Months went by and I was not being charged on my checking account. They sent me a notice in July that my service would be discontinued on August 3 if I did not pay the bill. Two charges were made to my checking account in late July, but my service was still suspended. I opened an account with a different internet service in early August. And ANOTHER charge was made to my service in late August. I told my bank not to honor any other charges to my account by Century Link. And I am still unable to reach Century Link by phone or internet.
