The service through the drive thru was very good. They were prompt in answering and sounded professional and patient while my husband made up his mind for his meal. The wait time was short and our order was correct. I ordered the Culver's Strawberry Fields Salad which is available for Spring and Summer. It must have been the end of when they make it available to order. I have to say I'm so very glad I was able to still order it because it was delicious! On a bed of mixed greens that had a grilled chicken breast sliced, grape tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, lightly salted pecan halves and a goodly amount of fresh, juicy strawberry slices. I had my pick of their salad dressings from which I ordered the Culver vinaigrette- (you can order 1 or 2 packs) which paired perfectly with my salad. Even though I ordered two packs - one would have sufficed because the strawberries were so juicy that one pack was plenty. The mixed greens were fresh, the grape tomatoes had a slight tartness that worked well with the sweetness of the strawberries and the sharpness of the bleu cheese. The sliced chicken breast was plentiful and tasty. The salad was a good size portion for a meal and I would gladly order it again - it's a shame it's a limited time offer but I'm eager to try their other salad options. Their Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad sounds very interesting and just in time for the upcoming holiday season. I would definitely order food there again and maybe next time go into their restaurant and enjoy another delicious salad!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. I went with the Holy Moly Double with fries. The cost was about eleven dollars. When I got to Tom Petty Park and opened my food, I was impressed with the portion and after my first bite, I was even more impressed with the taste. Why settle on one of those fast-food burger monoliths when you can have a superior burger from a local business? I would definitely recommend Holy Moly Burgers and the Bird.

So yeah, expectations were not exactly low. I pulled up and kept it simple. Cheeseburger, fries, large iced tea. No need to get cute when you're dealing with a place that's been doing one thing longer than most people have had careers. Let's start with the burger, because wow. This thing absolutely delivers. Cooked to order, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and hits that sweet spot where you take a bite and immediately understand why people won't shut up about it. Five out of five, no notes, no complaints. This is the kind of burger that makes you question every overpriced, overbuilt "gourmet" burger you've ever had. This is how it's supposed to be done. And then... the fries showed up. Hot? Yes. Fresh? Seemed like it. But somehow they pulled off the impressive trick of being both hot and soggy at the same time. It's like they skipped the part where fries are supposed to have texture. Total letdown, especially sitting next to a burger that's basically winning awards in my head. The iced tea did its job. No drama there. So here's where I land. The burger alone is worth the trip. It lives up to the legend, no exaggeration. But those fries dragged the whole experience down just enough to knock it to four stars. Mac's is this close to perfection. Fix the fries, and we're not even having a conversation. Right now, it's a legendary burger with a side of "what happened here?"

I know I know, it was a long time coming and I regret that! I went around lunch time on a Wednesday so it wasn't too crowded but if you're familiar with the area, you know sometimes it can be difficult to make a left hand turn into the parking lot. There were a few people inside already eating and then a few waiting who had already ordered. I knew what I wanted to order beforehand so I walked right up to the counter. I created a regular size Philly for my dad with onions, peppers, mayo, and provolone cheese and then got a double smash burger for myself. That burger? AMAZING. I wholeheartedly support that being in the running for best burger in GNV. I still think about it daily. It was truly mouthwatering and perfect. She did everything she could to apologize and make the situation right, despite the issues with the kitchen and the misleading wording on the menu. My $30 steak was cooked incorrectly twice. There were also other steaks at our table that were not prepared as ordered, although those guests were willing to settle for what they received. When you're paying that much for a steak, it should be cooked exactly as requested. When my steak was finally corrected, my sides were ice cold, and they were not replaced. By that point, our party of six had finished eating and was ready to leave. Unfortunately, there were several other issues throughout the meal as well, including drinks and other food items that were not up to par. What was most disappointing was that the manager never came by our table to check on our experience, even though things were clearly going wrong. It left me wondering whether the manager was on the cook line dealing with the steaks and simply didn't have time for table visits. I appreciate Ashlyn's effort and professionalism, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not one we would want to repeat. We won't be back.
