This review is for the drive thru service only and the food. The outside of the buidling is very clean and the order board is big and easy to read. The service through the drive thru was very good. They were prompt in answering and sounded professional and patient while my husband made up his mind for his meal. The wait time was short and our order was correct. I ordered the Culver's Strawberry Fields Salad which is available for Spring and Summer. It must have been the end of when they make it available to order. I have to say I'm so very glad I was able to still order it because it was delicious! On a bed of mixed greens that had a grilled chicken breast sliced, grape tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, lightly salted pecan halves and a goodly amount of fresh, juicy strawberry slices. I had my pick of their salad dressings from which I ordered the Culver vinaigrette- (you can order 1 or 2 packs) which paired perfectly with my salad. Even though I ordered two packs - one would have sufficed because the strawberries were so juicy that one pack was plenty. The mixed greens were fresh, the grape tomatoes had a slight tartness that worked well with the sweetness of the strawberries and the sharpness of the bleu cheese. The sliced chicken breast was plentiful and tasty. The salad was a good size portion for a meal and I would gladly order it again - it's a shame it's a limited time offer but I'm eager to try their other salad options. Their Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad sounds very interesting and just in time for the upcoming holiday season. I would definitely order food there again and maybe next time go into their restaurant and enjoy another delicious salad! read more

I cant believe Im on this, been a cook off and on 25 years, I understand the delicate balance of QQ and customer service. Most times it is the customers ignorance that creates issues, an as a manager you have to de escalate customer disgruntlement. Im here because my burger was probably cross contaminated, because of high volume and lack of skill or professionalism. Seriously planning on calling FDA along with FDLE so surprise drug tests happen as they begin to punch in. Ill promise you this, you follow how they manage in the villages, youll solve your QQ issues. Yelp is very strong there because these people are rich and demand only the best. I'm so excited to get frozen tonight. Last time we were here we waited over twenty minutes in the drive through lane to get three scoops of ice cream. Justifiably I did order a waffle cone- so maybe they had to make the waffle cone fresh.... Or maybe they had to make the ice cream fresh- oh wait maybe they had to milk they cow, or maybe they had to go to the ice box to freeze the milk once the farmer brought beast around... i could go on. Tonight wasn't as horrible- our cashier didn't know how to add the waffle cone to the order, so a polite gentleman wearing no Culver's apparel knew the answer... hmmm. ANYWAY the place is packed and when we entered there was a ton of people waiting for their food and the drive through line was swamped- so that could mean one of two things- they're backed up- or beast has been a little low on production again. Not 100% sure. There is one adult working here so that was a plus. That all being said- if you have twenty minutes to kill, the food- is tasty. read more

We had never tried Culver's (but heard good things from our 27 yr old kids).... so a couple of weeks ago we decided to try it. We got take out. Food was delicious. If you eat in, the food is pretty good. The app is the worst app I've ever used. It took three attempts to get the order listed today when we finally got it done, we got there and said no one came up for 25 minutes after we said "we're here" we had to ask somebody walking by and they went in and got it and by then the food was cold. Very expensive to eat out these days and it better be good when you do it or you won't go back. read more

Great opportunity to meet some of the areas excellent first responders. 4 hours after having a shake and burger I passed out from pain, woke to EMTs checking vitals and threw up. Felt better immediately and vitals were all normal. The sourdough melt looked a little smashed but tasted ok as did the caramel shake going down but a lot worse coming back up. Would not recommend. Guessing the problem was the shake. New staff might not realize how critical it is to clean out the system every night. read more

This place has great food but I'm so done with them messing up my order. 3 out of the last 4 times they have messed it up it has been right on the receipt. I really love the hamburger and fries ! I wanted to thank our cashier Angie, she is so sweet and always smiling and friendly I love the custard also ! I love that I can get a basket with the hamburger and fries and drink, it's nice to get a lower cost meal ! I so much better than McDonald's and a better price too ! went to Culvers today for my husbands birthday lunch. I ordered Chili and my family ordered burgers and fry's. moms sandwich was suppose to be a single bacon burger no cheese, it came as a double patty burger all cheese and no bacon, I was polite but took it back. they replaced it with the right thing. Time to dig into my Chile and when I did I gagged on a piece of long black hair that just kept coming out of the Chile, I took it back asked for the manager, she saw it and said she was very sorry. she never offered to give me back my money! We waited 20 minutes after payment for our concrete mixers and two out of the four came back wrong. We decided to go inside to correct them because this has happened at this location. they proceeded to get it wrong three more times and repeated to ask for clarification to still get it wrong. The workers were overall rude when we corrected them and it was overall a poor experience. read more

As a brand Culver's is great. This location, not so much. As we walked up the cashier stood there, arms folded with an angry look. Service was so rude it almost seemed to be a joke. I said hello and placed our order. The only thing the cashier said was "you wanna receipt?", then slammed one of their order numbers down on the counter. We then waited 15 minutes at our table for our order. The food was good and a couple of other employees were pleasant. Don't think I'll be going back to this location for a while. read more

We ordered at 2:27pm, 11-1-2023. Our order came to $32.29. We handed her $40.29. So the change should be $8.00. She handed us $7.90. She owed us a dollar and we told her. We gave her the 90cents back and she took off. Another girl came over with a nasty look on her face. I guess this was the manager, who knows she didn't say who she was. We explained the situation to her and she didn't understand. We explained again, and again. She finally understood and I still can't believe she couldn't figure change, especially since the register tells how much to give the customer. The girl with the nasty look finally woke up and gave us the dollar and said next time be nice. Really? How about apologizing for their error.
