They asked me for a cancellation reason, which I let them know..and it wasn't anything they could do to change my mind. I had been a customer for 5 years and they never called me (and I felt like they had always sneaked in higher prices without letting me know)..but then now I kept getting repeated automated calls a few times a day, presumably to try to make my change my mind!).
