Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Dell told me not to take it anywhere locally. When Cesar opened up my computer he showed me the cheap parts they had used on my expensive laptop. He replaced the bad parts with high-quality ones. I searched online for Tech Support in San Diego and then contacted several firms. Some were not responding to voice mail messages and, when we eventually spoke, had high rates and long lead times before a tech could be sent to my office. John Airy of On-Site Techs returned my call almost immediately, has reasonable rates and could see me the next day. Once John assessed the time for transfer of data from computer to computer, he recommended saving time by taking the two laptops to his location to complete the data transfer. He then was willing to return on a holiday to adjust the views on the new computer to my familiarity so that I could function for the next work day. John is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. He communicated well to explain how views could be adjusted and he made good suggestions without tying to upsell programs. He has an excellent professional manner. I intend to retain the services of On-Site Techs as my local source for any of my computer issues. John is simply outstanding for his business performances.

When I got home I found he had left the software that he used to not only change it to say it was 4K BUT HE ALSO CHANGED THE YEAR IT IS A 2012 NOT A 2015. And God knows what else he did, of corse I called and I was blocked. I have evidence of fraud I am contacting the police, I took a picture of his licensor's plate. Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.
