Well, this place was more of a surprise than the first impressions lead on. The moment we walked in, there was no one servicing any table and the place looked like they were closed and someone forgot to lock the door. Then out comes a dude, and as excited as he is to see us and others who also arrived, he had us all seated. Insisted on the service. Once our orders were taken and drinks delivered, the food came out promptly and still steaming hot. As for that food? Amazing. The Chicken Cashew was a huge winner. I love the vibe here! The almost all white interior is very cool. Front patio for warm days and a really quick stop the other day unearthed a delicious Panang Curry. The meat to veggies ratio is good! Curry sauce is adequately thick! Tasty! I have no idea why this place has a low rating. I like it and I will get this dish again! To start off, I would give this place 5 stars for their customer service, but 3 stars for the food. This place is located right across the street from Sloan's Lake, making it a great place to go eat and then take a nice walk afterwards! It is small, but can fit a solid amount of people. The restaurant was very clean, but the interior decorating itself was what felt all white. I think to improve the aesthetic/ambiance of this place, it's something that can be worked on. Regardless, service was kind and allowed us to stay for a while because of how slow it was that day. In fact, my friend and I were there for about 2.5 hours. Food wise, the food is okay, nothing exceptional or special about it. I ordered the pad thai and it came with a small pool of liquid at the bottom, which I wasn't used to. I'm wondering if the noodles weren't drained long enough and that's why. The heat (medium) was just right and it satisfied my small and quick fix for thai food. I don't see myself going here again, but I think it definitely has a lot of potential to make some changes here and there and be great! read more

Sooooo delicious! Surprised how slow it was despite being so good! Service was great since it was just my wife & I, but still appreciate the staff being so attentive! Yay more Thai choices in the hood. This joint is family owned and very clearly is run by the whole family. We got take out a green curry and drunken noodles. I'd say it's on par. Nothing super stellar where I'd crave food from here but of all the Thai places in the hood they definitely do a good job of balance heat, sweet, sour and sweet. It tastes a lot more East Asian (saltier) than southeast Asian flavors. It's been a hot minute since I've been to Thailand so I don't remember what the flavors are like. Let's be real, every family cooks a little differently. I'm no in no place to be a food critic so I say give it a try! I came here from a recommendation, the vegetable stir fry was uncooked and the Tom Yum was overly spicy and had the same veggie as my stir fry. It was the worst Thai food I have ever had! Real Thai dishes was not even cooked by a Thai cook! I am sorry the kitchen Hispanic lady need more training of how to cook! Beyond thai serves my favorite somewhat hard to find dish and I had to try it! The flavor was on point! The noodle to chicken ratio was a slight let down. This place had a fair amount of take out orders on a Friday during lunch time. I came here back in January 2022 to order takeout! There was only about a 15 minute wait and the restaurant wasn't very busy with dine in customers. The pad Thai was delicious, hot, and easily could've been 2-3 meals. Not from this area. Shopping at Target ran long so I thought I'd find something to take home. This was right there and the reviews looked good so I thought I'd try it. I'm always up for discovering a new Thai place. I got the Pad Thai (my fave) and a tempura shrimp appetizer. It's wasn't really tempura, at least not the tempura I've had. But it was still very good. Wait a damn second. I'm actually blown away by how amazing my pad thai was. And it was actually spicy? I've honestly never heard of this place but my usual place wasn't open (really glad it wasn't) on postmates so I picked beyond thai. Hands down top 3 pad Thais I've had in my lifetime. I also ordered chicken egg rolls and the bbq pork noodle soup. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious and the soup was fantastic. Those dumplings you put in the soup are to die for. I wanted to support a neighborhood restaurant for lunch, there was nobody in this restaurant which made me wonder if it was terrible, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I ordered the drunken noodle entree.... it was unbelievably delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the food was made quickly. I ordered mild spice which is a little bit more mild than I was hoping but very close to what I would've ordered, I was just worried about getting an inedible level of spice. The food is good, but every time eat there, I wonder why my bill is so high for such a small portion. For instance, their Larb Salad is $14.99, but my bill was $18.43 for a small take-out salad. The 2022 sales tax in Edgewater,Colorado is 8% which should put the bill at $16.19. If they double the sales tax and everyone pays a higher rate, they are profiting illegally. Showed up at 11:15am on Sunday ready to eat. Door was locked, lights off, and no one answering the phone. Online says they open at 10:30am. After 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up decided to leave. As we were leaving, the owner showed up in their Mercedes' and parked in the handicap parking (no sticker) to finally open the restaurant. The Pad Thai I ordered was awful. Really the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. The chicken tasted old/dry and the flavor of the dish was so disappointing. And it must have been loaded with salt and/or MSG because I was so thirsty all evening after eating it. It's a shame because I live in the neighborhood and I typically love Thai food. We tried this place out as US Thai is closed Sundays; unfortunately, this is the worst Thai I may have ever had (and I've had a lot including in Thailand, but I don't recall anything worse). 1. The food was consistently badly flavored... the sauces for both crab wantons and gyoza were salty and "off" to my taste, the pad see ew was terrible; regular broccoli, no flavor, very oily, no heat what-so-ever for "medium" and salty (ps, I love salt, so... yikes), 2. The fry on the fried food was very heavy; oil dripping from everything and burned in places, 3. The to-go containers for wantons, gyoza, egg rolls are crappy paper bags that fell apart (due to a massive abundance of oil) before we got home, 4. Sprite (can) was warm, 5. It was EXPENSIVE. Look, their neighbors produce an amazing product so it's tough competition. For my money, though, I'll hold my craving til Monday (and probably the Monday after that, given the price). read more
