Disappointing. The coffee is not good. Taste very watered down, undrinkable. I tried two different drinks (mine and my husbands) and neither were good. read more

Better buzz is my favorite! I love coming here all the baristas are so kind and helpful!

Great service, was helped by Kate and she was so kind. Food came out so quick and delicious! The place is really cute as well and I love their cups and jackets ! read more

Better buzz is just not it. Iv come through multiple times and never once have they gotten my drink correct. Most of the times it feels like they have no idea what I'm asking or like it's impossible to make. The muffin I had was okay but they didn't offer to heat it up. At the window they always seem like they're trying to be helpful but just can't manage to actually be. I wanted cream in my coffee and they forgot it (again) when I asked for some on the side they handed me a small cup with a lid but forgot to mention that the lids don't work and I spilled it all over myself. I went on telling the guy hey those lids don't really work and he said "yup they suck" like maybe you should mention that when handing it to the customer then?!? This will be my last time coming here. read more

I think reading some of these negative reviews of customer service are from people who don't understand the hectic nature of a coffee shop in the middle of a busy town center. Every time we have gone to Better Buzz we are patient, especially during busy hours. Mistakes happen, but the way you approach them controls the experience. The food/quality of the drinks are always top notch and I have had nothing but kind and helpful service. Today we witnessed a really out of pocket customer yelling at the drive thru attendant for not understanding what was explained to the customer and I don't know maybe it's just me but the person taking the orders are typically very explanatory. Ernie was such a delight to order with and the staff as always do the best with the circumstances. Better Buzz is the better choice read more

OK fist time and had a great experience because of ...SADIE! I was on my way home to Palm Springs sand was draggin! Sadie is amazing and I had this difficult order. She handled it with great patience accuracy and friendliness. You can tell she likes her job. Now the coffee drink....amazing and I am a new fan. Than you Better Buzz and thank you Sadie for making my first experience so terrific! read more

Oh my god, the customer service is HORRIFIC. What's the point of ordering mobile order if I'm going to be waiting an extra 25 minutes. Once my drink and another customers was done, his was handed to him and mine was left on the back counter instead of being placed on the mobile order pick up shelf. I watched it sit there for an additional 5 minutes until I finally asked how much longer it would be. Do not mobile order pick up unless you have an additional 30 minutes to spare. read more

I got a açaí bowl for lunch today and they put it in my bag sideways it tasted ok but was super runny and not thick at all.

Our Chiropractic office has a bit of a coffee addiction, so we have tried several different coffee shops in the area. Better Buzz has definitely taken the cake of being one of our favorites! The staff at the Temecula location is incredibly friendly, and the coffee has been perfect EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We order several drinks at a time through their app, and it is ready to go in record time. If you're having a hard time deciding on a coffee (because the menu has so many phenomenal options) go with the "Best Drink Ever." You won't regret it. :) read more

Coffee was great and service outstanding, thanks Hudson. Avocado toast great!!! Will be back!

It was my first time coming here, and absolutely loved it! I ordered the hazelnut divinity iced! thank you better buzz!

Barista today was not friendly and acted annoyed while taking our order. Won't be back - life is too short

I genuinely enjoy not only the coffee, but also the people at Better Buzz! I feel like every time I go in there, I come out with a new friend! Haha! For instance, today I chatted with Kate! She was so kind and helpful! I absolutely love coming here! read more

I've been to this location a few times in the past and my experience wasn't so great. But recently, this place has taken a turn for the better. Last week the new General Manager Hayley helped me. She was so friendly and warm. I know that's weird to say but she felt so genuine in her interaction with me. All I bought was a simple latte but it was the interaction that left me feeling great about the place. I'll definitely be returning more often. read more

I've been going to better buzz for a while and I was super excited when I found out that this location had opened. However this particular location is not it. For one it doesn't taste as good as other locations, the service is god awful, I have never got my order right, it's not a difficult order either, it's one substitution and they have never gotten it correct. I have ordered ahead of time once and when I got inside they told me it wasn't ready, when in reality it was right behind them, they didn't bother to look or help, just talked and ignored me and other customers who ordered ahead of time. When I finally got my order the food was cold, the açai bowl was melted and my drinks were ruined. To top all that off the refused to remake my order or offer any refund. This place is in desperate need of a new manager and new employees read more

Better Buzz - I ordered a large nitro cold brew but, they gave me a large cup filled with ice and barely any coffee in it . Thanks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

So I visited here about 6 weeks ago and had a horrible experience. I have since given it another try and have enjoyed the drinks. I was advised by my coworkers to try the " Best drink ever" and it's good. I don't know about "best ever" but it's delicious. I also had the pumpkin spice because, why not? It was great as well. In my original review I said I give a place 3 strikes and that experience used 2 in 1 but the past visits have dropped a strike. So what I've learned is always order the "Best drink ever." read more

I should of just gotten Starbucks but I wanted to try something different I ordered a coconut latte extra shot but tasted like it was only milk in there just by looking at the color I should of known oh well I was disappointed with my drink, next time I'll just stick to my usual. read more

Unfortunately i'm leaving the low rating due to the lack of cleanliness in this establishment. I was going through the drive through and ordered an iced vanilla latte coffee only to find ants floating around in my drink. Will not be coming back. read more

OMG! I loved their coffee! I can't wait to go back and try some other options. And the location is super cute! You have to try it!

BEST MATCHA LATTE! Wayyyyy better than Starbucks but was more expensive by a little bit. The matcha latte was creamy, refreshing, addicting, very flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness! 100% recommend. Pretty busy but that was assumed because it just recently opened but still many different seating options. SUCH cute decor that isn't overwhelming but still eye catching! Fun music on too which made the place more lively. Very sweet servers. Planning another visit soon for sure!! Thank you for an amazing experience Better Buzz! :) read more

I've tried to give Better Buzz so many chances. I think their drinks and food are great. I don't know if they're understaffed but the one thing that keeps me from going back is the customer service. Last time I went in I had put a mobile order in and when I showed up I got my drink 25 minutes after I had put the order in even though I requested for it to be picked up "ASAP" When I arrived, I went to "Online Order Pick Up" and there was barely anyone there and my drink wasn't "ready". The two girls working were busy helping the few other people in there and yet No one acknowledged me, I stood there waiting for my drink for 10 minutes. I finally went up to one of the girls and told them I had an online pick up. And she said "ok I'll check on that" and continued doing what she was doing! As if I hadn't already been waiting for one of the two girls to acknowledge me so I could get my drink. My drink was sitting behind the counter and not where the online pick up was. My drink was pretty much lukewarm by the time I got it. I don't understand if you have an Order Pick Up area why not use it instead of keeping the drinks behind the counter. read more

Very very sad and disappointed that the ONLY coffee I went here for, the ROSEWATER HIBISCUS coffee, has been discontinued. How in the world can you expect a coffee to be popular when you remove it from the menu. I knew when I was ordering the last few months by asking for it and it was not on the menu, that it would not be long before it would be good. read more

STOP THE TIPPING PRESSURE!!! This place is absolutely ridiculous! Now they are begging for tips in the DRIVE THRU!!! It's a freaking drive thru!!!! Why are you begging for tips there! This is absolutely ridiculous! I'm not leaving a tip for ordering a coffee in the drive thru so stop asking! Yes, I can simply say no thank you! However, the kind thing for your establishment to do would be to simply NOT ASK. Not in the drive thru. Pay your workers a fair wage, I'm already using my gas to wait in line to pay $6.00 for a drink, the least you could for is not beg for more! read more

great place to study or color lol! It's always clean, and the baristas are pretty nice and amazing at making my drink. My drink is always consistent with the flavor, which doesn't happen a lot of times @coffee shops. Have to come back again when in California! Thanks read more

I originally came here this morning to have them re-make a Pitaya bowl that they made wrong yesterday. They use different ingredients (without telling me) for the coconut topping than they usually do because they were out. They said they would remake it because it tasted bad. So I'm here this morning to get it and they put bananas that looked like they have been sitting out overnight or rotted. I was a regular customer and they have lost my business. It was better when they first opened but I guess they stopped caring because they get so busy or something read more

I've been coming to this location for a while now and been doing my points and rewards through the app. The last time I went which was last week, I wasn't happy with my drive thru order . My son ordered a vanilla latte and I ordered a regular latter with oat. We drove to the window to pay and left the drive thru. When they gave me the drinks , my son's drink was more heavier than mines. I was wondering why? When I opened my latte it was only filled halfway and the rest of the top was just all foam. I wasn't happy. I should of taken a picture but I didn't . I wanted to return it but I was in a rush. Next time I order I will definitely check my coffee and tell them about it. if I do give them another chance, Hopefully next time it will be better. read more

The barista reprimanded us for picking up our mobile order in the drive thru (Three unwarmed croissants). Stating that it was company policy to walk in only. On top of that they were out of an item we purchased and did not offer a refund. I understand it's a brand new store and new team however the company's site states that you can pick up through the drive thru? I've always enjoyed Better Buzz for their incredible customer service and beautiful cafes. This was the biggest disappointment and horrendous customer service. If we were in the wrong, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience however it just came across as employee laziness. read more

Better Buzz - This is on the company's site stating you can pick up mobile orders from the drive thru.... Is there a different company policy? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

I been here like 5 times since they opened. Each time they messed up my order. Either it was the wrong drink, a drink was missing, or it took longer than the given estimate. I usually get coffee during my breaks at so I plan my time accordingly. So when it says it will be done in 15 minutes but i end up waiting an extra 20, that screws me over. Also multiple times i had to go back for them to change my order, and i was not compensated for my troubles. Coffee not bad though ngl read more

Being my first time in the restaurant I needed some help trying to figure out what would be a good drink and something to eat. Donovan was very helpful in suggesting items, explaining what was in them, and even ways to make them less calories and less carbs.
