Store has a variety of goods, but they have too much stuff - aisles are crowded and at times 2 shopping carts don't even fit to get through. Lots of glass ware and breakables and they are stuffed onto the shelves and some are put up high making it difficult to see them well and/or see the prices. Mark downs/clearance items - for as crowded as the store is their clearance prices are a joke - clearance items barely reduced 1-3 dollars at most - example - marshmallow candy from Valentines day 2 months later only marked down 2 dollars still on the shelf in April. Employees are not exactly friendly and many times seem to be stressed. read more

Everything and everyone and then some. The products are phenomenal and the employees are so kind. It absolutely gets no better than that.

The store is pretty, kind of like an upscale Hobby Lobby, same cheap products from China, but just try to return something defective. It took 30 minutes and calling a manager to get a refund on a leaky mug for 6.99. The bowls that I bought with the mug are already chipping, but it's not worth my time to return. When I told the manager that she lost a customer over a mug she shrugged. Never again will I darken their door. read more

I hate posting negative reviews. I purchased this kettle that within a week of use that handle melted off the kettle and hot water poured over my leg and feet. I'm ok, luckily I was wearing sweatpants and slippers. I go to return it and they won't do anything w/o a receipt. I offered to show them my credit card transaction, and that wasn't accepted. I had also bought an ice tray that broke immediately upon using. If you don't like cheap products and poor customer service then stay away from here. read more

Home Goods - Broke with a week of use - Home Decor Near Me - Santa Fe, New Mexico

Over the years I have gotten so many beautiful things from Home Goods in Medford Oregon, Santa Fe New Mexico, and in Novato California. Most of what I have purchased is really beautiful pieces of dinnerware, table linens, Christmas decorations, wreaths for the front of the house, and other miscellaneous things. Home Goods is a lot of fun to go treasure hunting in. I'm glad we have one here in Medford. read more

Exceptionally clean store, huge variety of items and quality of items compared to most other home goods/tjmaxx/Marshall's I've been to. Went on a Saturday and it was busy but the isles were not crowded and register wait time was not an issue at all. Really good for this years Christmas shopping. read more

I just left this store. Markdowns are not being honored. Not worth your time!! Manager said "someone" put a sticker from other department on the tag. If your employees are incompetent the least you can do is honor the price. Horrible experience, I do not recommend! read more

I was so looking forward to this store opening but I was a little disappointed, mainly in management and staff. Management needs training in people skills and on the fly solutions. Female manager was abrupt almost rude and left me waiting 40 minutes with no solution or answer....and it was too simple. I had the solution to the problem..not a big deal after all is said and done. While I was waiting for the mgr. I watched a team put together 2 out of 3 outdoor chairs incorrectly..legs assembled backwards making them unstable and unsafe...an obvious mistake that I brought to their attention...duh. at this point I prefer TJ Maxx as a better shopping experience. read more

Fun store. Inventory constantly changing. Much to discover. Food prices. Easy return policy, if needed.

Management. Management. Management. Bad. Poor customer service and no help. The store has lovely items and nice prices, but when managers chastise and belittle customers, it's a huge turnoff. For that, I won't return. I had a bad experience when making a return. I was honest with the situation. Yes, I laundered the bed sheets before I put them in the bed, but who doesn't? . I noticed the were ripped and wanted to return them. I should have lied but I thought being honest was the way to go. I wonder if we'd slept on them, could I have returned them? They didn't let me return them. They were not even polite about it. I understand the policy, but they couldn't have restocked torn bedsheets, so why couldn't they have given me store credit at the very least? Prior to this, I saw an incident where a male manager was disrespectful and rude to an elderly woman who was trying to purchase two chairs and the cashier couldn't process her payment and the manager chastised her for not having money. He made a scene and I felt badly for the woman. Well, I'm not impressed and won't be going back. read more
