When I was reviewing home security services, I was struck by the reviews that Southwest Security have. They weren't just the usual run-of-mill reviews, they were fervent and passionately pro. Now I know why. I gave Brandon a call and he drove up from Albuquerque (we live in Santa Fe) to discuss the range of services his firm could provide. He spent two hours with me walking me through my options and he did so in a clear and concise way that I could understand with no pressure. I was his only client on that trip (and mine is a small house) and I appreciated the time and caring he gave me. I just had this system installed in my business today. The moment I tried to log into the app, It immediately asked me for a password that had never been provided. After a phone call to their tech support, we actually couldn't reset the password with the app that they recommended. We had to log into a normal browser to get a password reset for a password we were never provided in the first place. If that sounds confusing, try logging into their app. If you decide to use this service don't let them leave until everyone in your company can successfully log in. We wasted way too much time figuring out the app was the problem and use to the browser. read more

We hired Brandon and his team for a security camera installation at a local candy shop. They installed and mounted 4, 6mp IP dome cameras for us and even set it up so that we could view the cameras remotely. He provided us with a complete site survey prior to the installation as well as photos and was very knowledgeable during the installation. He even provided us photos after the installation.
