    Welcome to tech heaven. On your right you'll see the display exclusive for Apple, to the right movies, and home appliances. In the middle are cell phones, cameras, video game/ consoles, and flat screen TVs! This place has all your tech needs! Believe it or not they even carry toys, Pops, and novelties. They've just got a little something for everyone. Because I'm a freelance photographer I find myself caught up in the latest camera tech as well as movies. Those are my main reasons for going to this place. More often then not I always find myself looking around and finding things I don't need but want lol. They are a bit pricey compared to Target and Walmart on certain things but they do sometimes have better deals when it comes to movies, and certain tech. So if your a tech junkie like me, this is your place to be. Fair warning, you might go broke shopping here lol

    Geek squad said they replaced my screen and the main panel, but the crack, my TV. Screen and back panel is cracked.

    Best Buy does not deserve a star don't buy total tech because they're gonna lie to you, they're gonna lie. Geek squad broke my TV, they cannot bring me a new one it's cracked broken tv. That BEST BUY GEEKSQUAD DID bottom of screen cracked also the back panel

    My mom and I went here to get a new TV as our old ones picture started to go out. We were helped by a gentleman named Elliot who was very calm and helpful. He was kind while helping us even though we weren't looking for the biggest, most expensive TV. We had paid and checked out in under 30 minutes, which is much appreciated. Elliot helped us get the 55" TV into our car (bit heavy for two ladies & he was more than awesome with helping load it up.) This was a most welcomed, happy experience. We thank you!

    First time ordering paint on homedepot.com and experience that the color was chosen for me. After…read moresampling on the side of my house, turns out the color was not what I expected it to be. I came to the Albuquerque Home Depot on Eubank and Luis was the one who I came into contact with. He was thorough about what had occurred and what had happened he explained to me that online sometimes does things differently. I drove 2 1/2 hours which is the nearest Home Depot and instead of turning me away and having me come back on a Monday he resolved my issue with the right color that I wanted. This is the service I expect from Home Depot as a pro member. Thank you very much Luis for hearing me out and understanding that again I did not choose that color because I would not be wasting my time or yours. Way too dark, especially in the summer, which will absorb the heat. When you shop at this Home Depot store and you're in the paint department look for Luis and ask for him by name he'll get you squared away and you'll feel like he was listening as he's doing his job. Thank you Then it went south for a second and Susan at customer service helped Luis fix the problem because now the refund went to the card and it takes 3-10 days. Susan worked her magic and undid what had occurred. Susan You saved me from having to return 2.5 hours and I sincerely appreciate your service!

The rental department needs extra help and the workers did their best with customers. Returning the equipment took longer as the staff had issues with the jack and he was the only one on duty.

    TLDR: Conn's will not accept any returns at all, even if they have failed to deliver a full set of…read morefurniture within a reasonable amount of time. They will just stick you with half of what you paid for and then tell you that they can cancel the remainder of the sofa and leave you with an unusable set of furniture and a whole lot of empty promises. We purchased a sectional from Conn's. During the sales process, we were told that all piece were in stock and could be delivered the next day. We placed our order, at which point we were told that we were outside of their next day delivery area and would have to wait almost two weeks for delivery. No big deal, but then before finalizing the purchase, we were told that one of the pieces was no longer in stock and we would have to wait three weeks for it to be in stock, at which point we would have to come in to pick it up. Three weeks went by with no update, so I called and asked and was told that the remaining piece of the sectional was being assembled and that I was second in line and it would be another week, but they would see what they could do. A few days later, I received a text to schedule pick up at the warehouse and I did so. When I showed up at the locked and seemingly abandoned warehouse, I had to call the store so they could get me in touch with the warehouse who eventually let me in, only to tell me that the remaining piece of my sectional wasn't even in Albuquerque and there was some sort of miscommunication, but they could have it in the following day if we spoke to the store where we purchased it. We spoke to the store and they said it would be another week. Another week went by, and we called for an update and were told that the warehouse was closed and they would send an email and get back to us the next day. Another five days went by with no update. At this point, it is now eight weeks from when we placed our original order and we still do not have a complete couch. Every person we have spoken to has given us different information and keeps telling us to wait another indeterminate amount of time. Don't fall for the "we're a small local company and can work with you on anything". They won't work with you on even the most basic of problems and blame it on "policy" and "corporate".

    I bought the new table 2 days ago when the problem occurred..when i put the food on and the table…read moresurface was stained i cleaned it but they didnt come out.. i called the store . they said they would send someone down see and return but i waited 3 days still no one came to my house to process. i am his wife. because he is busy at work..he has contacted the store many times but no one has solved it.he also sent a letter to report the situation but still no response. .my sister has bought from conn's a lot so she recommended it to me.First time I bought but really disappointed because of the customer service..I was very sad because the condition of the table was getting worse and worse. Please solve it for us..thanks for this reply.. my husband called this number many times but no response from monday till today.. I hope to receive support as soon as possible. Can you send someone to check or repair the table for us? Since we just bought it a few days ago..we have never seen this happen when placing sticky food on the tabletop like that .bowl Here is a picture of my desk
