We scheduled the 2nd appointment and the tech still hasn't shown. We called the 1-800 number. under no circumstances should you call that number. What we needed was a cable line from the telephone pole run to the house. From there into a vent to have attic access so a line could be dropped to an interior wall. The 1-800 experience I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. They kept saying "you need a box". I would repeat what I needed and finally gave up.
