Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Super 5 Stars for DC Computers! They care about their business and customers. So glad I found them.

The customer service is outstanding and they bend over backwards to take care of you. I went in looking to build a home NAS and we decided on an older Dell Power Edge tower machine. We loaded it up with additional ram, hard drives, and an ssd boot drive. They tested and fought with it to get make sure everything was detected in the bios (the whole process took about 1.5 hours) and I went home with my new to me machine. Unfortunately when I got home and tried installing Truenas Core it kept hanging up during the install process (I even tried using Unraid and still no luck). The next day I gave them a call and was told to bring it back in. I got there a little after 4pm (they close at 5pm) and we proceeded to look for another machine that would fit my needs. After trying out a few options we ended up putting together a custom setup out of the parts they had in stock. They stayed open 40 minutes late to make sure I was taken care of and even gave me a discount on the upgrades. If you are in need of an affordable PC, Tablet, or just need to grab some parts to build or upgrade your existing computer......Geeks Candy Shop is the best place in town to go!!!!!!!

It's so sad that small businesses are going out of business, but bad customer service is one of the reasons why. I'm an avid gamer and upgraded to my systems but this store has lost a future customer.

Instead, I found the TV I wanted, received great service, and decided to purchase in-store and buy the Best Buy Protection plan for my $4,500+ TV. Fast forward 18 months, and the screen developed some unusual wear. It didn't affect the picture, but it was noticeable on dark scenes. I figured I'd see what Best Buy had to say. From start to finish, the experience was incredible: Justin in Geek Squad genuinely cared about helping me and made the process easy. Carla, the Geek Squad technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and confirmed the issue was covered. Within hours, my claim was approved. I then worked with Stephen from the Audio/Video team, who went above and beyond to find the replacement TV I wanted, even though it wasn't in stock. Ryan, the Assistant Store Manager, also took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Great teams are built from the top, down and it shows. In the end, I received the newer model of my TV and even got about $500 back in store credit because of the price difference. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. This experience has truly changed my opinion of buying big-ticket electronics in-store. I'll absolutely be purchasing them from Best Buy going forward, and I'll always add the Protection plan. Outstanding customer service all around, thank you to the entire Best Buy Mission Valley team!

I had an absolutely nightmarish experience regarding the delivery, and installation/haul-away of a refrigerator. I had originally scheduled the delivery of a new fridge on a Monday between 11-3, not a big deal seeing as the fridge was purchased on a Friday. Well, needless to say that didn't work out at all. Why you ask? Well, it starts with BestBuy contracting w/local non-affiliated delivery companies. Delivery drivers and companies that have zero fcuks to give. So much so that they fail to call regarding arrival, follow delivery instructions, or barely make an effort to attempt to make contact with a human being. Then they bail. Forget trying to get ahold of a human when you call customer service b/c it doesn't exist. Everything gets routed thru a queue, a chat agent, or an automated text bot. When you finally get a response it's nothing more than a bunch of canned excuses and a reschedule for delivery 2x days later, including another delivery window, this time it's 3-7. Come on. Well, now it's Wednesday and now I'm all about bubble stalking the delivery driver thru BestBuy's delivery web tracker, a small win if you can call it that. This time the driver actually calls and arrives on time. But that's where the good ends. The delivery clowns ask to enter the building and come and eye fcuk the old fridge. At first the main guy balks at the size of the current fridge and has size concerns about removing it and putting the new one in and has to call dispatch or whoever his taskmaster is. Now I'm starting to get a case of the ass. He comes back in and says he can't remove the old fridge. WTF?! Ok, I'll remove it and they can take it. Nope. All they can do is leave the new one. Again, WTF?! I paid for delivery/installation/haul away. They call dispatch again, I'm getting madder. They now say Geek Squad has to come and finish the installation and haul the old fridge away. Umm... a total lie/fabrication. Then they just bail. Well, now it's all about trying to contact customer service again for someone else to come out and un-ass their grand fcuk up. Unbelievable!!! Now I have to wait until Friday where some asshat from BestBuy will show up between 7-7 and fix this clusterfcuk of a gigantic mess. Long story short, don't shop at BestBuy!!! The company plainly doesn't care about customer service anymore. Terrible value for your money. Save it and go to a smaller retailer or a mom and pop shop. P.S. I ended up swapping out the old/new fridge myself, including connecting the water for the dispenser/ice maker. Shocking.

When I first brought my 2025 MacBook Air to him my concern was that the cursor would freeze for 15 - 30 seconds quite often, and the round balloon kept appearing and would not let me do anything on the computer also for 15 - 30 seconds throughout the day. Also, it just seemed slow when I tried to open a pages document. Maddening. I told him I know nothing about computers and that I wanted it to work the way it always had since I bought it. He told me he would have to reinstall the operating system. What do I know? I said sure. Even now while typing, the computer stops typing every so often and I have to wait about 15 - 30 seconds for my computer to catch up and print my words. Continuing with my sad tale of woe. I came back the next day and paid him $170. Unfortunately when I got home the computer was not the same. To start with my desktop did not have any of the documents I had saved to it and there were other problems. So I called him and I asked him why he returned my computer to me when it was not the same computer I brought into him. He said I could put everything back on the desktop and he started to rattle off what I needed to do. Ridiculous! I stopped him and reminded him that I said I was tech challenged and did not feel competent to do that. His response was for another $70. he would put my desktop back the way it was. Outrageous that he would half fix my computer, return it to me not the way I gave it to him and then he wanted to charge me more. So I foolishly paid him and the next day my desktop was what it used to be. However, there remained other problems such as my Passkey not working but decided, rather than call him, to call Apple support and they were able to resolve these several issues. Here it is 2 -3 weeks later and I am again having the same problems with the ball and the cursor freezing throughout the day. Also, my computer is being very slow to open my Pages documents. The very same problems he supposedly fixed when he reinstalled my operating system. For sure I will not let Mr. Chip touch my machine again but I will take it to a repair shop that I have used before. The only reason I didn't use them this time is they were backed up and said they couldn't get to my computer for at least 2 days. I should have shown patience and waited. My bad!

I had plenty of time to look the washer over and decided that it was what I wanted. I searched for an associate and came upon Chad. He was outgoing and was so helpful. He made the purchase easy and helped me set up a delivery and installation date. He also answered all of the question I had. I was thankful for his kind assistance. On delivery day, the Best Buy app informed me of the time frame the delivery team would be by to install the new washer. Upon arrival, the delivery team iset everything up quickly and efficiently. They removed the old washer and the delivery and installation was complete. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided by Best Buy.

Really ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTING. Instead of assuming responsibility for an obvious box switch, Ricky refused to help me. I spent more in gas and time to come here on my lunch I make $75/hr so what the fuck incentive do I have to swap out cheap TVs? Absolutely disrespectful, and yes I was VERY impolite after being treated like this. They came up apprehensive as soon as they unboxed the TV. Have some accountability, that's why your brand is dying and Amazon is taking the pie. F*** you Ricky. The audacity to treat someone like that, I won't give any Best Buy another dime. WORST BUY.
