interesting menu. We started with a couple of appetizers. I thought the Burrata was very good!!! For main courses there were some dinner entrees but the menu is heavy on sandwiches and burgers. I had short ribs which were very good. My wife had a burger which she loved and another in our party had a chicken sandwich and was very happy. Nice selection of beers on tap also some nice wines. For desert I had bread pudding which was uninspired. Small restaurant but feels cozy, not crowded. Very interesting artwork on walls. An emphasis on local ingredients, which means seasonal is key and always makes things extra fresh. Their pork duo you guys, like wow. Holy moly. Perfectly seasoned tenderloin expertly cooked, and the pork belly was crunchy and fatty as a belly should be, while still moist and not overcooked. Been here several times. Now. My original review is below. Just wanted to add in a couple of photos from today and to say that the bbq shrimp appetizer is to die for! Everything we had was superb and the staff is so friendly. Much appreciated! Wow! This little place is awesome! Met good friends there for lunch and ordered the Biga club. Just wow! Thick slices of turkey breast, bacon cooked to perfection, juicy tomato, avocado and some kind of delicious mayo on lightly toasted delicious bread. Served with a side. I chose chili Mac and cheese. Half the sandwich with the side was plenty for lunch. I brought the other half home for dinner. Really excellent food. The place is very small so you may need to wait. Very, very good. Parking: there is an alley right in front of the building that leads to a small parking lot. If that is full you can continue through the lot to the side streets to park. Tip, my friend called ahead and they had a table waiting for us 630 on a Thursday night. The service was good and our server friendly and helpful. The food: my favorite was the BBQ shrimp (the sauce is amazing, full of flavor and spice), the burrata with the pesto and tomato sauce was refreshing, but not nearly as flavorful as I expected. Both appetizers came with bread. For dinner we had the veggie sandwich and the blta with mac and cheese. We shared them and I would definitely get the BLTA again. Both were good but the bread on the sandwiches falls apart while eating. It's delicious, but messy. Drinks: 1st was their take on a whiskey sour (not my favorite but my friend really enjoyed it) and the hibiscus margarita (I liked this one more). Dessert: bread pudding and the chocolate pudding? Both were good. It was a pleasant experience. The one con for me is the lack of air. They had one fan going, but it was hot. As temperatures climb I could imagine it would be too uncomfortable for me. read more

I've eaten here many many times at least two dozen and this was by far the worst experience I ever had. I did speak to Marie the manager to let her know how we all felt about the negative dining experience. We made reservations for 3 and they tried to sit us at a table for two with no room and then had a negative look on their face when we wanted them to accommodate us with a larger table. It was the worst customer service ever and my friends weren't happy and neither was I and we probably won't go back. When I spoke to Marie the manager I found out that they gave our table away so then they gave us a two top and wanted us to cram in there and gave us dirty looks for asking for something that could accommodate all of us. Visited this restaurant a year later and still amazing! I got the vegetable sandwich with the green chili Mac and cheese as a side. I'm usually not a person who eats meals without meat but this sounded so yummy and was enough to fill me up. Very flavorful. The Mac and cheese was creamy and had a little kick to it but nothing major. Enjoyed a Chardonnay which was also good. Can't wait to go back! read more

Wow. It has been a long time since I have not had to season my food at a restaurant. We got their seasonal Summer Corn Risotto and vegan "Meatloaf". The side of vegetables that came with the "meatloaf" was absolutely amazing. They tasted fresh and were delightful. The meatloaf has a sauce that only adds a wonderful tang to the 'loaf. The risotto... now when I say this was phenomenal, omg, get here before it leaves. The artichoke hearts and tomatoes that are added provide so much flavor to an already incredible dish. OMG, I wanted to love this restaurant and I ended up hating it. We had a party of 6 and reservations for 6 in the evening. We arrived at 6 and our table wasn' t ready so we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be set. Two servers came to our table and gave us menus; there was a small (3 by 3 inches) piece of paper on the table that listed the specials. Really - one piece of paper for 6 people; so we asked and they brought us 5 more. This is where it really gets interesting; then they just walked away. Didn't even ask us if we wanted a drink. After 10 minutes of sitting there we had to flag the servers down and ask them if we could order a drink; they acted like they hadn't thought of that. So, we were served the drinks and the dinner and we didn't see our servers again until we were ready to leave. Never asked if we wanted more water, drinks or how our meals were. When we were leaving I told the server that my veal was very fatty and she offered me another piece of meat - really, we were on our way out the door. Did I want to sit there for another 30 minutes; I think not. We certainly will not be back to this horrible place. If I could I would give this restaurant a zero star. For some reason this review lists our town as Peoria; that is incorrect, we live in Prescott and go out to dinner every Friday with the 6 of us. This restaurant has seen the last of us. It's a small place with limited seating. I was lucky to find a spot at the bar. Looked like they only had two servers working, including the bartender, so they were kept pretty busy. Despite that, I feel like they tended to everyone appropriately. Food was great! I had the club sandwich with Mac n cheese and I would definitely get that again. So nice to find a place that supports local vendors. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. They have a small lot in the back that they share with the hair salon. Great little hidden gem that could go unnoticed, unfortunately. The atmosphere is very down to earth and the staff was wonderful and friendly. They have local artists artwork hanging around the place that you can purchase and all the money goes to the artist. The good was beyond AMAZING and very eclectic. The Warm Goat Cheese Dip is a must have, if, no when, you stop by, with dried pear chutney, arugula, and honey with fresh little roasted bread pieces. The chef gives a unique soon to staple dishes and it doesn't disappoint. With such a unique menu it was a pleasure to feel like you were in a little mom and pop location. All-around home run! We came here on a Saturday night and called ahead to sit outside on the patio. We were the only ones on the patio and it was lovely! We ordered the BiGA Burger and the BBQ Shrimp and I must say, they were both unbelievable! The sauce with the shrimp was so delicious that we basically had every last drop. The burger was so buttery and the ciabatta bread was homemade and wonderful. The service was super attentive and friendly and the price was right. Looks very dark and questionably open on the outside when passing, but when you're inside, it's a treat! Small and cozy, you feel like you're on sunset blvd VIP with all the windows blacked out! all local menu, great options. We got the BiGA burger with the macaroni, and the hen. Highly recommend both! You can tell it's fresh. Also got the pineapple margarita and also the hibiscus marg. This place is the definition of "looks can be deceiving." From the road, the place looked closed due to the drawn sun shades on the window. We parked down the alley and made our way to the entrance. Once we went inside, the interior definitely didn't match the exterior. The inside was bustling and styled in an industrial modern flair with concrete walls and exposed lighting. The place is small, fitting maybe 40 or so patrons. It also echos a bit so if there is a boisterous crowd, it can be difficult to talk with the person next to you. That being said, the food and drinks were outstanding. We asked for a different tequila in the hibiscus margarita and the server was happy to oblige. There were only two servers working during a Saturday lunch crowd, but they did their best and were energetic and friendly. Great little YELP find in Prescott, AZ !! A small little place (seats 20?) with a full bar including area beers on tap. The menu is an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper wrapped around a sheet metal stand. Todays lunch offerings included: 6 appetizers 4 salads 6 sandwiches 3 entrees The most expensive item on thr menu was $13.50. THE KEY REASON to visit here is that all baked goods are made in house each morning. I spoke with owner,,,a very friendly lady of Italian decent...and she offered that approximately 30 loaves of french style baguettes, 3 dozen hamburger buns and 4 loaves of rye are baked each morning. The bread dough is prepared with Biga, an natural additive similar to yeast that makes the buns and bread very light and airy. (Google: Biga - I did...) So this was my class in naming a restaurant. But the name fits. My wife had the Biga Burger and I, the BLT. Buut were excellent!! Each sandwich is accompanied by a side that includes potatoe salad, etc. But we opted for the green chili mac and cheese. The house specialty. Again, excellent!! Friendly waitress and owner.
