My second concern was flexibility. Not only did Main Street Market Catering meet my expectations, but went above and beyond. During our cocktail hour we had a charcuterie grazing table with a mix of meats, spreads, crackers/breads, veggies, nuts, fruits, and sauces. This was a BIG hit with our guests. For dinner, we had a pasta bar. We served penne pasta with a choice of red meat sauce, alfredo sauce, and vodka sauce with chicken. They also served salad and breadsticks. Since our wedding, I have received COUNTLESS compliments on the alfredo & vodka sauce. I highly recommend Tracey and her team for your event.
