I learned only of this place thanks to Yelp and was fortunate enough to attend an event or two at their location in Central. It all starts with education. They've got the documentation, training, and high quality inventory to help make any homebrewer's dream a reality. They've brought in actual brewery masters before to help train folks on their palate (which I could always use work on) and get them started with their home brew kits. The staff is knowledgeable and above all, passionate. They are also homebrewers as well, with some of them happily leading on sessions on their methods of homebrewing. From novices to seasoned home brewmasters, they've got the right tools in place to help people achieve the results they're looking for in duplicating certain craft beer profiles. And they've somehow managed to make it all work, even with a small interior and tough to notice location. A great team goes a long way and I can't wait to see what they have in store next. What impresses me most is they pay attention to how its served and the staff definitely knows their stuff when it comes to beer, a few of the staff having their cicerone certificate, it's like being a sommelier but for beer.
