My only concern was that there were so few reviews, so I thought I owed it to Ty to give him the recognition that he deserves. My SSD was 99% degraded when I finally decided to get it replaced. James (Jaime) Macinnis resolved the problem in a few minutes. Back at my apartment the keyboard and mouse worked fine. I have used their services since 2011.
