Instead of listening for the problem she tried to upsell me a phone, a smartwatch, a faster speed. My question to her was if what I have doesn't work why in the hell would I buy anything else? So. I moved a month ago. Everything was working fine and dandy until last night. She tried to tell me the internet at my old house was not off yet and she needed to do that right now while I was on the phone. 2 hours later, my internet was still not fixed and I am getting pissed. She runs through the Wi-Fi blah blah blah tells me it's working. No s*** Sherlock. But my internet is not. Again, this I know. Now she's telling me it's my fault because I didn't buy their TV equipment. That's odd since both my tablet and phone don't have internet either. She basically tells me it's a me problem and asked me if there's anything else she can help me with. This little adventure started at 8:00 and all I wanted to do was watch a happy movie, Barbie, to be exact. It is now 11:30 still no internet. I am furious and couldn't get to sleep till 6:00 this morning. I am a patient person; but if I knew of any other decent internet provider in Albuquerque I would switch in a New York minute.

I've been tied with Comcast Xfinity for wireless services at home for 5 years! It had been hard to…read morethink of switching..as you know...switching had always been sort of painful for me. But then..I finally had it and decided to switch to another service provider which would reduce my costs by more than half! So...I ended up managing to gather my courage to switch! I stopped by the store...since Comcast..AHEM made it hard to talk to them (I wanted to cancel my services with them...and they made me make an online appointment for someone from their call center to call back 3 days after...horrible service!). So, I ended up stopping by this shop in person instead. The pleasant thing about this shop was that it looked modern and the staff was nice and actually pleasant to interact with in person. They asked me for a cancellation reason, which I let them know..and it wasn't anything they could do to change my mind. I had been a customer for 5 years and they never called me (and I felt like they had always sneaked in higher prices without letting me know)..but then now I kept getting repeated automated calls a few times a day, presumably to try to make my change my mind!). Glad to be out of overpriced contract from Comcast Xfinity! I wished I had switched to other providers sooner...and hadn't missed Comcast Xfinity at all since I made the switch!! Ezeefiber gave me four times the speed at a lower, guaranteed price. Installation was not easy because I have both a wired and wireless network in the building. The install technician (Oscar) was reliable, helpful and hard-working. He resolved the issues with the wired network on his own effort by upgrading the router for free. The fiber cable has not been buried yet, but is supposed to be done soon. So far, we have not had a single outage of the service in five days. I know there have been some complaints about installation, but I had no problems. I would recommend Ezeefiber, especially if you are with Sparklight now.

Ezee Fiber buried it after they chopped it. This chopped cable could have easily been repaired when they chopped it... and no other losses would have occurred. They buried it without saying anything and I discovered my irrigation system was not working when my plants died.
