Betsy's Omelet w/ counrty potatoes.

What can i say. this place is One of a Kind. The food id incredible. The Service is top notch. Family owned and operated. The owner (Betsy) introduced her self and made sure we hade everything we needed. One of the best Omelet's i have had in a long time. On a side note. they gave us a sample of the Chile Verde. it was Bomb AF. The Customer next to us got the Chile Verde Scramble and he loved it. Definitely my new Fav and will be back very soon.

This place is pretty solid for a diner and i enjoyed it. The maple syrup was a little too watery for me but the pancake was soft and easy to eat, if only i had more time. I also enjoyed the mexican scramble i got and i think that for being in the middle of nowhere it was pretty yummy. Give it a try and let me know

Good food, portion size was good, good location. Close proximity to the 101 which makes for easy access. Very local mom and pop shop vibe. Most customers knew all the cooks and serves which was nice to see. The hot links were very good paired with the hash browns and eggs.

5 mf stars for betsy. This is the most classic diner spot you are going to get. Waiter was super kind, red booths, little condiments. The food was perfect as well. Eggs Benedict was just so fire. You can tell they really care about their customers, they knew the regulars by name and bantered with them and it was all just really sweet to watch. Also there was a bowling alley connected to this place???? Huh??? Respect. Love you betsy.

Chicken fried steak and eggs, hash browns, pancakes

Betsy's is a cozy diner attached to the Morgan Hill bowling alley and serves up some hearty breakfast. We arrived on a Sunday around noon and waited outside for about 20 minutes. Chicken fried steak is my go-to order at any breakfast spot and Betsy's does it well. The steak was well-breaded and smothered with a tasty gravy- not bland and not overly salty. Service was fast and kind. My friend ordered onion rings but received a side of fries instead. They promptly apologized about it and fortunately my friend wasn't too bothered.

We visited Betsy's while in town and absolutely loved it. Delicious breakfast with fast service, great flavors, and genuinely kind staff. A wonderful spot we'd happily return to on our next visit.

Good service, came often for coffee refills and kept table clean by throwing away the coffee creamer. Food was good too really cool because its next to a bowling alley with a big arcade and pool tables.

Met up with a friend for breakfast on a Tuesday. The place was packed which is always a good sign. This location is big and has a big parking lot. When seated I got the menu and was asked if I would like anything to drink. We both order coffee. After getting out coffee we were asked if we knew what we wanted. We said a few more minutes since it was our first time there, we had to check the menu first. what we order: drinks: -coffee 1/5: coffee was very bland and didn't have much flavor. It tasted like decaf. food: - Denver Omelet with hash browns and pancakes. 3/5. Pancakes were good and so was the omelet. However, the hashbrowns were not crispy. - 2 eggs, toast, hashbrowns and fruit. 2/5 Overall, the food and service were okay.

Chicken Fried "Steak" and I mean steak, thin sirloin or top round not tenderized. Was a lil different.

My husband was born and raised in Morgan Hill and his parents still live here. It's been so neat to…read moresee it transform from from when we were younger to what it is now. When he visited his parents recently they had talked about MoHi and when they visited downtown, he saw the restaurant and automatically knew we needed to try it. We travel everywhere with our dogs and he found out that they had a dog friendly patio. A few months later, we were in town and decided to try it for breakfast. There were not a lot of reviews or pictures of breakfast so he made it a point to order some items recommended by our server, Ty - who was phenomenal by the way. Always checked in on us and even complimented how nice and chill our doggy was. We ordered a vanilla latte, orange juice, the breakfast pizza, and the eggs Benedict. The breakfast pizza came highly recommended by Ty. On paper it sounded delicious, but we were still reluctant, because a breakfast pizza? It was delicious, lol. They have a sauce on there that is very similar to what In-N-Out uses and the farm fresh eggs and cheese brought everything together. I decided to try the eggs benedict because the English muffin is scratch-made. The benedict was savory with confit potatoes and fruit. The only thing that threw me off was the fresh fruit was tossed in a pesto dressing. I can definitely do sweet and savory, and all the other weird, eclectic mixes, but this one was just too different for me. The orange juice was a highlight because they literally squeeze it right in front of you at the bar. They have other mixes that they can do as well like orange carrot or orange strawberry. So make sure you ask what is on the menu for fresh squeezed fruits because this one you don't wanna miss Outside there are at least 20 tables with dog friendly written all over the patio area. They have water bowls, turf, and even a cute little fire hydrant. There was a doggy on the patio already who was well-behaved. Overall, we'd be back to try the rest of the breakfast menu!

Southern Farm MOHI…read moreFarms delivers true farm-to-table dining as they serve up locally sourced seasonal ingredients, including some from their very own Uvas Farm. They are part of the Léal restaurant group, which has several similarly named restaurants in the works (MOHI Pasta and MOHI at the Grove), as well as a vineyard (Léal Vineyards) and a flower bar (Luxe Flower Bar). They also apparently own a theater, mansion, ranch, and an upcoming complex that will include housing, shops, and more restaurants. The Good: * Several free lots and free street parking * Catering available * Outdoor dog-friendly seating * They also have a bakery and café available if you're just looking for a light morning breakfast. * Service was friendly but stretched very thin during both our visits as the servers were working more tables than they should've been. * Overall, their pricing is very fair for the quality of the food. * Local beers on tap, as well as a large wine menu. * Wood-fired pizza oven. I didn't try the pizza, but my son wolfed it down. * Carissa loved her brunch Short Rib Fried Rice bowl, especially all the perfectly cooked butternut squash. * Tempura broccoli was fantastic. I loved that they served this instead of the ubiquitous fries to go with the burgers. The Meh: * I don't know why they can't have a menu on their website? The only way to view what's available is you have to pretend you're making an order. * The Brunch Loco Moco was just okay; the hamburger was a bit overcooked for my liking. Otherwise, the egg, rice, and gravy were delicious. * Their burger-to-bun-to-topping ratio is not good. It's mostly that their buns are much, much too thick for the tiny smashburger patties, and the whole thing ate very dry despite all the cheese. I did enjoy the crispiness of the bacon, though. * The salmon in the Roasted Salmon Bowl was also overcooked, and the amount of salmon for the price point wasn't really worth it, in our opinion. The Ugly: * Vegetarian Farm Spring Rolls were pretty bad, if I'm being honest. The only reason we wolfed them down was we had just arrived after a long 5+mile hike and were starving. The ricepaper skin was tough and leathery, and the filling wasn't very substantial. The sauce also needed to be thicker to stick to the rolls. * Parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you arrive during the nearby farmers market (Sat 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), as they are located in the large parking lot on Depot St. Conclusion: Overall, we had very high hopes for this place, as this is the type of place we usually love. However, even after two visits, we just don't see ourselves coming back for another visit anytime soon.

I wasn't sure what else was around in the bakery department, so my husband drove me down town to see what we could find. I spotted GVA and ran in right before closing as a last-resort, hoping they had something I could bring as a dessert to a friend's house. I caught the cashier while trying to get a quick bite, but she hurried to help (even with her mouth full, which I appreciated, being in a rush myself). She was very friendly and I got the chocolate chip cookies and biscottis I was hoping to find. The cookies were impressively big (my daughter told me they were as big as her head). We cut each cookie into 6 pieces so everyone could try the different types: chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate, and oatmeal, and then almond and chocolate biscottis. Everyone was happy with the cookie assortment! Thank you for being open when no one else was GVA! You saved the day~

We drove over 20 miles just to pick up a birthday cake for my son because we have been longtime customers ever since their older location on the other side of Morgan Hill. Their cakes have always been amazing, full of flavor, fresh, moist, and very reasonably priced for the quality you get. While we were there, I decided to try their coffee and I believe the espresso was Tilly brand, and wow it was excellent. I also had one of their cinnamon rolls and it was honestly to die for. Soft, fresh, full of flavor, and one of the best pastries I've had in a long time. What really made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was super nice, polite, welcoming, and very professional. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Their boss should definitely give them a raise because great customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. If you are ever in the Morgan Hill area and looking for amazing pastries, great coffee, or a delicious birthday cake, look no further. Highly recommend Lawson Bakery! The ladies working there were very nice and helpful. I ordered 8 breakfast burritos for my family and we sat outside on the patio. When we first sat down, the table was dirty and I accidentally got water on myself, but one of the girls quickly came outside and cleaned the table for us right away, which I appreciated. She even had the chef come sweep the area, so they definitely tried to make things right and were attentive to customer service. The patio area was actually really nice with plenty of seating and a family-friendly atmosphere. They even had games outside for kids like Connect 4 and Legos, which was a nice touch for families waiting or eating outside. The inside was packed, but the outdoor seating made it more enjoyable. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, country potatoes, scallions, and cheddar cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. The food was delicious and the burritos were packed with ingredients and very filling. Overall, despite the long wait and noise level, I'd still come back because the staff was kind and the food was worth it.

The host who helped us was a young girl and she was very polite, nice, and helpful. :) Something I really love about this restaurant is that they have so many amazing different options to select from. It was honestly a bit tough to make a decision because everything sounded so great in the menu! lol. Eventually I did decide I would try something new so I chose the Filet Mignon Pasta because it sounded like something that is very unique. I have never heard of this before so I was inspired to try it out! :) My boo got the Chicken with rice and broccoli. Everything was delicious! &Wow the food arrived very fast.
