I made a shoe fitting appointment online and was working with her for probably 90 minutes. The only reason I don't give the store 5 stars is that their in-store stock is pretty limited, despite selling tons of things online. He walked me through a CC Filson chore jacket and over the years he was a go to in anything Filson related. Jeremiah was also a go to for my winter needs. The knowledge of the craftsmanship and durability is unparalleled. Every staff that I chatted with including at the outlet are passionate and knowledgeable. It's nice to hear that many staff have put their clothing through the wringer and can share the story of the garment aged. Value, is paying for quality. I am friends with the Freeman owners and it made me happy to see the collaboration. I will have to say that the Filson brand is unfailing. It's unfortunate that Eddie Bauer and other outdoor brands just don't match. I wish post pandemic that many of the products weren't outsourced. I get it. Quality wise Filson is one of the best out there if not the best.

My co worker, Mike was having issues searching for a part for his boat and he had mentioned that he was going to go to West Marine as a shot in the dark to look for a part. Unfortunately Seattle Marine didn't have the part he was looking for but the guy who helped him went completely out of his way to find a place that did and in the long run really helped him out.
