The Reston location have awesome staff! They're super attentive and friendly. Having never been previously, the staff was helpful in guiding through the ordering process. Because of this, it was a smooth and efficient. They deliver your food to the table which was timely, accurate and served hot. The impossible burger was tasty and all of the toppings were fresh, including the jalapeños. The fries were well seasoned and crisp. Once completed a staff member will clear your table. I don't know why this place averages 4/5 but I would go out of my way to come back, which is why I'm leaving it a 5/5. I got the Horseradish Bourbon burger with fries. The burger was fresh, juicy and flavorful. The fries were "a-la-dente"--perfect amount of crisp and the seasoning was a nice touch. Not too salty, just right. Overall a great burger spot with a nice vibe and friendly staff. Only con is it's a tad pricey but totally worth it. Also another factor in my rating is that they have Maine Root Soda, not your typical domestic soda brands. Oh, and they have a tap, too! 5-star burger spot in my book. The signs in the underground parking are incomplete and confusing, I was lead to several dead ends- no signs indicated dead ends. Signs for elevators fail to say you will end up above ground. Had Ruben burger & mocha milk shake. Sandwich was good, but cold (30 min to exit garage). BTW, each time I asked others for directions, no one knew because all were new to plaza. Burgers are good and that's the most important thing. it's a fast casual place that's also pretty fast. Not a big fan of the string fries and they're a bit pricey - actually more than five guys, who I think sets the standard for area fries. The only other downside is that a whole meal here is a bit expensive. Cheeseburger fries and tip is over $15. Perhaps coincidentally that's about the same price for a cheeseburger fries and tip over at founding Farmers (nextdoor) which has excellent food and a big choice of side dishes, so enjoy the competition. read more

The burgers are just what are advertised- damn good. Quality toppings and delicious juicy beef. Four stars as they are definitely pricey. The parm/truffle fries are good, but for a smallish portion of frozen fries, even with a sprinkle of truffle salt, I would skip. If I'm paying over $7 I would expect fresh potatoes. Their house IPA is great! Delicious with a burger. The boozy well drinks are decent but I would stick with the beer. Now for the customer service. We ate outside which is nice (Reston) and it is convenient to have the food brought out instead of waiting inside for it. The server forgot half the condiments- when we went inside to get them, the manger(?) questioned if they were extras, because if so we'd have to pay. I don't mind paying for extras, which they were not, but ask in a friendlier tone, not accusatory. It was my grandsons sixth birthday and he wanted the Reese's pieces milkshake. Again when the manager (?) brought it out and we said it was his birthday today, absolutely no response from the manager. He turned 6! At least say Happy Birthday. It takes more than good burgers in a competitive market. It's the little things that bring people back. The shake was good but definitely too much after a filing meal. I had initially left a slightly negative review because something minor was missing from my order. The restaurant owner called and refunded my order which was very nice of them, and gave me a gift card. I'll be ordering from them again tomorrow and I feel terrible for complaining! This is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food. Update: Went back again today for some chicken sandwiches (fried and grilled). They were both excellent and they remembered me from the other time and threw in some free milkshakes and cookies.
