I was referred to 4Leet by my regular Computer Guru who said that my computer ransom virus was more difficult to deal with and the best people in Santa Fe to help me were at 4Leet. I took the computer in on a Monday and by Wednesday morning they had it sorted out, the virus cleared and the files restored that I thought were hopelessly encrypted. I was lucky having ignored the ultimatum past the deadline. However there are ransom viruses out there that will make files impossible to recover after the deadline. But, if you can get the computer to 4Leet before the deadline, you may have a chance. Write their telephone number, 425-533-9822, on your emergency contact list. If they are this good with virus repair, you can probably trust them for the more mundane repairs. Steve Bradley Bradley's Cabinet Shop Santa Fe, NM 87501 read more

I previously gone to another location to get my computer fixed. I wasn't too thrilled with the service. So, I yelped a computer service and found 4Leet. The problem I was having: my computer wasn't recognizing the CD drive. I dropped in about noon, was greeting promptly by Sean. Sean had to order a part, was in a few days later. I got the call the part was in. I was working, so my mom had to take my computer in. She was in and out with the computer fixed in about 1/2 hour! She had high praise for everyone there! I had praise for everyone there! You will get great service, great communication, and great rates at 4Leet! I am now a loyal customer and will be referring everyone here!!! 4LEET IS THE BEST!!!!! read more

My laptops cpu cooling fan was failing while on vacation so I was in desperate need of a computer repair shop. I tried the one closest to my location but their tech was on vacation so I googled repair shops nearby and the first one I called said it would take them 4-5 days to repair it and that did not work for me. I needed it sooner. I then called 4leet and they told me to bring it in right away. They would look at it right away and maybe they could repair it the same day. That did not happen. I got a call the next day that my laptop was fixed at a reasonable price and I am writing this review right now on the laptop, read more

Timothy, You are incredible!!! After my Windows got corrupted you fixed my very dear, but very old laptop and it's working like brand new. You put so much time and effort in and I KNOW that, at times, this was pure pain. You also loaded security protection on my laptop, tablet, and phone. You kept it all way under budget and the pro bono work sure didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. I APPRECIATE you so much. I am now a 4Leet groupie! What is really great is that knowing that I'm not a computer geek, I never once felt like an idiot....tho I would certainly qualify!! Valerie read more

The service and support is excellent. The entire crew there is so helpful. They built a new PC for me when a very old hard drive crashed. The new PC works great. There have been issues but they are all related to the operator, me, not the PC. They take my calls and either undo the "bad' that I created or just have me bring in the PC. Every time, which has only been twice, they take the time to get me back on track. And I learn new things all the time. I would recommend 4Leet to every buddy and anyone no matter their skill level. Good luck in your new location. read more

These guys are great. I spent 10 hours on line with Apple Help and they said my connection problems had to be my provider. But it was not and SeanJ knew exactly what it was immediately on the phone. Anyway, I used to search or open a video and walk away for about 20 minutes. Now my computer is fast and holding. I would use again for SURE. nancy leonard read more
