We have all come to realize that even though a product shows availability in the Target APP…read moresometimes it is not available as advertised because of a variety of reasons such as theft or poor inventory control. But that this is of little consolation to a person who is making a medical purchase. Specifically, dry eye eye drops. I was looking for a product that was selling for $26.49 but that the product was unavailable and the next equivalent product was selling for $29.99, $3.50 higher; the lower priced products had chemical preservatives which I am sensitive to. I went to the customer service desk seeking a small discount and I was denied any discount consideration. This was not the courtesy I expected at the customer service desk. I left feeling not just exactly right about the whole experience. No compassion, no courtesy.

I came here to buy some products that required help. Hannah (a team lead) was an awful nasty woman…read moreand didn't care to provide any customer service. So was her henchman that was also a team lead. She was dismissive, rude, and outright said she didn't want to help me. Most of the time customer service at this location is sub par at best. Couple all of this with the long lines this store has and there is no reason to come to this store. Poorly managed, and bad attitudes.

I was really looking forward to the new shopping center opening but I was really disappointed once…read moreI tried it. I really like the stores but they have too many of them and as a result there isn't enough parking. Cars coming at you from everywhere at high speeds. I think there's going to be a lot of accidents there. I don't feel like going there anymore.

All items are easily identifiable as to where to get them. The warehouse is huge and the numbering makes it easy to find your items. The majority of reviews here are for the furniture, which makes sense (great stuff, I'm planning on…read morehopefully buying a dresser and bookshelf soon and took pictures of my top options here). But I also had a delicious cheap meal here that I have to talk about!! I wasn't starving, just wanted a snack before a long few hours of furniture contemplation, so I got a kid's size of the swedish meatballs for $5. Literally crazy value. 4 meatballs, a scoop of mashed potatoes, scoop of peas, scoop of lingonberry sauce. Delicious as always, just as good as everyone says. And genuinely, I cannot recommend enough checking out the falafel meal. The falafel is thick and textured almost like a meatball itself, and completely full of delicious flavor. It's absurdly good. I usually go with meatballs because they're a classic, but after this experience, I might have to do falafel balls next time. And they were cheap as well! $5 for 8 falafels, couscous, hummus, and a lemon!! What a steal! I'll be back for more soon, probably when I finalize which dresser I intend to purchase. Definitely worth checking out! Service was nice and employees were all kind and helpful to me. Great experience.

For the first time in years, the quantity of inventory surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately,…read morethe quality was not up to par pre-Covid. Much of the merchandise looked like it was 4 to 10 years old mixed in with one or two small displays of new merchandise. The store was very crowded, and it was difficult to navigate the aisles. It was apparent that there wasn't enough staff to merchandise the displays appropriately. There seems to be a good selection of sizes, but nothing really looked like you couldn't live without it. I know there are supply chain issues, but Marshalls used to be my go to place for items that were marked down because it was just off-season. I do hope the buyers if they are experienced, will resume finding quality at a bargain price.
