In desperation I called a big box store to get a replacement laptop hoping their repair personnel would take my back-up and load it on the laptop. No way. Then, while eating lunch, I saw an ad for 4Leet. I called them, told them my problem and they said come right in and said they would first: see if my PC could be fixed and, if not, second: load my laptop. Well, that afternoon they saw I needed a new hard drive on my PC, put one in and loaded my backup onto the newly installed hard drive. I returned my new laptop. Sean and his team know their stuff and are nice! It was a pleasure to be their customer. Without any reservation, I recommend them as the real Best of Santa Fe.

I actually thought the business was closed. When two of the employees/owner eventually came out, they looked at me rather confused, then looked at each other, then back at me as if I was an idiot or something. They asked what I wanted and then informed me that they do not work on everyday computers. They only do work for businesses. Well........from the looks of their office, they might want to reconsider going back to the average "Joe" I had to give a Star even though I didn't get my computer looked at. 1 Star solely based on interaction.

We noticed some mold and that was quickly removed. He came w two young guys and a dehumidifier (which he left on for the week). When I checked back w them after an hour, Klaus had DRILLED 3/4" HOLES ALL ALONG MY CABINET BOTTOM and in the sheetrock (12 total)!!! We NEVER discussed this! He actually did DAMAGE while I was not in the room! I asked him why he did this. He claimed that it was to "air it out" and that it was "easy to repair" by installing a wood strip over the holes! Wow, not what I wanted for sure. Two thing Klaus kept asking me the entire 2 hrs that he was at my house was 1.) is this going to be a homeowner insurance claim, and 2.) he wanted to REMOVE the cabinet, and even suggested coming at the leak from the OUTSIDE of the house! The literally cut through our exterior wall. Months went by as we tried to close the leak (which we did). In the meantime Klaus sends my a bill for $700! For what? Doing damage in 2hrs?! I told him to COMPLETE the job by repairing the damage he did and I would pay him. That was Summer, now it's Winter and Edelweiss has done 0. And the leak was in the floor.
