It came out again, still undercooked compared to the waffle I ordered by a LOT and STILL covered with butter. My brother, bless his soul, told us it was fine and he just scraped off the butter and ate the chicken and some bits of the waffle. Now, you'd THINK that's where our problems ended. You'd be wrong. My mother ordered an omelet. And she was content for most of the meal eating it. It was good, and it was right, or so she thought. The middle of the omelet was raw. It was completely runny on the inside. My mother cannot have raw egg. It could absolutely kill her. It is a medical emergency at this point. So we tell our waitress again, who doesn't apologize, yet again, and she just says 'Well I don't really know what you want me to do.' We send it back and the manager, or someone we believe/hope was the manager. Comes out and he's takes the omelet off the bill as well as the chicken and waffles. At this point we were incredibly upset, our dining experience had been ruined multiple times and we will absolutely not be coming back to this establishment any time soon. If ever.
