We experienced a last-minute delay due to a hardware failure, but Next Level gets points for discovering it in their labs before trying to implement, which could have been very disruptive to our residents. Installation and configuration was done in one day, as planned. Vincent did a terrific job with the install, cabling, configuration and testing. On the back end, Seldon had all of our residents pre-loaded into the new system and their transition experience was nearly seamless, he was also very responsive in addressing technical issues. This company is AMAZING! We use a mesh network to service our complicated, large adobe hacienda…read moreindoors and out. I originally set up the orbi mesh with bad words and minimal knowledge and it serviced us for a year or so. Then it died. (see backstory below) Sandia Computing came in, assessed our situation, recommended changing out the router and upgraded all the satellites. In less than a day everything is working perfectly and we cannot be more happy! The price was more than fair considering it would have taken me 3x the time and frustration. Hezekiah was respectful, quick and honest. I am only able to write this review because of him. Thank you Sandia computing! You will always have our service! Backstory: We basically live in internet hell (aka Corrales). We have one bar of cellular coverage standing outside in the middle of a field wearing a tinfoil hat (kidding about the hat). Our internet is DSL through centurylink and is kept together with bubble gum and duct tape by the amazing technicians from CenturyLink. Seriously if you must have CenturyLink, LOVE YOUR TECHNICIANS!!! Suffice it to say, when the internet or wifi goes down, we are hosed. Nothing works. Did I mention, I work from home?
