Great customer service, they are busy cuz they just opened but it's a great vibe in here, great coffee and Carol was very friendly!

I have been to this location a few times since their opening a week ago. Most times it does take longer than I would like, but I am understanding of the fact that there will be growing pains right after a grand opening. I'm surprised to see so many complaints about the wait times! Maybe I assumed everyone would expect it to take longer being it is a new location? Regardless the customer service has been top notch and the drinks are still delicious! For those that are saying they will never be back-you are missing out! Give them some time and there is no doubt they will meet everyone's expectations. read more

Love the coffee from better buzz frequent the SD locations often but went to Temecula location when I was in town. Same great menu, food always awesome. Service was quick and friendly. Team member recommended a vanilla bean latte with cinnamon cold foam it was amazing read more

I used to go to Better Buzz in San Diego everyday and really liked their service because it was quick and the food was good. Since then, I've moved to Temecula and was really excited when they decided to expand up north. The first time I came, I ordered a sandwich which took about 30 minutes to make. It seemed like a long time but if figured it was because it was busy and maybe they were training new staff. The second time, it took a similar amount of time and I was the only one in the coffee shop. I came back a third time, and I waited about 25 minutes for the same sandwich. I decided to give it a final shot today and I've been waiting for 20 minutes. Enough time to download yelp, write this review, and think about why I came back. read more

Ordered 3 drinks at the drive up last night, 2 hot mochas and 1 latte. The drinks were so sweet that they were not drinkable, even after the first sip I took, the aftertaste lingered for over 10 minutes. At the time I didn't feel like going inside and explaining how to make the drinks correctly or even as for my money back. I figured this will be the first and last time we go here. We drove down the street to find a trash can. Then I drive to Starbucks got my drinks in a few minutes rather then waiting at better buzz window while 3 people try to figure out how to make the drinks. $18 down the toilet. If they keep this up they will be out of business. read more

This location has quite possibly the worst customer service ever. I pulled up to the drive-through around 12:45 PM on a Monday afternoon with one car ahead of me. As I was driving up to the menu screen & order microphone, the car ahead of me finished ordering & went ahead to the drive-through window. I started reading the menu and was greeted by a staff member who told me, "We'll be with you in a minute". What really ended up happening was, I sat there in my car and waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to take my order as I watched 3 other cars lining up behind me. Despite numerous times of saying, "Hello? I'm ready to order. Is anyone there?", no one came to take my order. This made no sense, as the location wasn't even packed or busy with customers inside, which you can see as you go through the drive-through. I ultimately ended up just leaving without my order ever being taken. The only positive from my trip to this location was how their drive-through has a lane wide enough to fit a second car pulling ahead to leave. Looks like they planned ahead for poor customer service & unsatisfied customers wanting to leave. What's the point of having a drive-through if no one knows how to run it? read more

Service is soo slow anytime I come in,especially the drive through. 3 out of 10 times my drink is made wrong( I ask for foam on top) and it's never there. But their best drink ever is actually the best! And pistachio croissant is to die for read more

I rarely buy coffee while I'm out, but Better Buzz made me a new customer. Not only was their "Best Drink Ever" the best drink ever, but their service was amazing. Rylee was so friendly and helpful. Now I have to stop by whenever I'm in South Temecula. Highly recommend. read more

Riley and Murphy are so sweet! Amazing customer service, they were so friendly and polite. Will definitely be returning to this location! :)) read more

Came here today, went into the drive thru and was immediately alerted that their system was down and it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait. I had time so it was no issue. During my time in line, multiple employees went out of their way to make sure I was updated and aware of the situation, and they apologized profusely. Amazing customer service despite the chaos they were dealing with. When I got to the window, I was greeted with free coffee of my choice for my trouble. Every other time I have been here, I have been met with the same wonderful customer service, and impeccable product. The team should be proud of themselves, and I will keep coming back. read more

Ten times better than the rest! Just great coffee and great food. Excited to see you grow!

I tried the Lavender Black Tea Buzz and it was amazing! I didn't think I'd like it because I typically associate lavender with soap but it is my go to drink now. Glad they opened up in Temecula. read more

The best coffee EVER! Truly a flavor like no other. Not to mention Hailey was amazing and fixed my drink for me when I forgot to sub out NF milk. Best service, best coffee. read more

I was driving by and desperately needed some coffee when I spotted this cafe, and boy am I so happy! The service was great and coffee was even better! I had the mint iced coffee. Thank you for keeping me awake for my drive! read more

First time visiting Better Buzz on 79 south and absolutely loved it. I was going to order the Horchata Iced Latte, but was told that it's a popular drink and that they were out. However, Jasmine gave me a wonderful suggestion of Lavender Tea Latte with oat milk and I fell in love. Shout out to Jasmine! :D read more

I love me some Better Buzz! I live is SD so I when I was traveling home from Palm Desert and saw a Better Buzz in Temecula you best believe I stopped for my IBDE! It's gorgeous! Great decor! I had my son with me and Nasiah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated! She was so sweet and made our day! She has amazing customer service!!! Thank you Nasiah! read more

Best coffee ever! We loved it! I'm so over starbucks very happy this opened near me! Carol gave amazing customer service!

Prepare to wait at least 10 mins for a coffee even when you order online they never have it ready.

This place is definitely an entire vibe, from the fun decor, great music, amazing coffee, and super fun staff, the food is also amazing. The Elote Toast is highly recommended. Coming from Arizona this really was a great time. It really made me realize just how dark and depressing the other guys are. I will definitely be back when I come back into town. Thanks for a great Cup of Joe. read more

I have NEVER once had one bad experience here. I have become a regular and they know me by name. Every morning I am here everyone is so kind and honestly it's so welcoming. I wish I remembered everyone's name (I feel bad for that) but everyone in the morning deserves everything amazing! If you're new to the area or have never had Better Buzz I HIGHLY recommend this location. The vibe is so calming and relaxing. My go to drink is the cinnamon cream cold brew if you are unsure what to get! read more

The first time I visited Better Buzz was in a beach town where the wait was long and the service was curt. As a first timer, I found the menu less than helpful and when I asked staff what coffee could be made dairy free I was told the only option was black cold brew... which was far from true. The coffee was good but the experience was lacking. When a Better Buzz opened up just down the street from my house I decided to give them another shot. I studied the menu but when I reached the counter I was told I couldn't have a hazelnut latte ($5). I would have to order a hazelnut divinity ($7) remove the vanilla powder which has dairy and add another dollar for a milk alternative. Not sure why hazelnut syrup couldn't have been added to oat milk latte. Coffee was fine, staff was less than helpful. read more

I've been in several times and always loved it. All the employees have been super nice (especially Emily S.), and the coffee is so freaking good. I've tried most of the lattes, and a few of the teas, and I have yet to try something that I don't like. I don't usually love sweet drinks, but the "Best Drink Ever," is pretty bomb. It's almost comical to see all the 1-star reviews of unfair, ungrateful people complaining about wait times or even parking availability. It has taken a few minutes to get my drinks (no more than 15) despite it being packed and the store opening less than a month ago. There isn't a ton of seating, so if it's busy and you don't feel like sitting next to a stranger who is taking up 1 and three-quarters of another seat, then you may have to stand, but that's ok because there is a lot of standing room and things to lean on. There are also parking lots surrounding the entire building, so while you might have to park a little bit away, like Costco, I can almost guarantee that there is a spot. And if you don't feel like parking and walking for a minute, they have a long drive-thru that wraps around the whole place. And most of all, I feel like the employees care, both about the quality of the drinks and food, but also about the experience that you have. I've been in during both busy and slow times. During the slow times, I had some nice small talk with the employees without that awkwardness that usually accompanies interacting with strangers. During the fast times, I didn't feel rushed or like the employee was rude at all. I just really appreciate the levels of kindness I have been able to experience here. And the good coffee too. read more

The drinks and food items are flavorful and delicious. The service is friendly. The drive-thru is efficient and well managed, despite the long lines. The dining room is spacious with ample seating and clean restrooms. If you're looking for a superior alternative to Starbux, this is definitely your place! read more

There's a line out the door for a reason! Don't let it scare you away, it goes fast. So pretty inside, EVERYONE I encountered was nice and gave a great recommendation for 1st timer who likes flavors but nothing too sweet. My fiancé and I also shared the ham and cheese croissant and it was soooo good!!! read more

Hudson was great. Good coffee. Check'em out. The only complaint I have is that yelp says my review is to small

I love this coffee chain in San Diego and was so excited to visit the new location in Temecula and my expectations have been more than exceeded!! Especially one of the workers his name is Nathan and he was so fun, nice, and made my coffee run experience so memorable!! This man deserves a raise!! read more

The service was wonderful the workers are very nice but the food was below average I had the OG AÇAÍ cup and well they gave me soggy strawberries and a teaspoon of granola and I mean for 10.99 it should've been a lot better but overall it was fine.. I don't think I'll come to this location again ima stick to the one in San Marcos ! read more

I placed a mobile order today, on a Sunday. i've never been to this location on a Sunday but i understand they were very busy, although that did not change their customer service one bit! They were a bit delayed on drinks which is totally understandable on a weekend, I was not upset at all. My drink finally came out about 10 minutes after my pickup time and this very kind lady with red hair walked me out my drink apologized , and proceeds to ask me if i would like one of their pastries. (It was very yummy btw). All i have to say props to this location for even being so busy, still giving their attention and kindness to everyone! read more

Everything was great, cant wait to go back again and try everything! The service was phenomenal and everyone went above and beyond, wait time was also very quick even with the amount of people at the time during rush. I really liked the decor and love that they also sell store products like tshirts and hats. Really great idea! read more

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the sandwich was good. We ordered 2 bacon, Chipada sandwiches and 2 coffees. We spent $38 and had to wait 25 minutes. They also got the order wrong. I ordered a small coffee and they gave me a medium. That was the longest we've ever had to wait for food and coffee. We will not be coming back. read more

Great coffee and great service! Duke took our order and was so nice and helpful. Made the morning that much better.

We went thru drive thru few days ago ordered a drink and a caprese with extra tomatoes there was one tomatoe on the sandwich drove back told them they replied what do you want us to do about it? I want you to fix it they asked if we wanted a side of tomatoes my daughter said sure they gave us cold tomatoes for a hot sandwich but the drink was good not sure if we will be back read more

I went into Better Buzz a couple days ago and was greeted with a smile and a great attitude from the barista at the front counter Alyssa. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and I will now be frequenting this establishment much more often. read more

Absolutely love it here! Passed by Temecula for a trip and thought it was a cool name. The girl who served me my coffee (I think her name was Jazmin) had such a great vibe to her! 5/5 recommend! read more

Wait time is a little long and my cold brew tasted fizzy which was... different. Maybe an off day, but have been back since and they didn't disappoint. Iced chai, ham and cheese croissant and pumpkin loaf were on point. Have ordered for friends as surprises and they've loved it too. read more

Great Chai!! Waited long for the drive thru. No reason for the live person taking orders when it's goi g to take long anyway.

Literally life changing! Everything from the quality coffee combinations to an amazing high energy & accommodating staff! The coffee shop has a high vibe perfect for hanging out with friends or getting some work done on their internet in a fun atmosphere! If you don't have time to stop and hang out don't be deterred by their busy drive through, they move crazy fast! We are Buzzin here no less than 2X a day! Absolutely obsessed! read more

Their soft open was delightful and I personally feel this is a great addition to our neighborhood

Great service, clean shop and fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered my drink wrong but didn't realize until it was made. I went back to reorder and the employee (didn't catch her name but she was the girl with red hair) was so sweet and made my drink again, no questions asked. Great customer service!! Will be back again. read more

I've been going to better buzz for years and I was so excited that they decided to open up a location in my town. This coffee shop literally has all the goods. The pastries are fresh and honestly huge, so you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend the croissants and the orange chocolate chip scone. The coffee drinks and the teas are delicious and the quality is better than a lot of other coffee shops around here. You can just taste the difference. The atmosphere is bright, bold, and inviting. The interior is honestly a vibe and every location is a little bit different but i think that's why better buzz is more on the unique side. The service is great and the staff is always hard working, efficient, and welcoming. This place is a good place to go to work on your laptop, have some coffee with friends, and families to get out of the house. Also, if you haven't heard already they have an app which I like to use to order ahead when I'm in a rush. Lastly, I just want to say that I love this location and I'm literally so stoked they opened up here and I'm excited to come here more often with my friends. read more
