Their prices are actually higher than the big name stores. You're not getting a deal. After bringing to the manger's attention the discrepancy in price. She ripped the price tag off the lesser value item and priced it the same as the higher-priced item. The first woman who helped me was merely doing her job. She was polite & helpful. The manger -you need training & better customer service skills. Save yourselves and your wallet. Better prices online. Both TJ Maxx & Marshalls are now up and running for online shopping.

My sister in law and I asked a group of young employees who swore they didn't carry them (we felt they just didn't feel like taking the time to show us) but we ended up finding some. Not a big deal that we weren't shown that they "didn't" have helmets, but just making note that most of the employees here are young and just there to make a quick buck in retail. Make sure you go in not needing much help. All in all, this store is huge, clean and bright. I heart Target either way!

I asked if another register could be opened. I was completely ignored, so I had to ask a second time. An older cashier told me, "This is all we have," then closed her register and left. Kayla then opened that register, even though she had been standing at the front while the line was building. Once she opened the register, she began talking to another cashier about me while I was standing in line. Employees should not be discussing customers in front of them, especially after the customer has simply asked for assistance. This was not "exceptional service"; it was the opposite.
