These guys are amazing! I have a classic iPod that needed a full restoration. One day, while trying to sync a new song from Apple Music, the entire library of 3000 songs disappeared along with all the artwork. Apple's top tier support people claimed there was nothing that could be done. I called Daedalus Teks and they assured me after looking at it that restoring it would be no problem. Adding all the music in from my Apple library took some effort because some of the music had been imported years ago from CD's and Apple prevents those from migrating. These amazing techs figured out how to do that. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything and figure out whatever it took to make this happen. My classic iPod is better than ever and the price was right. I have my whole library back that sounds amazing on my Bose docking station, AND I don't need Wi-Fi to hear it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. For home services. They will steal your money with a fake 48 Hour cancellation policy. THey delayed sending the cancellation confirmation. Then, day before service told me I could not get a refund or reschedule. Even though it was cancelled AND RECORDED at 8:30 AM far in advance of 48 hours. I get the economy is tough, this is theft. Will soon find out how many others of their customers experienced this. read more

My computer crashed. I called and Nick was very helpful. Brought it in and he started the process to have me up and running.

I had malware. Wiped out my whole system. Gus and the guys fixed me right up. All my stuff was saved. I recommend them and I'd go back if I have any furture problems. read more

I called these people after a quick Google search looking for an IT guy to come out to one of my gas station locations to hook up a new printer to our computer. I should have know by the man's poor attitude scheduling the appointment that this wasn't going to go well. First he could only squeeze me in 3 days later and although it was inconvenient I decided to go ahead and schedule because I really needed to get the printer up and running so the store manager could do paperwork and print checks for vendors. On the day of the manager was there and waiting for his arrival, he showed up 15/20 minutes late and they couldn't find the password to log into the computer even though I had written it on a hot pink sticky note and stuck it to the computer screen that said COMPUTER LOG IN . My phone was dead and off for about 7 minutes before I realized it and got it on a charger. So at this point I immediately called him back to give him the password and d he had already left. His attitude was horrible! He said he wouldn't go back and he could maybe fit me in 3 more days later! After speaking to the manager there he also treated my employee terribly from the minute he got there. I do not recommend this company, he's obviously too busy to give any kind of courtesy or customer service!! I was able to call another company out that same day who hooked up the printer in 15 minutes and charged half the price. Oh and I just got an email saying they are trying to charge me $136.90 for a no show/inconvenience fee!! The nerve!!!! read more
