Holy frikin crap!!! New to town and was driving around looking for something that wasn't a chain! Took us quite a while but as soon as we saw this place that had CHEESESTEAKS written really big across the front of the building we made an immediate U- turn! Ordered on their website for curbside takeout during my lunch hour. I said I wanted to pick it up at 12:15pm and arrived a few minutes before. I waited until 12:20pm and when no one came outside with food, I sent my husband in to get the order. While I waited, I noticed that almost no one that entered the restaurant was wearing a mask and neither were the people in there waiting on their orders. It took my husband ten minutes to get the order from them. The food is really really good though. The Big Mills sauce is amazing and the crinkle fries are perfectly seasoned. The sandwiches are loaded with meat and the au jus is perfection. Whoever they have cooking back there is doing a great job. After visiting Quest for a blood test I came back here with my girlfriend just because we saw it while driving and noticed it on yelp while waiting in line at quest. Delicious food, excellent service. The service is what made the visit for me. Big Mill is a really nice guy who cares about your customer experience, and the woman working the cash register is also really nice. You will have no issues with anything at this restaurant. A bit pricey but a great helping of food. I ordered a Big-sized supreme with sauerkraut and bacon cheese fries and a drink and my gf got the regular sized original with giardiniera (pickled vegetables) and mushrooms and a chocolate milkshake. There seems to be quite a few opinionated cheesesteak connoisseurs in this town. I am not one of those with preconceived notions about what should and should not constitute a good cheesesteak, I only know what tastes good when I eat it. I wanted to like it more than I did, it was good but not great. I wanted to find a new locally owned go-to favorite, but it's not quite there... yet. I ordered The Original with onions and mushrooms. The meat was very flavorful and tender! Huge kudos there! The bun however needs help. Directly down the center where the meat was laid, it was soggy which made it impossible to pickup without using both hands and committing to never put it down. That's just too complicated. Broiling or searing the inside of the bun just a touch usually prevents this. I also wish condiments were not available in packets after the fact. I like a touch of mayo on the bun side and that's just not possible with the way it's served. The three young staff were very nice and answered my plethora of questions with a smile. Overall, the flavor is there, for sure. If they can figure out a way to get in in my mouth a little more seamlessly, that'd make it even better! I will be back! read more

I've developed a slight addiction to this place. Yes, the cheese steaks are delicious. The cheetah fries are pure Bliss. The hidden gem though: Their marinara sauce!!! Somebody's Italian Grandma is clearly slaving over that sauce putting love, sweat and tears in every ounce of that stuff!! One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. The staff was incredibly nice and I had my food served within a few short minutes. The Big Mill's Sauce is a nice touch (I got it on the side) and the sandwich itself was loaded with yummy meat and toppings. OK my 3rd review and I don't like kicking a local place and this isn't sour grapes, just an honest review. The steak meat is chopped so fine it is almost burger meat and really over cooked. We love everything about this place. It's small but roomy, the staff are all super friendly. I love that the owner and the cook both come out to talk to guests and make sure food is ok. I've had the Polish sausage twice now, and it's always cooked perfectly. My sister likes the basic cheesesteak with au jus. The fries are PERFECTION, sprinkled with what I think is Old Bay seasoning - just enough to give them a good flavor, not so much it's overwhelming.
