All of them were overwhelmingly milk-forward with very little actual coffee flavor. The Snickerdoodle, which was supposed to have cinnamon notes, tasted mostly like vanilla and caramel. The Honey Bee didn't taste quite right, and the Bean Redeem lacked the white chocolate and toffee flavors advertised--it just came across as more vanilla. As for the food, we tried a variety: the biscuits and gravy, Sunrise Supreme, the Classic, and the Reg. Sadly, nothing stood out. The Reg and Classic were okay but lacked seasoning or anything memorable. The biscuits and gravy reminded us of the older McDonald's version--definitely not homemade. The Sunrise Supreme came on mini biscuits that were dry, and the sandwiches overall were just average. A recurring issue we noticed was that a lot of the items seemed prepackaged. The baked goods in the case looked like they came from Sam's Club. If the coffee had been excellent, we could have overlooked that--but with both the drinks and food falling flat, it's hard to justify a return visit right now. That said, I really want to see this place thrive.
