Recently moved to Cincinnati from Washington DC where my main transportation was biking all around…read morethe city. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to biking in Cincinnati but I decided this past month to fix up my bike that's been sitting in the basement and get out there! Living in Northside, I've heard a lot of good things about Spun Bicycles so took my baby (the bike) down to the shop. I was greeted by Dom, the owner, with a huge smile and an energetic energy. I instantly felt welcomed and taken care of as he grabbed my bike to check it out. A little air in the tires and a little fixing up random parts on my bike, no more than 10 minutes later, my bike was ready to hit the road!! Dom welcomed me into the neighborhood, told me about events going on around town, and showed me some of the custom bikes he's working on. He's so personable and truly has a love for biking that shines through. He's my new go to guy for all things bike related so I couldn't be happier he's just down the street. Thanks y'all!!

I was surprised at the amount of time/effort that was put into helping me (I had never set foot in the shop befre). In the end, I was charged $2 for the screws I needed - obviously finding what I needed was an act of customer service vs making money. I would have no hesitation bringing our bikes here in the future, as they obviously care about helping their customers!

I am NOT someone who leaves bad reviews. In fact, I almost never do. But this experience was so…read moreunbelievably unacceptable that people deserve to know before spending their hard-earned money here. We paid OVER $300 to have our bike hubs and wheels professionally laced and assembled by this shop a few years ago. The bike has barely been touched since and is still essentially BRAND NEW. When we finally went to use it, we discovered the work was an absolute hack job. We took it to another bike shop, and they took ONE LOOK at it and told us the work was horrible and beyond what they were comfortable repairing. They told us to take it back to Trek because, considering what we paid, the original work should have been done properly. And here's what makes this even worse: WE CALLED THIS STORE MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE BRINGING THE BIKE IN. We explained the situation and were told, "Sure, no problem. We'll fix it." Then we arrive and suddenly we're told they can't do anything because too much time has passed and we'd have to PAY AGAIN. We received unacceptable work. And when we came back with the problem, we were essentially told, "Too bad, pay us again." Absolutely PATHETIC. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Take your bike somewhere that actually values its customers and stands behind the work they charge hundreds of dollars to perform.
