We did a curbside pick up order. We waited 25 minutes for our order. Another car pulled in at the same time as us. They got their order in under 10 minutes. We waited another 15-20 minutes for ours. Unacceptable. read more

The Target at Santa Fe was overall a good one on 2/17/2024. My daughters wanted to pick out a few clothes for some upcoming events they have for school. We came here at around 9AM. Not many folks were shopping at this time which was nice especially for parking. The fitting rooms were really nice. The lady working here was the only employee that assisted us. We scored a few cool pieces at affordable prices. Only the self-checkout was available. Pretty lame. Other than that, I'd go here again. read more

The Electronics Dept. is lousy, it is never staffed, and lots of things locked up, you may wait 20 minutes or more to get helped. It doesn't have basic things (computer monitor for a laptop, e.g.) either. Disappointing. PS-- I have lived in Santa Fe for 8 months!! The clown settings in Yelp! put me in Minnesota, which I left in 2025. read more

I am in town helping my parents move and needed some portable clothing racks. Ordered them online and picked them up in-store the next day. They were not overly expensive and worked well as a temporary fix. The store itself is easy to get in and out of, with plenty of parking. They also have the cutest little wheelbarrows for sale. I'm not sure what they are for exactly, but I took a pic of one because it feels like what I'm using to move my parents stuff with all week. read more

Target is announcing that they truly do not need your business. If an item is ensconced in a locked cabinet, do not waste your time pressing the call button for help. I pressed three different buttons for 20 minutes, no one showed up. Paranoia about theft is driving legitimate customers away. This all for a phone case!!! Also needed a Sonicare toothbrush - locked away... so, I kept on going. Guess what, Best Buy across the road had both... and not locked up!!! Perhaps stop listening to paranoid "security" experts trying to justify their existence. How about paying staff better and hiring more staff. If your main competitor is Amazon... you are actively advertising for your customers to shop from them. read more

This store has got to repair or replace their shopping carts. It is a little ridiculous when you have to pull out 6 different carts to try to find one that does not make my 2yr old sitting in the cart act like they are off-roading in the mountains after an earthquake. This is my favorite Target out of all the ones I have ever shopped at. For being over 20 years old it always looks brand new, very clean, and inviting. Shelves looked fully stocked (except in the areas that were being remodeled). Parking isn't bad but the general area is too congested with all of the retail shops located in one general area. read more

I love this area of Santa Fe and I love Target so it's a match made in heaven! The snack bar is currently under construction but they have the in house Starbucks and plenty of snacks in the food section so all is good! Parking is plentiful with wide turning radius options and we all know that happy parking makes for courteous shoppers! The staff was helpful and really nice! It made for a really pleasant Sunday morning stop. The store was a little smaller than some of the Targets we frequently visit but I couldn't really locate any departments that were lacking. If I were local, this Target would easily fulfill my needs and I would frequent it for sure! We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips! The convenience of having it in the center of so many shops means you can get a lot of your errands done at once! read more

WI was never a big box shopper before... but Target has definitely made me one with their consistently nearly-perfect service on curbside. I don't know if I'm ever going to stop using it. It's so handy. and they usually have the things the grocery store is out of. might not be my fave brand, but actually i've found new faves in the "good and gather" products. read more

Just l like every other Target. Full of people and items for sale. This store is usually pretty well organized.

This store has practically everything I use, and at the best price. The Red Card gets me 5% back which is more than any credit card ever offered to me. They have been scrupulously honest these past seven years that I've used the card; I check my receipts against their monthly bill. The people they hire are friendly and go the second mile to help: when I left my purse in the cart one night I called them and the guy ran out there and got it immediately for me. I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores. read more

This store is a disaster waiting to go out of business. I was in last week, trying to find a mini spray bottle to travel with. I happened upon two very young women who - allegedly - worked there, but were super annoyed to be interrupted mid-conversation about their boyfriends when I asked if they had any travel spray bottles. One of them snapped "No, we don't", even though SHE WAS STANDING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM. I tried to call later to speak to a manager to let them know their employees were slacking, big time, but Target doesn't take calls from unlisted numbers, not that anyone there would even care. read more

I stopped here to pick up some cold meds and discovered this Target does not have a pharmacy. Further, the selection of over the counter meds was poor. I ended up next door at Albertsons where they do indeed have a pharmacy and I could obtain the cold medicine I was after...one that doesn't jack up blood pressure. Walked into the store with my bike I was walking at about a grandpa speed and out of nowhere the mean manager comes and yells at me to get my bike the hell out of the store or she called security. The only good part of this store was to dude at the return counter. I later ventured over to Albertsons where the manager welcomed me with open arms say I could put my bike right outside his office so it wouldn't be stolen I highly recommend Albertsons over this target with the terrible manager. read more

So it's Target, it's nicer than Wal-Mart and it's got more red than Wal-Mart. There's no reason not to go here if you have general stuff to buy. It's not a "Super Target" because it doesn't have any fresh produce but it does have some food, dry goods and frozen stuff. They have clothes and electronics. What more do you want? The lines are little long most of the time but you usually don't have to wait too long. It's usually pretty crowded but you don't need to worry, it's got plenty of carts and the staff is present and helpful. I'd say that the store is well managed and probably incurr very little loss due to the fact that there are several "Target Cops" hanging out in the front most days. read more

Close to the Santa Fe Place shopping mall/center. Not huge on Target tone honest but this is one of the better locations I've walked into. Same setup and layout but something was just better. Normal staff, clientele, Starbucks, food court. Like I said I really can't put my finger on it but this was a pleasant experience. Clean store. Easy to find locations. This isn't a super target but it is a "p fresh" store (produce and refrigerated food section.) Would certainly return on another business trip to Santa Fe. read more

I stopped an older gentleman by the name of Brett to ask where something was that had clearly been moved, and he abruptly pointed in the general direction and stormed off, making me feel like a burden. I believe this was the same person I saw being rude to one of the employees there once before. I do NOT support places of business that make me feel like a nuisance, let alone places that treat their employees poorly. NO THANK YOU! I will now exclusively shop local. Thanks, Santa Fe Target! This Santa fe is also joined with a star bucks. There is NO POPCORN AND NO ICEES. This is extremely disappointing. Other targets have been extremely accommodating and still have self check out POPCORN in disappointing tiny mouse portions and ICEES. However, they do have extremely effective service and decent merchandise. read more

I was running some last minute holiday errands and when I was at the register the cashier Yani told me I looked 'Big and Round' Now I am 8 and a half months pregnant but this comment is unacceptable! When I talked to customer service to complain, I was in tears by the way, the manager told me its was ok because she is a seasonal employee and will gone soon. He also gave a half hearted apology but none of this is ok and I feel this could have been handled much differently. They need to train the staff on common sense manors. read more

I'm a relatively patient person. I understand we are all humans and we have off days and sometimes we could be, frankly speaking, rude and unprofessional at times. However, I'm convinced that it's a hiring requirement for this target that employees have to be rude and extremely unprofessional. I absolutely love my Target. I would give 5 stars but they took away the cafe in this location. I really enjoyed getting a popcorn and drink while I took my long romantic walks down each aisle. They do have a Starbucks which is nice. I just wish they didn't eliminate the cafe. The staff is nice and helpful, I've never had any issues with rude staff. I go to Target just about every day. I've long wondered why the Santa Fe Target seems so depressing. Usually Target a pleasant place to get useful household items. I finally realized that there is no music or announcements. The store is ghostly silent, and shoppers don't make any noise. Please, store manager get some kind of sound in there!!! So I go to do a return on a item that was too big.. I could not find a smaller size so I asked for help..The sales associate looked at me and said we don't have it... I told her fine, I will look on my own.. After looking around , I finally found a smaller size and took it to the customer service counter to exchange my item. The girl says to me , do you want a bag? I said yes please, she said ten cents for the bag and then hands me the bag... I told her can you please put my dress in the bag for me with my receipt.. She made a huge sigh like it was a huge problem.. We were shopping at Target today and observed a customer having a very difficult time with customer service. He was looking for specific product that he had previously purchased at SuperTarget in Florida. The employee simply told him they didn't have it and did not make any effort toward looking for the product. The customer kept telling him how he had previously purchsed it at Target. It was disappointing to see that the employee had no skills in dealing with an unhappy customer; didn't offer to help the customer order the product online at Target.com and have it delivered to the store. My husband helped the customer by offering ideas of different places he could get the product in town and offered to help him find it online. What's happened to customer service? read more
