Ezeefiber gave me four times the speed at a lower, guaranteed price. Installation was not easy because I have both a wired and wireless network in the building. The install technician (Oscar) was reliable, helpful and hard-working. He resolved the issues with the wired network on his own effort by upgrading the router for free. The fiber cable has not been buried yet, but is supposed to be done soon. So far, we have not had a single outage of the service in five days. I know there have been some complaints about installation, but I had no problems. I would recommend Ezeefiber, especially if you are with Sparklight now.

They have no problem taking my money, just my phone calls. Edit: Since I was going out of town during monsoon season (and 3 days later no one had shown up to fix anything) I fixed the issues in front of my house before I left. While I was gone I did get a voice message from an exee fiber person saying that they don't see any problems on my property but to give them a call (they did not leave any number to call them back). There were other problems of the same nature all down the steet, but they repaired none of it. I have now cancelled my internet with ezee fiber due to the horrible service and response. The process took almost 45 minutes since there are 100 ways to sign up for new service, but no numbers to cancel service. even the "customer service" number was unable to do it.     I've been tied with Comcast Xfinity for wireless services at home for 5 years! It had been hard to…read morethink of switching..as you know...switching had always been sort of painful for me. But then..I finally had it and decided to switch to another service provider which would reduce my costs by more than half! So...I ended up managing to gather my courage to switch! I stopped by the store...since Comcast..AHEM made it hard to talk to them (I wanted to cancel my services with them...and they made me make an online appointment for someone from their call center to call back 3 days after...horrible service!). So, I ended up stopping by this shop in person instead. The pleasant thing about this shop was that it looked modern and the staff was nice and actually pleasant to interact with in person. They asked me for a cancellation reason, which I let them know..and it wasn't anything they could do to change my mind. I had been a customer for 5 years and they never called me (and I felt like they had always sneaked in higher prices without letting me know)..but then now I kept getting repeated automated calls a few times a day, presumably to try to make my change my mind!). Glad to be out of overpriced contract from Comcast Xfinity! I wished I had switched to other providers sooner...and hadn't missed Comcast Xfinity at all since I made the switch!! I am saving at least $50/month now!!

    I initially had some concerns with Vexus's fiber optic installation in my neighborhood, as it…read morecaused some disturbances. However, everything changed after I left a review and they reached out to me. They responded promptly and told me to contact them, which I did, and they got back to me super fast. The team they sent to fix the damage didn't just restore my property, they went above and beyond to improve it. They put in a new weed barrier and completely transformed my landscaping. It's clear they care about their customers and are committed to making things right. After working with them to resolve the issue, I have a newfound respect for the company. If they're willing to go this extra mile to fix a problem, I trust they'll provide top-notch service with their fiber optic and internet offerings. As you can see from the photo, my property looks better than ever. I'm not only confident in recommending Vexus to others, but I'll definitely consider switching over my internet service. I've learned a lot about their products, and I think it's great we have more internet options to choose from. A huge shoutout to Armando, Mark, and Taylor - their crew went above and beyond, and they're a great group of people to work with. (All I had to do was go on their website and I had someone over that same day to work on a solution).

    I was helped by Chelsea at this store, and she seems to have the "bait and switch" move down to a…read morescience. I was lured in by the $35 per month 5G internet, so I switched my internet and my phone. Once I signed the dotted line, that was the end of any customer service. Chelsea got her commission, and that was that. What she never mentioned is that Verizon does not have a tower in New Mexico, and there's no plan to build one. We're all using the tower in Phoenix. She also didn't bother to set up the my router to my address. It was set up to some other address in New Mexico. Not that it mattered, the speed never got any better. This is the absolute WORST internet and phone service I've ever had. I think even my first generation dial-up AOL was faster than the supposed "5G" internet Verizon gives me. I literally have to type in a website address, then walk away and do something else for 5-10 minutes -wash dishes, walk the dog, whatever - and if I'm lucky, the site will finally have downloaded by the time I finish. Forget navigating around! It took me over 2 hours to pay 5 bills online. I was damn near in tears from frustration. I have to call the customer service line to "troubleshoot" my internet issues every single time I want to use the internet, which is daily. It gets better for about 5 minutes, and then it's back to the same turtle-with-a-broken-leg-speed. I don't know what I'd do if I was still working remotely. It would be impossible. The phone service is even worse. Every single person I call says my sound goes in and out, and I drop every other call. I cannot even entertain the idea of a zoom call. Anything with video takes up too much bandwidth and it drops within seconds. RUN from this service!!! Seriously! It's not worth the money you save.
