The absolute WORST McDonalds I have ever had the misfortune to visit. My family and I stopped here on our way home from Tampa because we were starving. We ordered $27.00 in food, got home and found they forgot a 1/4 pounder with cheese we had ordered. I called and told them that, and the woman who answered said "Well, you gonna come get it?" Not an " I'm sorry we messed up your order, how can we make it right?" NO APOLOGY OR RECOGNITION OF ERROR ON THEIR PART AT ALL! They acted like I was bothering them. What a sorry excuse for a restaurant. I ended the call by telling the woman to bite my ass. On top of their terrible attitude the food we did get was old and looked like someone had stepped on it. How on earth is this McDonald's still in business? First time eating here last night, brought home food from the drive thru, it was absolutely disgusting! My children didn't even eat their happy meals and this is children we are talking about, my child's hamburger was so dry the patty was like a hockey puck and the bun absorbed the ketchup and mustard. The French fries were pale, cold and stale, my quarter pounder had an insane amount of ketchup on it, I don't expect much from fast food or McDonald's but this was terrible, will never be coming back and corporate needs to go in there and do something. Let's see, I ordered a "Big Breakfast" with pancakes and Sausage. What I received was eggs that MAYBE equaled a 1/2 of 1 Egg, Sausage and a biscuit! It's not like I expect anything much from McDonalds but to not even get what I paid at their ridiculous price just confirms I won't be going back to McDonalds, especially THIS McDonalds. A simple dbl quarter pound with cheese and fries. After waiting 22 minutes at the table, I went to the counter. The manager said they would have to "remake the order"???? So I waited another 10 minutes standing at the counter and asked if someone voted make my meal for me. The answer I got was "it's coming"... no apology no we are getting right now.. just loud "it's coming". 38 minutes for this McDonald's to get me a simple meal. It is the ONLY McDonalds in our area! It took 30 minutes to order a bacon, egg, cheese McMuffin!!! It wasn't on the menu! They kept wanting to put it on a biscuit. This McDonald's is slowly going downhill. I have went on 3 different times within the past couple of weeks and every time the shake machine is supposedly down. I have 2 disappointed children each time. One supervisor kindly put my daughter's name in their book for a free milkshake next time for the inconvenience. Go again today and what a surprise. The shake machine is down again in the middle of lunch time. Also, if you go to the restaurant in the evening time expect mediocre at best service. The workers in the drive thru have no personality and will likely completely mess up the order or give you old food which tests stale. It is sad this place has run down so quickly. Stopped in here while heading back home. Only 4 cars in front of us but still took 22 mins to get to the ordering speaker. After placing my order I get to the window and the employee just looks like he simply doesn't want to be there. When I went to present the mobile app coupon the employee told me their machines to scan weren't working. After asking if there was a chance they could adjust it at the next window he replied swiftly "absolutely not". When I asked why he said "per the managers orders we aren't accepting any mobile app coupons. A quick walk back from the machines aren't working. When I picked up my food I asked for a drink carrier after they handed me 4 drinks one by one. This was met with another supervisors temper tantrum in which he then threw something to the floor. The young girl handing me my drinks looked very uncomfortable after getting yelled at over a drink carrier...really? The guy yelling clearly cannot handle the position he is in. After all that I get home to see half my order is completely wrong. After trying to call numerous times with no answer I went back just to be told "we put everything in the bag correctly". By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Long wait times and very rude and unprofessional staff besides the young sweet girl who actually apologized about her acting supervisors temper tantrum. Came for ice cream after dinner. No line in the drive through so went through that. Ordered a regular McFlurry with Reese peanut butter cups. With no one there, I thought it would be super quick. But there was a bit of a wait. It looked like there was an issue. Kid at the window said it would be a couple minutes. Finally he handed me my ice cream. I went to pull away and noticed the McFlurry looked like just vanilla ice cream. I tried mixing to see if there was any peanut butter cups in it; still looked like just ice cream. Went inside to ask them to add the peanut butter cups. Instead of adding, they made a whole new one with a good amount of peanut butter cups. It must have been a nice kid preparing the order. I tried to call your phone number 527-1990 ten times no one answered it just said the telephone was set up to receive calls. I used to rate this store very good. Going through the drive through you always have to wait!!! Every time they ask you to pull up to the 3rd window or to reserved spots 1 or 2.... then half the time the order isn't even right. You make me wait for 10 min for "fast food" and then it's not even right. read more

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and an ice tea on a Saturday morning. I planned to eat this while driving to Gainesville imagine my surprise when I discovered the McGriddle was sausage and cheese No Egg and the ice tea had no straw. I tried to call the restaurant but the phone was not able to receive any messages I called the 800number to complain since I was unable to drink the ice tea without a straw while driving and the sandwich did not have an egg. I checked my slip and the order was correct. They were just incapable of making the correct food. Well to add insult to injury about 10 days later I received a letter from the franchise owner telling me he would use this as a training guide. I really would like my money back since I did not get the food I ordered. What a lame place and owner ! read more

My husband and I ate lunch at this McDonalds today. 1/21/2019. Miss Helen took out order and she was pleasant and efficient. Nicole was cleaning around the soda station and we spoke briefly and she too was doing a good job and was also pleasant. When I needed ketchup, it was Nicole who got it for me. I thanked both Miss Helen, and Nicole, because my husband has Dementia and he tries to be helpful, but sometimes staff don't realize he has a problem, so they might not be so pleased with his help. I told both Miss Helen and Nicole that I was going to complete the survey, as often we only know how to complain, but never remember to praise those doing a job well. I asked to speak to whom ever was the on duty Manager, and that was Shelby. She too was busy with drive thru orders, but she came to the counter so I could tell her face to face that these 2 employees were doing an excellent job, and that I would mention all three of them. The food was good too. The Big Mac and my Fish Fillet were excellent as were the fries. Who doesn't love Mickey D's fries !!! Give this location a try, if the rest of the employees are just as hard working as these 3 lady's you're bound to have not just great food, but great service. Claire L. read more

This Mcd's most always makes everything right if there is an error- but, like in any business you have to ask. Why say nothing, then stew about it? The one golden rule I have at ANY McDonald's (or any drive through) is always, always, ALWAYS check your order before leaving that window as they get it wrong about 80% of the time, or leave something out- like napkins or catsup/mustard, etc. If I do not check the order right after they hand it to me, then it is my bad if the order is messed up. read more
