This review is purely based on their pastries since I didn't order a drink. I ordered the pistachio croissant and chocolate chip walnut cookie. The pistachio croissant was light and fluffy, flaky and wasn't too sweet. The pistachio flavor was a bit faint but I still enjoyed it! I also ordered the chocolate chip walnut cookie which was absolutely delicious! The cookie wasn't too sweet and the walnuts balanced out the cookie. They give you the option of heating it up or taking it as is. Service was excellent! Our cashier was kind and welcoming. The coffee shop had plenty of seating and there is plenty of parking out in front. Would highly recommend for their pastries! read more

The time I got here there were a couple people who had ordered. I love how bright it is from the outside to cow inside the establishment. It's inviting. Soon as you enter you can see the "I got buzzed in Costa Mesa" signage and then see the merch as to go through the "live start here" aisle. It's very clean and organized. I like this coffee chain. Today I grabbed the cold brew with cinnamon cold foam. I absolutely love cinnamon. The cold brew is light and the cold foam has a nice flavor. Absolutely worth the calories. I'm pretty sure I ordered the seasonal summer version of the Best Drink Ever because it had some kind of coconut flavoring. It was so good and refreshing. It was a busy day at work so I decided to treat the staff to breakfast. They decided on Better Buzz Coffee in CM I've never heard of them before but was up for something new and threw caution to the wind and let the girls order what they thought was best They ordered me a Sausage Egg & Cheese croissant paired with a Best Drink Ever® classic americano + signature creamy vanilla The coffee was divine! It was creamy rich and had the perfect amount of sweetness The croissant was golden and had a perfect buttery and flakey texture. The sandwich cured my hunger pangs and left me very satisfied. I also tried the avocado toast which amazing Topped with buttery avocado, crumbled feta, micro greens and drizzled with a sticky sweet balsamic, cherry tomatoes on thick-cut multigrain, the toast was substantial and I enjoyed my decadent bite I have yet to visit the brick and mortar but overall I was very pleased with how everything was as packaged presented and tasted. I didn't get a chance to visit the location myself or interact with the staff so I can't speak on customer service or cleanliness of the coffee shop. I ordered the snickerdoodle latte with oat milk, and honestly, it didn't do it for me. The flavor was a bit underwhelming, and I felt it could've been better balanced. That said, the menu has a lot of other options that sound really promising, especially the breakfast items and other coffee drinks. While I wouldn't order the snickerdoodle latte again, I'm definitely open to giving this place another try. My first time here I tried treat black tea lavender latte which was pretty good if you're into lavender along with a cream cheese croissant which was AMAZING. Service is very fast and the workers are very nice. I also tried their ham and cheese croissant and thought it was okay. I met a friend here today. It was my first time in. I had the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap. I had them leave out the ham and aioli.
