Today my least favorites were the siumai (firm and not seasoned well), chicken feet (bland), and the tripe (very tender but lacking in flavor and the radish was a bit smelly). Any of their shrimp dimsum seem to have full plump shrimps including the steam shrimp and chives dumpling that normally is chopped coarsely. The pork blood was cooked perfectly and so smooth.
