This place was so great! Honest advice at a good price…read more I had an old laptop that was running so slow, they were able to take it in the morning and have it diagnosed by the afternoon and fixed by the following morning for pick up. They did the standard package of running diagnostics on it (which comes at a standard rate ~$125) and giving me honest feedback that for my needs, they did the best they could with the type of computer I had. All the while, giving me advice for my next computer purchase since this one didn't meet my needs.

I use this computer for my business and all of my files and documents I use to manage this business are now locked out to me on this computer that would not boot. I am not a big business supporter. So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off. If you are curious if you should call Chris for help with your computer needs/repairs, just make the call and let him work his magic. I am completely satisfied with the service and product. He is honest, quick, knowledgeable and has earned any repeat business I may ever need in the future. I am so glad I called and made the decision to use his business. 11 stars from me. As usual, I had a great experience at Impress computers. Was thinking of replacing my old desktop…read more(purchased at Impress years ago)and stopped by to see what they had. Talked to Bruce who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Fast forward, a couple of weeks later, I went in to ask about a printer. Again Bruce was very helpful and I purchased a Canon printer from Impress. Took it home and could not get the printer drivers to interface with old desktop. Went to what I believed to be Canon's website (yes, I typed in their site info) for help and somehow got a pop up of a help screen. I stated my problem and they asked for my phone number to better assist me. I hate to admit that I was scammed. I let them take control of my computer to see if they could correct the issue. When it failed for them, they offered to refund me. They wanted for me to go to my bank account to see if the refund had been posted. It was then, a light bulb came on in my head and I thought, I have been scammed. Fortunately, I had logged them out twice. I immediately went to bank and told my story, changed account password just in case. I don't keep account password info in my computer. I went straight to Impress computer with my old desktop and Bruce helped me again. I Bought another refurbished desktop and is having them move data from old to new after they have gone in and removed any viruses that may have been added by the scammers. One quick note. I know we do not like it when they tell us it will take a week or two to get our computers back to us, but we need to give them some slack. They are doing their best to do it right. A small business trying to accommodate a bunch of folks. All Impress folks that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and accommodating to me. I didn't mean to write a novel.
