If you like LUKE WARM COFFEE been there 3 times to use up a gift card I received for Xmas. The first time was close to the opening of this location in Temecula. Been to the Encinitas location whole different experience. The service was great, and the coffee was HOT It's something that should be addressed. I can understand with a start up business with new employees is a challenge. Hope your help gets on it, problem's usually start with management. Check it out please. hope you make it STARBUCKS definitely needs some competition. read more

The coffee is great, but I have to agree with other reviewers about the drive thru...it sucks!!! It's easily a 45 minute wait in the morning. read more

Blah blah blah coffee, their blatant disrespect for other business in the shared use parking lot can't even utilize their spaces. Instead of directing them thru the one entrance they have decided to occupy the entire parking area having them enter the entire length for drive thru. Like Temecula needs more coffee places. #notsupporting read more

The customer service I received today was impeccable, and while I was in the drive-through, I could see how hard the employees were working to get orders out fast. The line always is super long and it went by super quick, and I realized it was because of these three employees, Brandon, Cass and Sierra, I could tell that they were working really hard and it does not go unnoticed! Also, whoever was making the breakfast food for the day did a really good job. Sometimes the bacon ciabatta toast is very hard and crispy but today it was as it should be. Thank you. read more

So glad we finally have a Better Buzz in Temecula!! The service and drinks are awesome as always and I really appreciate the mobile order options since I know this place will be super popular,, Hudson was super kind and took our order with ease! read more

Drive thru took 50 minutes and I was offered a free drink for next time after I asked for a refund. They said their wifi wasn't working but apparently it works to process the payment. Once I finally got to the window to pick up my drink, they asked my order again to begin making it. PROTIP - If you want to do drive thru, order 1 coffee, pay for it, and then order a feast when you get to the window and you'll have a full feast for the price of 1 coffee. Im flabbergasted by how horrible my experience was. read more

Friendly and quick service. Good drink and caprese sandwich was good. I will visit and try other drinks.

Good design and vibe but too many people and it's loud you can't hear the staff call your name. Meh..

Stay far away from this place! I specifically order my coffee early in the morning online I have the availability to pick it up and not be running late. I ordered my coffee at 8:05 AM and arrived at 8:35 to pick it up to find out that there was no coffee available. We stood there in line waiting to pick up our coffee only to find out that no one's online orders have been received. I informed them of my order but they continued to make all the drive-through orders first. Because of this my kids were late to school and we never even received our drinks. I will not be back! read more

Spilled my drinks all over my car when pulling out into traffic and avoiding a distracted driver. When I returned to the store Lily helped me to get replacements at no cost and faster than going through the drive through again! Quality service and friendly people! Thank you so much for making the day enjoyable! read more

First time, probably last time. Very expensive to get our order wrong. We were so excited to have a drive through coffee place close to our home, but it wasn't so great. Got two decaf, half sweet vanilla lattes, they came luke-warm, fully caffeinated and super sweet. Now my heart is racing and I'm going to be up all night. For how expensive the coffees are they could at least read the stickers they put on the lids to make sure they make the coffees correctly. read more

I'll admit, as someone who takes their coffee VERY seriously and after hearing great things about this place, I was pretty hyped to try it out. I ordered their BEST Drink Ever and it was pretty damn tasty! Love that it's not too sweet but is creamy and delicious. However, my reason for the 3 star rating was the $8 bacon ciabatta. I basically paid $8 for mostly bread, little to no bacon, and they forgot to put the aioli spread on that it shows on their menu description. I was super hungry and this was really a disappointment and in my opinion, a total waste of money. I would return to try their other coffees but it's highly unlikely I'll order food from them a second time. read more

I was excited to try a Starbucks alternative but it fell short. I went this morning and to get two drinks and spent 30min in the drive thru. This was our second visit and the drive thru is very slow. Of course I could've had bad luck both times. I know they're newly opened and still working out the kinks but it's not a well oiled machine at this point. The drinks are ok, but the ratios of milk to coffee seem imbalanced. There's lots we'd like to try on the menu but we may wait to return after the newness has passed to see if things improve. read more

I love Better Buzz! So no complaints on the menu. It was just a bummer to place an online order at 9:25am and walk out of there at 10:05am. We got our food within 5 minutes, the bacon ciabatta sandwiches, only to have them go cold by the time we got our drinks. A couple of people waiting next to me at the online order pick-up section were very flustered due to the extensive wait and one even ended up ditching her food and leaving. I get it, opening day was yesterday... it's crazy. It's just a bummer to wait 30+ minutes for a drink. They kept saying "they're working on your drink" anytime you'd ask how long. I think that's what they're trained to say. I was so close to asking for a refund but they finally came out with my drinks just in time before I gave up. Some tips until it dies down: -Go through the drive thru or walk in and place your order. Online order is not worth it right now. I saw a couple come in way later than me walk in and they walked out with their drinks way before me which then you're like, "what's the point of ordering ahead online?" Even the girl covering online orders said they were very backed up on orders. -If you online order, you will get your food on the opposite side of the online pick up counter (the other far end where the walk-ins are waiting). The online pick up counter is for online ordered drinks only. I think that's so confusing... it should all be in one spot like how they do at Starbucks. -Just be patient and wait until this grand opening frenzy dies down a bit or go only when there's a short drive thru line. I think I'll be waiting a while before I come back again... As I said, I love BB but this wait isn't worth it right now. read more

I like their beverages here, but they make a lot of mistakes. Their favorite one being making my iced drinks hot. This happened 3xs once we approached fall/winter. I'll come back but it's a little annoying to have your order incorrect that many times. read more

Love stopping by the SD locations for a lavender tea latte - having one in town doesn't make it as special but I can now get one more often. Super busy - took about 30 min for one drink. Hoping it calms down soon. read more

Used to be a regular customer in San Diego! I'm so glad to see this business here! Was happy that this one also has a drive thru. We got Hazelnut and Mexican coffee, also decided to try mango Red Bull smoothie (employee Hudson mentioned they didn't have reg Red Bull only sugar free, worked great for us). I asked for "kid temp" coffee and came out just right. read more

Let me start with saying that the food and drinks are really good, and the people working are nice and professional. Our only complaints are below and I wanted to review so Better Buzz can be more aware and prevent it from happening in the future. We are easy going people so we don't really care but I can see other people being more upset. -We ordered our drinks with oat milk which is an extra dollar each drink. We found out they were out of oat milk at the window after we had already paid. Essentially we gave them $2 for free. -I ordered a t-shirt and asked for the color gray. They gave me a black one. -Lastly, we ordered an egg on top of toast which is an extra $2, but when we got home no egg. Gave them another free $2. So in total we were out $4 with nothing to show for it. It's easy to prevent these things with just a little more attention to detail or one last quick check that the order is correct before handing to the customer. This is a good location and again the food and drinks are excellent. I hope for success. read more

The coffee was AWFUL!! I had them remake it and it was still not drinkable. I would give it a zero if I could.

Food and coffee on point I don't care how expensive it is. There has never been an item on the menu that was not extremely delicious. Well-balanced and darn right delicious the staff is usually friendly and nice even first thing in the morning when you don't want to be and give the best pup cups. I do suggest mobile ordering because they are always so busy but if you have the time to go through the drive-through, it's definitely worth it to get your dog a treat. read more

Drive through is fast and the food is delicious! Coffee is always perfect. Jaden is always so nice and on top of the drive through orders!

Just left Better Buzz Drive thru in Temecula, I ordered an orange matcha tea latte w/almond milk and a plain croissant. Latte was really delicious except they gave it to me warm and not hot. I like my teas & coffees hot not warm. Was gonna go back but was in a hurry. The croissant was really good but cold, would have been nice if they warmed it up. I think for what they charge there, drinks and food should be on point. It was delish despite the temperature but won't be going back, almost $7 for a small warm tea, not worth it. read more

Fairly decent coffee spot although the wait times have been quite long and the order ahead option doesn't seem any faster. I've decided this won't be our next go to spot- the coffee isn't much cheaper than other locations and unfortunately the sandwiches just aren't good - the bread is just way too much without much egg or sauce to balance it. For the price, long wait and poorly thought out food menu 3/5 stars. Not bad at all, just not the best. I may try it out again in a couple months see if the menu changes seasonally or if the service improves read more

This is the first and only better buzz i have been too. My first visit was shortly after they opened, and has quickly become my favorite coffee shop. Jazz was the first barista I interacted with at Better Buzz and she really set the tone for the company (for me at least). She's so sweet, seems like she actually cares, and is just pleasant to be around. I've had a problem a couple of times with my drinks being made wrong or long wait times. However i don't even care because every time i've had a problem Jazz seems to be there and is always ready and willing to make it right. Everyone in customer service should be more like Jazz! read more

Priced higher than Starbucks, Peet's or Coffee Bean or your local coffee bar with the selling point that its basically your drink with 4x the caffeine. I found out the hard way. Not for the faint of heart (pun intended) but if you're looking for a decent cup of good tasting joe, you're better off using your keurig. Otherwise if your goal is to spike your heart rate to marathon level without moving an inch off the couch cushion ... then have at it read more

So nice !!! These employees live each other and the job they do !!! I will be back!! I left my purse and the girl ran out to my car in the cold to bring it to me soooo nice !!! Very clean and a great vibe mocha de Mexico is yummmmm read more

Very tasty peppermint white mocha with almond milk (yummier than Starbucks) excellent & speedy service. Will be back!

Amazing menu, the coffee taste amazing the food is delicious. The crew is friendly and nice but they don't know how to read. Been here multiple times and every time it takes 20-30 mins in the drive through. You would think waiting that long the drinks would come out perfect, but 4 times I've had the wrong size drink order. The crew spends more time talking to eachother than making sure the drink order is correct. I understand accidents happen and sometimes things are missed but being a reoccurring Incident makes this place not worth the risk. Be ready to spend 30+ minutes for your morning coffee just for the possibility of it being wrong. Management needs to step up and reduce customer facing chatting and distractions. Looking at newest reviews I see I'm not the only one having these issues. Good luck. read more

I have been waiting to try this new place on the way to work. Anything "new" beckons me like the song of a siren, nor can I resist a drive thru. I ordered the avocado toast and a hot lavender latte. The order did not dissapoint...filling and delicious. And the perfect amount of lavender thwarted the fear of drinking potpourri. Better still was the customer service. Annie at the drive thru was patient, warm and exceptionally kind while I failed to get my act together. They've made a forever customer out of me, happily buzzed I bee read more

The service at Better Buzz was amazing! Alexis helped us with our orders and answering all our questions. She so was friendly! The coffee and pastries were so yummy and we'll definitely be back. Thanks Better Buzz Temecula! Next location should be in Clovis/Fresno! read more

They have good coffee, but their customer service is horrible. They greet you, but ignore you for more than 5 minutes. And the gnats flying around in the food cabinet isn't appealing either. read more

I was really looking forward to this new coffee place, however, it was a huge disappointment. To start off, the coffee didn't taste great and it was burnt. I also ordered a matcha latte which tasted very bland and a little too sweet. There also isn't a lot of sugar variety on the coffee counter. In most coffee shops or cafes there's a wide slection of different types of sugar such as raw sugar, white sugar, sugar-free packets, etc. Whereas here, Better Buzz only has sugar-free packets for you to put in your coffee. I started developing a small migraine after 2 sips from my drinks because there wasn't regular suger. There is only one unisex bathroom and it was kind of dirty so overall this place needs a heavy overhaul. I would suggest going to Intazza, East Coffee, or The Press Espresso. Just skip Better Buzz Coffee in Temecula. read more

So this is my first time to better Buzz coffee the day before Halloween at 7:19pm and I have to say I was very blown away by the most sweetest service ever! A helpful tip through the speaker drive through and then a wave while getting the coffee prepared and even checking the gluten free pastries when I was just simply asking if they carried gf pastries so they went above and beyond. Whole time calm kind and super professional. And the coffee choices were all so delicious I got the rose water latte can't wait ti try it. I already have a feeling by the amazing smell and description it's going ti be bomb (I'm letting it cool down) thank you better buzz will be coming back asap read more
