Time for mew menus. These are disgusting.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! I walked in and instantly noticed the dirty floors. I was seated promptly at a Dirty table. Then I was presented a Dirty falling apart menu. Gross! The service was good and the food was good and reasonably priced. This is the only reason why I gave them two stars instead of one. But let's face it! No matter how good the food taste, who wants to eat on a dirty table, on a dirty floor with a dirty menu? I don't and won't be back. BTW, I went to wash my hands and the bathroom was no exception - Dirty! On checkout I was able to get a partial view of the kitchen and guess what! DIRTY. I WON'T BE BACK!

This place is just your standard, charming cafe/diner. It gets really busy in the morning, but dies down pretty quickly. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. I got several things to try because I just couldn't decide on one thing to get! I got coffee, which came very steadily, banana pecan pancakes, a French roll up, and a biscuit. The pancakes weren't too sweet and the bananas on top were super fresh. The biscuit was perfectly moist and salty, which offset the sweetness of the pancakes well, and the French roll up was very light and delicious. The whipped cream that came with it was a sweet delight.

Ordered the vegetarian omelette and breakfast potatoes. They give so much food! (It was huge!) I was a little disappointed with the amount of mushrooms in the omelette (i would order without mushrooms next time). The breakfast potatoes were good but if you don't like onion, you might want to get something else-- there as a lot of onion flavor in those. Quick and friendly service and traditional diner food. It was really busy, so must be a popular spot!

Service is quick. Pepsi Products Coffee cup served with pink lipstick on the rim, make sure and check glassware & utensils. Ordered my Omelette not well done/ brown and what was served was watery undercooked Omelette- blah. Both home-fries and Omelette lacking flavor.

Billy's is a great diner type place amidst a sea of corporate chain restaurants. The Veggie omlette is a 5. Service has been excellent. I initially avoided it, mistakenly thinking it was a seedy bar, sure am glad I decided to try it. Very convenient to all sorts of medical offices and shopping at the northern border of The Villages.

Chese omelet and home fries and corn beef hash omelet. Awsome!

Love the cheese in the omelets, the cornbread and hash omelet. The fried potatoes are requested to be extra crispy homemade and they are awesome. The service is always happy, funny and accommodating. The best!

Billy's Cafe does a Great Job! Well worth the occasional 15-30 minute wait. They can only go as fast as tables become available!

The potatoes had that perfect golden crisp, the eggs were cooked just right, and every bite somehow managed to be rich, savory, and balanced all at once. It is the kind of dish where you keep taking "one more bite" until suddenly it is gone and you are mildly offended about it. The Barbacoa Chilaquiles came in strong with bold flavor and just the right amount of attitude. Saucy, layered, and satisfying without turning into a soggy mess, which is honestly rare. The Elevated Egg Sandwich lived up to its name. Clean, fresh, and put together in a way that makes you feel like you made a responsible life choice while still enjoying it. Hardwood smoked bacon did what bacon should do. Crispy, flavorful, no complaints. And the Project Sunrise coffee was smooth, easy, and exactly what you want backing up a meal like this. Everything felt intentional, balanced, and actually worth the price. This is the kind of brunch that makes you forget all the mediocre ones. Five stars without hesitation. Just note the quality of food they use, and enjoy.

I…read morehope the cafe takes this feedback to heart because this area really needs a great restaurant and coffee shop, and this spot has so much potential. The location is beautiful--right on the water--with a cozy, inviting interior that makes you want to stay a while. I've been here before, and my first visit left a better impression. The coffee was great that time, and I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit didn't live up to the first. We ordered three coffees: the Snickerdoodle, Honey Bee, and Bean Redeem. All of them were overwhelmingly milk-forward with very little actual coffee flavor. The Snickerdoodle, which was supposed to have cinnamon notes, tasted mostly like vanilla and caramel. The Honey Bee didn't taste quite right, and the Bean Redeem lacked the white chocolate and toffee flavors advertised--it just came across as more vanilla. As for the food, we tried a variety: the biscuits and gravy, Sunrise Supreme, the Classic, and the Reg. Sadly, nothing stood out. The Reg and Classic were okay but lacked seasoning or anything memorable. The biscuits and gravy reminded us of the older McDonald's version--definitely not homemade. The Sunrise Supreme came on mini biscuits that were dry, and the sandwiches overall were just average. A recurring issue we noticed was that a lot of the items seemed prepackaged. The baked goods in the case looked like they came from Sam's Club. If the coffee had been excellent, we could have overlooked that--but with both the drinks and food falling flat, it's hard to justify a return visit right now. That said, I really want to see this place thrive. There's a great opportunity here to make it special: seasonal menus, house-made syrups, stronger flavor profiles in the coffee, and maybe even partnerships with local roasters and bakers. Showcasing fresh, local ingredients and dialing in the coffee recipes could turn this into a true gem. I'll be keeping an eye on this spot and genuinely hope to update this review in the future with a better experience.
