Everyone but this guy was double the price and longer wait time to arrive at Kakaako along Ala Moana Blvd. He had the best rate way under $100, and he was immediately available -- within 10minute arrival! I was lucky. Later on, a neighbor was locked out and I recommended him but he was out of town, unfortunately for her. I would still recommend this guy for plan A if you are in Kakaako or nearby areas -- bookmark on yelp. Always keep a plan B too. Since then, I do keep a lock pad outside my door and spare keys in other places.

The working space is small and you have to turn and twist your hands to get to the screws and clip hidden by the door frame. It must be sent from up above because my unlock button on my truck key fob doesn't work anymore. For how fast this place fixes your key, it's definitely worth the price.. You've got plenty of choices when getting a new FOB or Remote... they have key fobs without buttons for $75.00. They have key fobs WITH buttons for $150.00 AND if you choose, you can get a key with no buttons and a separate remote. The Sweet Girl that did everything for me suggested the key fob with no buttons and a separate remote because it last longer.. I really appreciate that she suggested that and gave me options... But, my OCD-self don't like carrying too many things in my pocket, i opted for the key fob with buttons combo. The $150.00 included the key fob and reprogramming. everything when said and done took no more than 30 minutes, Start to Finish! These are the pricing as of April 2026. give them a call.. appointments ONLY! No walk-ups.

Music with explicit references to cocaine was playing loudly -- not ideal, especially with a child present in the shop at the time. At one point, an employee made a loud comment in our direction -- "sharing is caring" -- which didn't relate to anything happening. When I asked what he meant, he smirked and said "oh, nothing," offering no explanation. Between the lack of basic customer service and the uncomfortable behavior, the experience came across as unprofessional and, frankly, a bit unsettling. I won't be returning. Hoping management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated.
