It's almost impossible to reach them using ANY method and I was unsuccessful. When they called me to sa my credit card payment had been rejected (no longer using the credit card on record) I suggested that they bill my checking account directly, and gave them bank and my checking account numbers to accomplish that. Months went by and I was not being charged on my checking account. They sent me a notice in July that my service would be discontinued on August 3 if I did not pay the bill. Two charges were made to my checking account in late July, but my service was still suspended. I opened an account with a different internet service in early August. And ANOTHER charge was made to my service in late August. I told my bank not to honor any other charges to my account by Century Link. And I am still unable to reach Century Link by phone or internet.

Ezeefiber gave me four times the speed at a lower, guaranteed price. Installation was not easy because I have both a wired and wireless network in the building. The install technician (Oscar) was reliable, helpful and hard-working. He resolved the issues with the wired network on his own effort by upgrading the router for free. The fiber cable has not been buried yet, but is supposed to be done soon. So far, we have not had a single outage of the service in five days. I know there have been some complaints about installation, but I had no problems. I would recommend Ezeefiber, especially if you are with Sparklight now.

I'm so mad because I didn't approve this at all, I don't watch Latino tv and don't even have a device to watch this service on! Buyer beware of this location, check what they have you sign, what they charge you and every little detail they provide because this is ridiculous and cost me over $100 of charges that never should've gone through especially because I didn't even see this till now. I was lured in by the $35 per month 5G internet, so I switched my internet and my phone. Once I signed the dotted line, that was the end of any customer service. Chelsea got her commission, and that was that. What she never mentioned is that Verizon does not have a tower in New Mexico, and there's no plan to build one. We're all using the tower in Phoenix. She also didn't bother to set up the my router to my address. It was set up to some other address in New Mexico. Not that it mattered, the speed never got any better. This is the absolute WORST internet and phone service I've ever had. I think even my first generation dial-up AOL was faster than the supposed "5G" internet Verizon gives me. I literally have to type in a website address, then walk away and do something else for 5-10 minutes -wash dishes, walk the dog, whatever - and if I'm lucky, the site will finally have downloaded by the time I finish. Forget navigating around! It took me over 2 hours to pay 5 bills online. I was damn near in tears from frustration. I have to call the customer service line to "troubleshoot" my internet issues every single time I want to use the internet, which is daily. It gets better for about 5 minutes, and then it's back to the same turtle-with-a-broken-leg-speed. I don't know what I'd do if I was still working remotely. It would be impossible. The phone service is even worse. Every single person I call says my sound goes in and out, and I drop every other call. I cannot even entertain the idea of a zoom call. Anything with video takes up too much bandwidth and it drops within seconds. RUN from this service!!! Seriously! It's not worth the money you save.
