I used to shop at Macy's but switched as their stuff was way over priced and all started to look the same. At least here you can find different styles. In addition to clothes, I have purchased handbags here as well as jewelry of which there is much and most of it is very affordable. Next time you are here and find something you like, look at the price compared to many other places. It just cannot be beat. I used to, many years ago, not like TJ'S as much because it was so hit or miss. I am not saying it is still not occasionally a miss, but chances are if you take some time and look around, nine times out of ten, you will be able to find something. I like alot of sparkle in my wardrobe and notice they have increased in this way. I also purchased a lovely gold necklace and it was so affordable. I bought a handbag here..Macy's handbags are usually over 100 dollars and at TJ'S you can find a handbag for around 40. They have a pretty good selection as well. There are also some nice places to eat in the shopping center. Franco's pizza and Pasta is there and they have the best pizza in the area. King's breakfast and lunch is across the street. Really spend an hour or two and just enjoy. It's a really nice shopping experience at TJ'S.

I came in alone, without an appointment, having intentionally avoided the stress of dress shopping, and truly just wanted to see the dresses in person to make sure I was looking in the right direction. Anna and the team were incredibly understanding, and I never expected to even try anything on, yet the very first (and only!) dress I ended up putting on was "the one." The team was so kind, supportive, and encouraging, making the whole experience feel easy and special without ever once feeling pressured. When I realized I had accidentally found my dress, they encouraged me to come back with my family so I could have the full experience. I came back the next day and they ensured I got the sweetest storybook moment I could have imagined. Purchasing was so easy, and my dress came within the week! I'm so grateful for how much care Anna and the team put into making such an unexpected moment feel so meaningful.

I spend a small fortune on clothes and I have been a customer of Anthropologie for many years and I make purchases constantly. I purchased two tops that were a huge disappointment they were at full price, yet the material was awful thin & scratchy and see through also one of the tops wasn't completely sewn it had a huge hole in it at the seam. I had to wait 3 weeks for the inventory to come in for them to ship it to me and I immediately cut off the tags but realized they were awful and 1 was damaged. Returned them to the Westport store the next day after receiving them in the mail. The sales lady was high and almighty saying she would do me the favor just this one time but the tags need to be on for a return. WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE ONE WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE THEM JUST TO TURN AROUND AND RETURN THEM THE NEXT DAY!
