    I got my home and business alarm and camera system installed. I was promised by the sales rep that…read moreI would have certain type of cameras and we had agreed on. Those type of cameras were not installed. I was told that I would have to pay more if I wanted those cameras, they were not included on the deal I signed for. It has now been 9 months since my install and the home install still isn't right. Techs have come out to location many times. I did not set up service during covid. But prior to Covid they came out to keep readjusting camera angles, trying to set up dvr to view on my phone. I still do not have all this. Now I'm being told that they are not able to readjust the cameras which still don't have the right angle. And I still do not have access to view my cameras on my phone. Very poor service. I regret wasting my time with this installer.

    I recently saw this company advertising on my New Mexico hometown Facebook page, and I thought…read more"Yikes". I was forced by my townhome association to contract with them for satellite TV services. They randomly cut my satellite service... literally cut the cable from the dish because they thought it had been installed by another provider. I went without services for 3-4 days with no apology or refund for loss of service. Their customer service representative basically said "Oops". I hope that they have improved, but based on my experience wouldn't give them my business again.
