Overall it was good but not great. The ambiance, food and service is good but nothing that well make me come back. Again not that it is bad, just to many choices out there to just be ok. read more

This is one of the best places to venture out to for happy hour on Fifth Avenue. The appetizers are half price and they are a meal in and of themselves. We decided to try the calamari which had perfectly battered crust topped with two lightly battered shrimp tossed with some lightly battered veggies... can you say YUM? We also tried the eggplant Parmesan which was prepared in a delightful Italian red sauce it was the perfect proportion for two people to split. My only recommendation is perhaps a different sauce to accompany the dish. We also had the broccoli Raab it was seasoned just right with garlic and a hint of butter. Remember if you both have garlic the breath factor vanishes. The bread was out of this world delicious served with a balsamic vinegar and fresh soft smooth butter... yep we ate the whole basket! read more

Probably one of the dirtiest restaurant/bar I've been in. And the smell of bleach was overwhelming. Bar stool, bar, restrooms, walls...all showed incredible wear & tear. What's this owner doing with the profits, maybe there aren't any. What a shame as it in Downtown Naples. If I give it a negative star, I would. Mr. Owner, sell the place!!!! read more

Poor service all around for a 5th Ave restaurant. Went to the bar for drinks before our reservation. Took forever to get serviced. When our table was ready, it required the manager to get our check because it took forever for the bartender to get our check after asking 3 times. Dinner service was rushed. Didn't ask if we had questions about the menu or offer the specials or if we were even ready to order. Drink order was wrong... Not the level of service expected for these prices... Will not be visiting this place again. read more

Late night dinner on 5th Avenue downtown Naples. We had 8:30pm reservations, but arrived at 9pm. The restaurant has outdoor dining where we chose to sit along with a indoor bar that was situated close to the outdoor dining area. We were seated quickly with menu's along with water for the table. That was it for a while until we requested a waiter. Once he arrived, we place our order along with glasses of wine. Our dinner came out in a flash which was amazing. I had the Chicken Milanese which was tender, but it was a small portion and there was not any onions or cheese, just salad & tomatoes. The wine was very good, and it was a fair pour. read more

Have been a regular customer for years Had an awful dinner and dessert tonight Happy hour menu changed and quite limited. It took sooo long for orders to arrive. Waitress was non existent for much of the Meal. The desserts were terrible. Mentioned it to the new manager and he Didn't seem to care. Maybe the in season crowd Will like this new BICE shift, but for The locals, drive on by. read more

My family had a reservation that was confirmed twice via email but was then canceled by the restaurant ten minutes prior to our arrival. The only fine print comments in our email confirmation stated that we should arrive fifteen minutes early, which we did, and that we "may be contacted about the reservation," and to be sure our phone AND email were updated. As we received a confirmation the day before our reservation as well as after the reservation was made, what more could one expect? However, upon arrival we were informed that our family member that made the reservation had been called "ten times" to apparently "confirm" (again?) And because she didnt answer, they had just given our table away. Bottom line: Eleven family members, from a baby to an elderly person, were then berated and turned away for not having taken calls from an unknown number. Instead of explaining any of this kindly, the manager immediately stated "maybe next time you should answer your phone." She refused to acknowledge our reasonable confusion, and we were shamed for relying on two written confirmations of the reservation. I tried to get her name but upon hearing it was for this review she asked me why I thought we were special and refused to restate her name for the record. Her insulting tone and comment set off a downward spiraling attempt to ask how they could cancel something that was confirmed twice in writing. Moral of the story? Answer all unknown calls and do not rely on written confirmation No. Go 10 meters further and dine at a deliciously quaint and friendly Italian restaurant Molto that not only got our money but also a great review. Bye, Bice... read more

We so enjoyed a 74th birthday meal during the pre sunset meal. Ossobucco was amazing, as was sea bass with spinach. Impeccable and gracious service, Beautiful intensely chocolate dessert. The best deal in town. Go there! read more

Worst place ever. Manager and bartender total a......s. we, ladies, were sitting at the bar spending lots of money, talking, eating. Out of no where the bartender decides that half of us should leave because they ordered too many drinks (6 glasses of wine over 6 hours) walking, not driving. Extremely unprofessional manager and staff. I still can't believe it. I work hard for my money and will never spend another dime here again. If it were a man.....6 drinks over 6 hours would be no big deal. read more

This place is a total scam. They double the price of the average meal (and average food) and then call it happy hour for 50% off. the scam is the "specialty drinks". Careful to only order from the left box on the left side of the left page or they lie about the prices and say it's your fault when you question their lies. Manager is a total waste as well. Way better places Total BS read more

Unimpressed. Negative energy from nearly every team member. Even our children picked up on our server (Deana's) attitude was downright rude and confrontational throughout our entire meal which most definitely ruined the experience all together. read more

Decent Italian food, pricey for the quality in my opinion. I had the Seafood Pasta and got food poisoning.

It's a hit or miss. But in general the food is good. It's not the best place to eat but last minute it's not bad. The Food is a step above your typical franchise. read more

For 5th ave this was surprising. We were excited to be able to land reservations here on valentine's day, with such a beautiful location we figured this restaurant was sure to be booked. now we see why it wasn't. menu was small but that's not an issue. we ordered calamari for an appetizer and it was alright. chicken piccata was not very good, just okay. valentine's day special-lobster ravioli... oh no. so bad. tasted very ... frozen very artificial. cute heart shapes though. for the price we feel robbed lol. seating was very close together, we practically double dated with another couple and they said the food was terrible as we entered. definitely not coming back. definitely not very picky but very disappointed. best part was the waiter. was VERY KIND VERY PROFESSIONAL:) don't know his name but i do remember he said he was Bulgarian. read more

Very disappointing experience. Food was overcooked didn't eat (lobster over well done and old) also including salmon for son was undercooked they put in oven instead of making fresh and was then overcooked. Won't ever return or recommend. read more

Came here twice, once for lunch with my partner and a toddler and once by myself just for drinks. The food here is just not very good. I had the calamari with a glass of red wine, my partner had a salad, and we asked for plain pasta for our toddler. The calamari was kind of bland, and the sauce that was listed as spicy was not spicy at all. The wine was just ok but nothing special. For drinks, I had two spritz's and those were amazing. I preferred theirs to the spritz at nearby Dolce & Salato though the food there is far better. For drinks or to take advantage of the 50% off discount on all food between ~3:30-5pm I would recommend this place, other wise there are better places to eat for lunch or dinner in the area. read more

We went here for Valentine's Day dinner for a very enjoyable meal. Service was excellent and the martinis were great. Everything was excellent and we will definitely be going back. read more

This was an unexpected gem! My husband and I found this on our way back from a 6 mile beach walk. Sat outside on their cute patio. The whole restaurant was super clean and the staff, friendly. I really enjoy going to BiCE on fifth avenue in Naples. I usually go for their happy hour specials, which are typically amazing. I love their fresh caprese salad. It's quite picturesque with the variously colored tomatoes and hefty portion of mozzarella. I also must applaud their mussels! Great flavors and big portions! You won't go wrong if you have them as your meal. Additionally, I always love a fruit de mare dish at any restaurant, and BiCE's linguine frutti de mare is an excellent choice. They do Italian food right here. Enjoy!!! read more

Their menu really drew me in when looking for a dinner reservation this week. We were a bit wary of how empty they were on a Friday night at 7pm however, we winded up being pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was perfect for us to catch up with an old friend - not too loud but also not awkwardly silent. Music was spot on and the decor was nice too. Our food was reeeaaallllyyyy good. We had burrata start and it was big enough for 3 people to share. Then I had the pappardelle in a mozzarella and tomato cream sauce - it was delicious! I'm still dreaming about it the next day. Definitely give this place a chance despite some of the bad reviews they have previously experienced. We will definitely be back. read more

My dad and stepmom were really excited to show me their favorite restaurant in Naples. And wow, I can see why they like it so much! We took advantage of the Early Bird dinner specials and dined outside on the large patio overlooking Fifth Avenue. It really was a nearly perfect Italian meal. We started with the calamari and butterfly shrimp appetizers. The calamari was just the right texture. I loved that fried shrimp, mushrooms and zucchini were sprinkled in to provide some variety. We each took advantage of the discounted drink prices. I had the house white (Chardonnay) while others had the famous sangria and margarita (the margarita was the best of the group IMO). For my entree, I went with my stepmom's favorite- the fettuccine w/ pistachio pesto cream sauce and spec. Such a dynamic and decadent flavor combination. My sister's sesame crusted tuna was also very good, I almost wish that I had ordered it myself. Not that we needed it, but we shared some desserts afterwards which capped off the meal nicely. Our server was attentive and charming. read more

Me and my bf are Naples locals but staying off 5 th avenue for a staycation , we were offered by our hotel to have our lunch brought down to us on the beach & Bice was suggested . We called Bice from the beach & tried to order our lunch 4 times over the phone , then we bought the $10 for $20 deal from yelp and tried to pay for it over the phone & no one seemed to know what yelp was and had no idea they had a deal on it, after mentioning that, we were hung up on. My bf had to leave the beach to go pick up the lunch because they would not take the coupon code or our credit card over the phone. I ordered a $15shrimp caesar salad that had barely any lettuce or shrimp and they did not put dressing on it. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in Naples dining . To the managers comment, the concierge at our hotel was going to pick up lunch & bring it down to the beach which was explained on the phone. Also, Since when is it illegal to take cards over the phone, people order delivery all the time that way or pay for cruises, etc. This is the problem, you are not even listening to my review manager, I said the people from our hotel were going to pick it up, I know you don't deliver and if there's dressing on the side you should put it on the side because there wasn't any dressing anywhere .. Rediculous read more

Bice - Really ? $15 and no dressing - Italian Near Me - Naples, Florida

My mom, brother, and I went to dinner Saturday. The service was uneven. I think our server was new, but even the support staff was a little bumbling, like bringing the endive salad without any dressing. I'm Italian and I've worked at an Italian restaurant, and this food does NOT measure up. Nothing had flavor. There was no garlic, basil, rosemary...not even salt. The mozzarella for the caprese was fresh and light, but that was the highlight. The endive salad, tortellini, papardelle, and fettuccine with lobster were all bland. The profiteroles were ok. Additionally, we all felt the dishes were over priced. My meatless pasta dish was $22. We all really expected a lot more. read more

BICE has stepped up their game in the last few years and is now a top restaurant in Naples. My family and I have eaten Christmas Dinner here for the last ~8 years (originally, it was the only restaurant open in Naples). There was a major change 1-2 years ago and the food has gone from good to great! Food: Bread: THE BREAD!!!! Oh, it's so good. This is a newer addition to the table and it is welcome. It was so doughy and chewy, combined with a truffle olive oil. I'm normally an end-piece kind of guy, but this hit the spot. Calamari: The calamari is solid. It comes in big, wide pieces, with a good consistency and minimal chewiness. Gnocchi with Speck: This is a great dish, it's like a gnocchi Mac & Cheese, with a super cheesy, thick sauce and good bits of pork. Tiramisu: Well done with a great presentation. It's a good mix of flavors without being overpowering. Service: Our waiter was a ton of fun, he had great recommendations and a good spirit. Overall: I keep looking forward to BICE for Xmas Dinner every year. The pastas are always top-notch. Keep up the good work! read more

So very dissapointed in Bice. We love this restaurant, but when we went in today the bar tender, who was talking loudly over the bar noise to the 13 customers around the bar and making drinks for those outside, was NOT wearing a mask. When I went to complain, the hostess said that she will ask him to put it on. He did, but within 5 minutes let it slide off his nose. Such a shame. read more

Great experience. Bice really made me think twice about the lousy service you get at most restaurants. The staff here, literally everyone who interacted with us, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They do an awesome job. We got a special slice of cake and sparklers for a special occasion that I noted with our reservation. The food was very good as well. read more

From the moment we sat down at the bar for a drink we were disappointed. The bartender Milan, took a while to greet us and clean the area and didn't bother to say hello. I asked for a drink menu and there were only a few drinks on it. I asked for a wine menu and he said do you want a glass or bottle. I said both and he threw a large menu towards us. We figured we would look at the menu online and asked for the wi-fi password and he said it's the phone number. He didn't know the phone number. He got us a pen with the number on it. At that point we decided this wasn't the place for us. We frequent Fifth Avenue and have never had a bad experience. No reason to ever go back to Bice. read more

We ate dinner during the Early Bird time and had a three course meal for $19 each. The first course was a salad and we had the mixed green salad and the Caesar salad. Both were good, although a little bit more dressing would have been better. The main courses we ordered were the Salmon Scallopini and the Pollo Picatta. The salmon came with risotto and the chicken was served with mashed potatoes. Both were very good. The dessert choices were ice cream or sorbet. We had vanilla and chocolate which were good. The bread was ciabatta and very good and served with butter and olive oil. For the price, the serving sizes were appropriate, but If I paid full prices for these portions, I would have been disappointed. I don't know if the full price versions are larger or not. Overall, the service was great and the food was tasty. The price was great. read more

This is truly a wonderful place to visit in Naples! Staff is very attentive, surroundings comfortable (but a bit warm in summer) & food is superb!!! Not fancy just a great place!!
