When two of the employees/owner eventually came out, they looked at me rather confused, then looked at each other, then back at me as if I was an idiot or something. They asked what I wanted and then informed me that they do not work on everyday computers. They only do work for businesses. He asked me to send him some photos and we corresponded to agree on price. He was available the next day, and we agreed on a time. He was there before I arrived, and installed the sign quickly and easily - it only took an hour! I was so impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness - and I have to admit, I actually still haven't heard back from a few of the other handymen and it's been days! Don was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a few options for installation, while also providing me with his opinion on the best one. When I called the office and explained that the service was urgent, April explained that all electricians were busy but she would try to check with them and call back. I have not received a call back and assumed that she was unable to find someone. Surprisingly, she called me next morning and apologized for not being able to arrange service and not calling back on the same day. So, than two days later I still was unable to find an electrician, I called April again and asked to schedule service for the closest available time. April called back within hour and saif that someone would come to look at the job immediately and if it's not too big, will do what's needed. The electrician arrived in 10 minutes, assessed the job, called the office to inform of approximate time, received permission to do it and finished the job perfectly in 1.5 hours. The price was reasonable and I felt that this business does their best to serve their customers. I plan to use them again in the future.

It was an excellent experience all around, from the initial consultation, to design and installation of the system. The pricing was fair, and their status as a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite contractor means we get an even better warranty than we would with most other companies. Their installers--Julian, Kibsaim, and Justin--were an excellent team, showed up on time, worked quickly, did quality work, and actually got the project finished a couple days ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and actually already have them working on a quote for fixing up some water filtration issues left from the previous owners of our house. Peter quickly assessed the problem and identified where the circuits were crossed. He explained the problem and the fix in terms I could understand. He thoroughly tested the circuits once things were straightened out to ensure everything worked correctly. His rates were very reasonable. I was impressed how responsive he was: he arrived just an hour after calling him for service. He was also very tidy and treated our home like it was his own.
