everyone is super sweet here! annie was the one who helped me and she was the best. i got a moroccan spice and it was just to my liking :)

Coffee and food was great, but the service is HORRIBLE. I was prepared for the wait to be long since they just opened not too long ago. HOWEVER, I was NOT prepared to be blatantly ignored by multiple employees when trying to inquire about my sandwich that took 45 minutes to come out. I stood at the pickup counter for about 5 minutes while the older woman with blonde hair (who I assume is a manger) ignored me. Not once did she look up at me and ask if I needed anything. Once she was done assisting organizing the cups she informed the boy standing by her that she was now leaving. SHE STILL DIDN'T ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING. She said bye to him and walked to the back. Thankfully a very kind worker asked me if anyone had helped me, went to the back, grabbed my sandwich, and apologized for the wait. I suggest supporting other local coffee places like the Liquid Leaf or Rival Coffee Co. read more

Took about 28 minutes to get our beverage, but I understand they are new and still learning. The reason for 2 starts is because their coffee tastes just like at any gas station, but the price is twice as expensive. We also order the Mocha Mexico and it was not good, for a beverage that costs almost 7$ for a large. I was hoping it would be tasty. So, for us it's way to expensive for what you get. Starbucks is cheaper and in my opinion has better tasting beverages. Maybe in few months after they adjust and get better, the quality may improve. read more

Waited in a long line patiently, we were finally at the register and the woman, picked up her phone and walked away to text we ended up waiting for the next register where Kelley M. kindly took our order. The woman wore a gray shirt no name, but very rude to walk away from a customer for the grand opening or any other day read more

I usually get a ham and cheese croissant, custom order along with a Hazelnut Divinity custom order. When they get the order right, it is heaven. The quality control is not that consistent and as it stands, 3 out of 5 times they will get one or both items right. Recently I placed an order for the items above where they got the croissant right (delicious) but my 1/4 sweet request drink was so sweet, I hate to think what regular is like and they only filled the cup 3/4 of the way. I keep going back because I prefer the food and drink selection far more and there cups and lids are of good quality where at Starbucks, I lost count on how many times the lid popped off when picking up my drink or from leaking on my lap, but Starbucks service and speediness sets the bar. I don't bother getting in line at this Better Buzz unless there is at the most, one car present. I have been in line waiting 30-40 minutes which is a big deterrent if you are on your way to work. In contrast if there are 5 cars in line at Starbuck, there is a good chance I may wait up to 15 minutes. Place a mobile order, park, run in and pick it up if time is short. I was hoping this was going to be my next regular coffee destination but as it stands, the jury is still out. I am hoping management reads this and looks at this as an opportunity to be the David to the Goliath. Good luck read more

We were excited to know that a new coffee shop was opened in Temecula, and so to be supportive, we drove across town to give it a try. Parking was limited and the drive through line was creating a traffic block to the parking closest to the facility. Our order was taken promptly for 2 muffins, a small black coffee and an iced coffee. The iced coffee came up immediately. Then I waited with a large line of folks for the hot coffee and muffins . . .and waited . . .and waited . . .and waited. There is limited seating inside and the outside seating was in the open sun with limited umbrella shade. After 30 minutes I went to our cashier and asked if I could at least get the muffins, and she brought them to me. I asked how long it would be for the hot coffee. I took the muffins outside to my wife and then returned to the waiting line. The cashier, I had spoken to, went and filled a cup with hot coffee and brought it to me. It was too hot to sit outdoors so we took the coffee/and and went home. The place is too small, and frankly the coffee wasn't all that good where we will want to return. We have several other options in town and will continue to support them. We wish them luck. read more

It feels like a more sophisticated Starbucks. This means that although there are similar drinks and food items, they can have ingredients that make them more special, like the lavender in the blueberry and lavender lemonade. The food items are definitely a lot better. I tried the avocado toast and it was delicious. read more

Stopped for a quick cold brew today as I was having just one of those days and Navaeh ended up really turning my afternoon around. It's people like Navaeh that have made Better Buzz my only choice for coffee. Thank you for being just so genuinely kind and upbeat, it really made such a difference for me!! read more

This was my second time here ! I absolutely love this place . I've only got their iced lattes here but they are so good. My favorite is the snickerdoodle latte , I do half the pumps of syrup and oatmilk. The staff was great both times. Very positive vibes here and fast service . You guys are better than Starbucks ! :) read more

I have been missing Better Buzz in San Diego ever since I moved to Temecula, so I was ecstatic when this one opened up within walking distance of my house! The staff is always super friendly and they're so kind to my dog when I go through the drive-through - Rowena always gets loves, pets, and a pup cup so we've made it a Friday/weekend ritual. My drink is always perfect. Annie is especially sweet and made our visit today super special. I will always prioritize Better Buzz over Starbucks or Coffee Bean right down the street because they're that much better in service and quality! read more

So we got in line at around 9:15 am Saturday the line was long but we had hope it would move quick. Anyways, we placed our order paid and waited. We ended up leaving the drive thru after we finally got our order almost an hour after we arrived. The place alone looked so busy but many customers seemed cranky after learning they've also waited really long for their orders we understood why. Hopefully they get their -ish together. read more

The staff here is great, it's always busy but they get your order out timely. Went for my free birthday drink and the barista said my breakfast sandwich was in the house too , made my birthday even better. read more

We have been to buzz before a different location and it was amazing so when we heard it was opening it was a must for us we waited about 45 min and by the time we got our frappe or whatever they call it it was completely melted and was a waste of money and we called to get a refund and no one answered a complete disappointment//: read more

The Bacon Ciabatta was tasty and I like it! I am a frequent customer of Better Buzz in other close areas but I get disappointed with this one in Temecula. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful place but too much noise for a coffee shop. Let me explain! The music was too loud and the customer tried to talk over the music. It was noisier than a supermarket I finish eating in my car. read more

So slow! I waited 15 minutes for my coffee to come out. By this time. Had already finished my scone. No best coffee ever should take 15 minutes. read more

Insanely slow. Forgot about my order. My coffee was late and my sandwich was even later. Omg. Like a 25 minute wait. At least. Honestly that is an understatement. One of the baristas kept reminding the kitchen and searched for my coffee order. Nice of her but way too late. read more

So sad to see this incredible brand not well Managed, no sense of urgency, no hospitality to include the Manager/Supervisor being there! I love their product, but sadly enough to see s read more

customer service is outstanding!! The in-n-out of coffee places! The coffee is great ! Can't wait to go back and try the food!

I've been to this location 3 times and every time my drink has been so so. The very first time I went was during their grand opening, so they were very busy with the drive thru line wrapping around the building. I didn't mind the wait, but my drink was very milky. I gave them a second chance, but that drink was too bitter. I gave them one more chance today( I had a free drink), but this time it was way too sweet for me. Staff is super friendly and helpful but I don't think this is a go to coffee shop for me. read more

Our drinks were fine. Not quite worth the hype as there are better coffee shops in the area where you don't have to wait forever. Probably won't return unless passing right by and needing a caffeine fix. read more

Aiden at the drive thru was very personable and informative. Great service from him :)

i came here on a freezing night with my partner to do some light work and get a nice holiday drink. i got a hot peppermint mocha latte and i loved it! the price is especially good at this cafe for the quantity you get. the interior is very clean, bright, and comforting. plus whoever controls the playlist has great taste in music, perfect for night time grinds. read more

Very nice. But need to pick up pace! Starbucks is on top of it. Try and replicate and speed up like Starbucks. Again super friendly but very slow read more

Oh my goodness a couple of the employees are so condescending, I watched them with an upset customer and the way they handled the situation was so horrible. They fueled the fire with their attitude, no way I would ever have them as employees when I saw that. They need to learn to take accountability when they are in the wrong which they were. Sad companies aren't training their employees better. read more

Aydan was so friendly and had such a positive attitude this morning while I was ordering my coffee in the drive thru!

First time visit. Enjoyed the pull apart cinnamon roll. Ordered a cup of the house drip, which turned lukewarm after five minutes and tasted a bit funky. The baristas seemed pleasant enough, but better coffee (at least in my opinion) at Starbucks or Denny's. read more

Aiden was super helpful, kind, and had the best energy! First time at this location, and it did not disappoint! Glad they have sugar free syrups for coffees :) read more

Ayden really was amazing. The açaí bowl he recommended and the almond joy drink was absolutely amazing. I love coming here and who ever trained him is absolutely amazing. He is one of the sweetest and kindest people in food service I have ever meet. This place is just over all amazing. read more

Olivia is so great and so kind. I love the Temecula location. They are so awesome!!!!!

Loved Aidan, very quick service. I loved the Hazelnut Divinity, and the Bacon Ciabbata was a nice light lunch. I love this location!

Aiden helped us out and was so perfect and welcoming! Definitely slayed today. The coffee was amazing and what I was looking for.

The drinks are good. It's unfortunate that their staff isn't professional and that they ignore customers. Don't use the drive-through in the evenings. They will ignore you while you can clearly see them (so they can obviously see you) messing around and talking to each other. That includes at the speaker that clearly reads "order here" and at at the window. Customer ghosting is something I never imagined I'd experience. I think I'll stick with Starbucks for the accountability even if their drinks aren't as good. read more

Been there a few times now. Always used the drive thru. It's a popular place seems no matter the day or time you go. No shock because it's awesome. Puts starbucks to shame. It does look like a very long line in drive thru, but they really get you through it pretty quickly. It's not a 5 minute thing, maybe 10. Quality is better tho and my drink and food has always been hot at the window when I get it. So bottom line, may take you the extra 10 minutes in the morning compared to other pla es, but the drinks are better and the service seems more pleasant. read more

Great coffee and food but the drive through is terribly slow. Expect to wait in line for over 45 minutes.

Great coffee - operation is still getting off the ground at this location. Long queues in the drive through, staff still learning the ins and outs, but everyone is friendly and again, great coffee, worth the wait and its only getting faster day by day. read more

I've always had such a good experience with Better Buzz, today when going through the drive thru my apple pay for some reason wasn't working. Abby the employee was super helpful and patient getting the problem resolved! I really appreciate the good customer service. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Literally best coffee out there!! So stoked to finally have it in Temecula now. Next up-k cups where we can buy for home ;)

Busy but AMAZING service. I just moved to Fallbrook from Oceanside and I'm so happy Temecula has a Better Buzz now! Great location and customer service! Shout out to Nathan and Kelly the twins for making my experience fun! read more

i'm was so sad after coming here. I always go to the one down in san marcos and never had a problem, temecula on the other hand was not best experience. I placed a mobile order for pick up before arriving and went into the drive thru, the girl asked my name and went to see if it was ready. She returned and said it wasn't so they couldn't serve me because it's their policy and that i had to go inside. So I had to back up through the drive thru, park and go inside, and okay that's fine. I go inside and there's one drink sitting on the online pick shelves and 3 other people waiting. So I was waiting patiently and i realized all the orders were on the back counter just sitting there! They weren't that busy but come on. The guy at the register just continued to taking orders. So I finally walked to the regular pick up stations for inside. A guy who was also waiting did the same thing and was given his mobile order. When I asked the girl rudely said if it's ready it will be over there, as it was sitting in the counter!! Coffee was good but customer service was terrible! I try to be understandable but for my order that was already ready come on now. read more

This place is good most of the time. I usually get 'The best drink ever' and it's really good. But sometimes it's terrible. Their drinks are pretty inconsistent on how they're made. But when it's made well the drink is amazing. I will continue to come here but hope they improve the consistency of how the drinks are made. read more
